The Amazing Dimensional Group Chat!

While Zander was deciding who Yoshino should follow, an idea was abruptly brought to light, 'Hold on, why don't I buy jewelry and precious jewels with my leftover money here? Oh god, one hour left! Better hurry.' 

Zander swiftly dialed the Ratatoskr for help. He needed to obtain the items as soon as possible, and his actions quickly caught the rest of the group's attention.

"What's wrong Zander?" Giyu inquisitively asked what was lurking on everyone's mind.

"I need to use the money that Azazel gave me now because there is no way that'd work when I get back to my world. So I'm going to gather as much jewelry and other precious minerals and gemstones as I can before we leave."

That thought made the rest of the group think about it as well and agreed but didn't do the same as him. Shouko wanted to have a normal life, for now, and Rory doesn't really care about wealth. Giyu, well he is more focused on eliminating Muzan, and Zeref he doesn't need it either, he is already rich. Plus Azazel's situation is pretty much the same as Zeref's.

Leaving him to hastily contact the Ratatoskr. Lucky that they responded immediately, he spewed out his requests at breakneck speed. They didn't ask why he had the resources but since he had the money to buy them, why would they care? So after thirty minutes, the items arrived at the building.

Zander hurriedly went to seize his treasures, and as he saw them, he could only halt at the magnificent sight. There were multiple boxes filled to the brim — but packaged so they wouldn't damage each other — with blue and pink diamonds, jadeite, ruby, sapphire, emerald, black opal, and more of equal, if not greater value. Feeling like a lottery winner that just won the major prize with a 0% success rate. He couldn't help but salivate and cheer inwardly, 'I'm rich, I'm rich, I'm rich!'

As if scared someone would steal his treasure, Zander hurriedly put all the items in his storage. With an extremely satisfied look on his face, he wouldn't have to worry about any future financial problems for a while at least. 

'The government would definitely question where I got all of this, so I better not openly show all my wealth. Definitely sell it on the black market or something similar where they can't track it.'

Now that he doesn't have any problem with funds for a while, he wouldn't need Yoshino to be in other people's care.

After settling down, he would immediately make those top-notch movies he copied. 'But the main problem and the most important problem, is how to hide Yoshino. I mean, many weebs would definitely recognize her face, so I need to find a way to hide her.' 

While Zander was thinking, searching for an answer, it suddenly hit him. 'Can't believe I didn't think of that. I should just ask Azazel to cast an illusion to Yoshino that makes her slightly older. '

With all of his current worries gone, there were only 10 minutes left until they would each be sent back to their homeworlds.

Going back to the building to find the group still in the same place, he conveyed his current financial situation and that he wouldn't have any problem adopting Yoshino.

The group didn't discuss it any further because Yoshino didn't want to go with either of them. She had a shy attitude, and Yoshinon the puppet wasn't there to speak with them. While on this topic, Zander asked if Azazel could cast an illusion at Yoshino.

 Azazel asked why, so Zander answered, "In my world, Yoshino is a fictional character who only exists in fiction, but even so she is really popular. I'm 90% sure that any Otaku or Weeb could pretty much recognize her in one glance. So I would for you to cast an illusion on her. Just a simple illusion, that makes her a little older and changes her hair color to black, so umm… is that okay?"

In response, Azazel nodded. He could understand Zander's worries, and being cautious isn't bad since he was at least aware of the danger. Therefore he started to cast illusion magic over Yoshino. 

In front of Zander's eyes, Yoshino's appearance started to m.a.t.u.r.e until she looked around sixteen to seventeen years old, with her original bright blue hair turning pure black. Zander couldn't help but stare as he thought, 'So this is how she looks at just the age of 16. How can I say this, she is beautiful, very beautiful. But the problem is her mentality. Hmm, whatever, we can fix that over time.'

With only a minute left until they wouldn't be able to physically see each other until their next adventure, they bid their goodbyes. Rory went towards Zander and clingingly hugged his neck, invading his lips with her sweet tongue, communicating her affection until the next time they would meet. Alas, they parted after a few moments with sad reluctance. Rory regaining her bearings first, she seductively whispered, "That's for my short goodbye, I'll meet you again soon~"

Zander smiled, 'I'm really lucky to have her,' and then his gaze shifted at Komi's. She noticed his gaze and a blush slowly crept up her cheeks. She knew what he was trying to say, and although she is a shy person and kind of dense, she isn't a fool. Komi went towards Zander and pecked his closer cheek, quickly scuttling away in embarrassment, a small smile sneaking upon her lips.

