Chapter 3 - Solaris Tower

Surprisingly, Deana felt smooth traffic taking the new overpassed road. She used these cities crazy traffic every day, though she also loves commuting and most of her Vlog posts are about meeting ordinary people during those times. She often takes a ride with a jeepney and taking the train frequently.

Something pinches her heart remembering those days. She really loves what she's doing before... she always missing those habit of her daily life, but everything is not the same anymore.

Their van is now taking the familiar street in Makati City, passing the Ayala Center where found one of the famous malls in Metro Manila and also in the whole country.

Another fifteen minutes and they arrived at the Solaris Tower Arch entrance. As Jana's Van approaching, the gate immediately opens without checking them. Having this c.o.n.d.o.minium's pass sticker, there's no need for that.

Their van went straight into the underground garage and stop in front of an elevator. The PA name Jun bring out her luggage and lead the way to the elevator. She let him press the familiar number of that floor. Of course, it was her condo house.

In fact, because she's living in this very expensive condo, it was mentioned in her scandal that probably her unit was purchased by a sugar daddy. She just laughed and shrugged that issue but she did answer that when the media pursuing her to give an answer.

This condo composes of fifty floors with 350 units. It has a high-security service and being a resident in this C.o.n.d.o.minium, you will sign a contract of respecting each other's privacy... unless, ones are doing a serious crime.

And so, most of the residents are business tycoons, wealthy politicians, wealthy celebrities and those who can afford to purchased one.

That is why, when her scandal came out, people began questioning her. And the most disappointing part is her boyfriend who did not even try to defend her... he is the one she's with when she purchased residency in this condo-homes.

Right, Jason also living in this condo and so they will one day cross paths again... maybe in the lobby, in the elevator, in the parking area or in the pool whereas, there are exclusive restaurants and shops inside the Solaris Tower premises.

After a few minutes riding the elevator, it finally stops on the 35th floor. The moment she got out in the elevator, she saw few residents seating in the lounge and comfortably talking to each other. She glances and saw cups of coffees.

At first, they didn't give attention as they recognized Jun as Jana's PA... but not the person behind Jun. They all curiously looking at her direction. She peeks from her sunglasses if what kind of faces they will have after realizing it was her.

Her neighbors on the same floor are mostly businessmen she knows and a government officials. She could tell, they all surprised seeing here. Of course, they knew how she becomes a very controversial celebrity.

"Deana! What a surprise seeing you!" one of the men sit up and walk towards her.

"Good evening Senator Reyes," she greeted.

"Ah, how glad I was. You still remember me!" the senator replied jokingly.

She slightly smiled. "Why would I forget? We've been neighbors for many years. She accepts the senator hand when he offers it for hand shake.

"Beautiful as always," he praise.

She chuckles and replied, "thank you, Senator. I'll go ahead."

"Of course, yes. Good to see you again." the senator gives her a wide smile. She nodded at the rest of the people in the lounge area before she resumes her steps. Jun who also stopped and waited for her to finished talking at the senator now decided to let her lead and he just followed silently behind her.

Her controversy truly is remarkable more than she imagines. She could tell from those men's eyes. She shook her head and shrugged the past memories.

She's now standing in her unit's door. She presses the doorbell and waited for someone to open it.

A beautiful woman in her late 20's who opens the door and right away scream her name. Jana jumps on her and they both hug each other. It was like, they never meet since then which Jana actually often visiting her during her break and vacations.

"Wait, you said you were stuck in the traffic!" Jana exclaimed.

She told Jun to not tell Jana if they already arrived at the Solaris parking lot instead, lie to her that probably it will take for an hour. She let out a soft laugh.

"Now, as your punishment, you will cook our dinner," Jana stated.

"Wait, did you just invited me to come to visit just to fly a ten hours trip to cook your dinner?"

Jana laughed hard. Since she decided to leave the country, she offered to Jana her condo. Since it's near her work, Jana gladly accepted it which Mona, Jana's mom felt at ease that her daughter now living in high security and totally have a private surrounding.

She and Jana were totally on the same boat. She met Jana in one of her photoshoot in Japan. Right away, they're clicked to each other. Jana was actually her fan and she opens up how she admired her advocacy. Since then, Jana often joins her cause towards less fortunate children in many provinces.

Jana Gonzalez is a daughter of a wealthy sugarcane planter in Negros. Her family also are huge investors in a corporation that rise their status. In short, she was born with a silver spoon on her mouth. She doesn't need to enter the show business but acting is what she loves to do. And so her family supported whatever she loves to...

Jana is the first person who stands on her side and defended her during the heat of her scandal. In fact, Jana's family who sheltered her for the whole time. They don't believe of the issue but protecting her instead.

That's is why, no matter what, she will attend her best friend's wedding. Although she often met Jana's family in Europe or in the US, she wanted to see them often. She was still blessed.

After reminiscing Happy memories, she drags Jana in and helps Nanay Amalia in the kitchen.