Zander stopped his urge to cuddle her, and the time to leave had finally come. Zander held Yoshino's hand tightly, and then suddenly his view started to spin. Closing his eyes, and abruptly opening them again only to be blinded by this new light.

As he opened his eyes, he is now back in the wooden house of his, and then he smelled the air, and then he smiled and muttered.

"I'm back..."

He didn't forget about Yoshino and then he looked at his left hand, where she should have been, but she had vanished. Panicking, he shouted

"Yoshino?! W-where are you?! "

Scared of what could have happened to her, he inhumanly whipped out the group chat to see if they knew.

Zander: "Guys!! Yoshino isn't here! What should I do?!"

Rory: "Calm down, you seem in a panic. I just arrived back in my world."

Azazel: "Yoshino-chan is gone? How is that possible?"

Giyu: "That's a problem."

Understanding Zander was in a panic, Zeref quickly answered.

Zeref: "Zander, don't worry. Yoshino is in my world."

Zander: "In your world?! Earthland? How did she even get there?!"

Zeref: "Well, before we got teleported, I touched Yoshino's back so that she would come with me. That's the reason why she got here."

Zander: "Why did you do that?"

Zeref: "Zander, let me ask you this. Do you have confidence in raising Yoshino? Can you give her most of your time and care for her? You're still young Zander, don't worry about Yoshino for a while. I'll let Irene take care of her."

Zander went silent. It's true that he couldn't spend most of his time with Yoshino, and he doesn't have a real foundation yet. He might have a lot of jewelry, but it's useless if he couldn't sell it. To him, these things are just shiny stones, he doesn't need any of them, only for their monetary worth.

Understanding why, he sighed and replied.

Zander: "Fine… but I'll get her back soon."

Zeref smiled and then he looked at Yoshino who was several meters away from him, he didn't ask her to get close to him, he said.

"Yoshino, follow me. I know you are afraid, but don't worry, I won't hurt you."

Walking away, Yoshino started to panic. Although she is in an unfamiliar place, she knows she isn't in the same world as before. She is afraid of being left out so she slowly followed Zeref, seeing Yoshino following him he didn't stop and continued to walk, he wasn't in his kingdom after all but good thing it was close.

While Zander sighed, he closed his phone. Now his problem is how the heck would he sell this jewelry? He knew he couldn't sell this legally because if he did, he'd arouse suspicion, and then the police would investigate him. He didn't want any police to rock up to his apartment with his gold that he would have sold saying, "Where did you get this, young man?" They'll probably confiscate it, leading them to investigate the jewelry and gems, and boom, bye-bye. You wouldn't get it back because those greedy bastards would sell it for themselves. God, this world is unfair.

He needed connections, but the problem is, who and can he trust that person? It's hard to rise to the top, but the only person in mind that can help him is Slyvia. He heard that her family runs a jewelry shop and not just any shop, but a super famous one in their country. She lives in a family of multi-billionaires. The women he fancy aren't ordinary at all, even his homeworld one.

Which made him wonder, 'If her family is rich, then why does she bother working anyway? She could just inherit her family business and besides, why work in this poor country?' Zander had a lot of questions in his mind but decided to ask her one by one later.

And now that he remembered, he forgot to give Yoshino the bunny plushie. Kurumi isn't online, so maybe she's doing something important or something? The next moment, his phone vibrated and he opened it again and saw a new group chat message

Yandere Spirit: "Oh? So this is a group chat, interesting."

Zander thought, 'Oh! She is online, but Yandere Spirit? Seriously? Wait, how come I didn't see her announcement?' Zander looked at the top of his screen and saw it. There was an announcement and the whole group had already welcomed Kurumi, him being the only one who hasn't. Hoping not to be late or rude, he hurriedly joined.

Zander: "Sorry Kurumi, I didn't get to welcome you earlier. Anyways, welcome to the group chat!"

Yandere Spirit: "Zander? Is that you, my dearest?"

Zander: "What dearest? I don't recall you calling me that."

Yandere Spirit: "But now I am. Got that, my dearest?"

Rory: "Oh~? Dearest? I'll call him honey then!"

Zander: "Hey! Stop calling me with those awkward names!"

Rory: "Why not, dearest?"

Yandere Spirit: "Yes, why not honey?"

Zander: "Because it's embarrassing!"

Yandere Spirit: "Rory, right? Are you his lover?"

Rory: "Yes, aren't you also his lover?"

Yandere Spirit: "No, not yet."

Rory: "Yet? That's basically the same thing, but I'll gladly welcome you~ Do you know that he has more lovers, other than me?"

Yandere Spirit: "Yes, it's that doll looking girl right? I have to admit, she's quite beautiful."

Zander just ignored the following notifications, as it has obviously moved to a girl's talk, and he knows when to not b.u.t.t in. Suddenly thinking of something, he turned to the clock and saw it was time to go back to work. Several days might have passed for him, but time was frozen for this world. Not bothering to change clothes, he opened his doors and took a nice, long breath of his home. 

After his refreshing breathing, he zoomed off at fast humane speed, not wanting to attract unnecessary attention. People were looking at him more than usual, but he just accredited it to him running down the street, and couldn't be bothered thinking about it anymore. 

He hurriedly went and called a taxi, he didn't bother riding jeeps anymore, they took too much time and also because he could afford it now.

Currently at Sylvia's door stood Zander, looking at his phone he saw it was still 7:30 AM. Knowing that he made it in time, he sighed and knocked gently on the door. After a few more knocks, the door opened and presented a face that he hadn't seen for several days, his homeworld crush, Slyvia's.

She had a stunned expression on her face, as she inspected his appearance. With nervous confusion apparent on his face, he asked, "W-what is it?"

"Are you cosplaying? If I'm not wrong, that uniform is from the anime Date A Live." Sylvia inquired, eyeing his current appearance. 

Zander's eyes widened and he checked himself, realizing that he was still wearing the uniform of Raizen Highschool after getting used to wearing so much. He is really glad that he didn't get to bring Yoshino or else, he really wouldn't know how to explain. With the uniform still on, he could only bluff his way through any questions that came ahead.

"Yes, I am indeed doing cosplay. I'm surprised you knew what kind of Anime it was from."

"Of course I knew! But still, that uniform… it's awfully close to the real thing..."

Unprepared for what next happened, Zander froze up as Slyvia started to touch his uniform. After what felt like the best dream in his life to Zander, a surprised expression found itself on Slyvia's face as she asked him.

"This uniform… how did you get this?"

"What do you mean?"

"The uniform! Do you know that the materials used for this are top-quality?! This immaculate design! This functional and soft, but obviously high-class fabric! Just based on the materials alone… it costs more than a million."

While Slyvia styled a serious face, Zander expressed his confused and unbelievable thoughts. 

"A million? A million what?"

"A million dollars not peso."

"Seriously?"

"Yes, remember that my family is rich? Naturally, I know about some of this kind of stuff. But back to my question, where did you get these kinds of clothes?"

As Slyvia revealed her curiosity, Zander started to nervously ponder on whether she would believe that he was transported to the Date A Live world, and actually went to Raizen Highschool. Plus, he didn't know the value of his uniform in that world, but he was sure that it didn't cost a million dollars! If he knew that it would cost that much, he would have stacked up on it over there for this world to profit even more.

And now he doesn't know how to explain it, there is no way she'd believe him if he bought it right? Slyvia knows his financial problem after all, and so there is one way to solve this.

To tell the truth!

"S-Slyvia... actually, I was transported to the Date a Live world, and personally went to Raizen Highschool so I needed the uniform, or I wouldn't have been allowed in."

Slyvia's eyes widened and then she went to pinch his left cheeks and shouted.

"Fine! You don't want to tell me the truth? I won't bother, hmph! Now get inside and work!"

"Okay, okay!"

Zander thought, 'But it was the truth...' 

Suddenly dazed, he remembered something that he read not long ago, 'Sometimes, the truth is the best way to cover the truth.' It was confusing, but now he finally gets it.

Which brought him back to reality and being dragged inside by Slyvia.
