The Beautiful Cultivator Prefers Girls

The new "chicken" walked into the cavern and looked around. It was a bit confusing as to why it did not see its mate. That was until it spotted a pile of feathers, next to a pile of bones, and then a human girl staring at it with drool flowing down her face. Feeling a bit of fear from the look in the human girl's eyes, the "chicken" gulped hard as a bit of sweat formed on its forehead feathers. Even though it could pretty much figure out what had happened the "chicken" still had to ask. "Umm… Just to ask but you have not seen a male king phoenix around here have you?" 

Xiao Wu looked at the "chicken" and thought for a minute before saying "Nope only a large chicken." 

"I see… May I ask what this "chicken" looked like?" The "chicken" asked.

"Just like you except you do not have the red flappy thing on your head." Xiao Wu kindly explained as she wiped off some of the saliva from her chin. "Umm… Question for you now."

"Ah! Yeah sure go ahead..." The "chicken" felt like it was going to regret allowing her to ask her question. But if the human girl in front of her really ate her mate then she knew that she was no match for this human girl. 

"What kind of meat do you have on your body, white meat or dark?" Xiao Wu said as she slowly got up from the floor. After thinking about how she wanted fried chicken she couldn't wait to have the savory taste in her mouth.

Seeing the human girl coming closer to it and hearing the question the human had just asked she knew right away that the human wanted to eat her. The "chicken's" brain spun around at an outstanding speed as it tried to formulate a plan to get out of its current predicament. After calculating hundreds of plans only one had a ninety percent chance of survival! So the "chicken" quickly put the plan into action!

The "chickens" body glowed brightly causing the cavern to once again light up as if it was day time. Xiao Wu was forced to close her eyes from how bright the light was. As the light dimmed and Xiao Wu opened her eyes what stood in front of her was no longer a "chicken" but a beautiful young woman in her mid-twenties. Xiao Wu was confused as she looked around the cavern. The "chicken" that was once there was now gone. It was nowhere in sight. Xiao Wu  looked at the young woman and asked: "Did you happen to see where the giant "chicken" went?"

"Chicken? I'm sorry I just got here when I saw a flash of light. Nothing passed by me either. Maybe this so called chicken used a teleportation technique." The young woman answered.

Teng Yu who was watching this whole scene really wanted to know if this damn girl was really this stupid. ' The "chicken" is right in front of you! It was just in human form! '  Teng Yu was not going to say anything of course and luckily Xiao Wu's stupidity did not let Teng Yu down as she answered. 

"Oh… That's too bad… There goes my fried "chicken"..." Xiao Wu pouted, she was really looking forward to some fried chicken after having roasted chicken.

The young woman wiped the sweat from her brow and was very thankful that this human was very stupid. The young woman smiled as she said: "Yes that is very unfortunate maybe next time you will be able to have this fried chicken." 

"Un! Your right! I will have to search for more chickens!" Xiao Wu's mood picked back up at the thought of finding more chickens. Now that she knew that there were more chickens in this world she would definitely find them all!  After being lost in thought for a minute Xiao Wu looked over at the Young woman and asked "Who are you? Did you slip and fall when trying to look over the edge as well?" 

"Huh? No.. I was flying overhead and saw this place so I came to investigate." The young woman lied. 

"Oh.. Umm… Can I ask for your help then? I can't climb out of this place so I am kind of stuck down here." This made Xiao Wu a little embarrassed since she had slipped and fallen down the hole when she was just trying to take a peek down to see if she could see anything.

"Yeah, that's no problem. I can fly you out right now." The young woman could not wait to get rid of this human. The further the way the better! She didn't want to end up in the human stomach like her mate! Not waiting for a response from Xiao Wu the young woman picked her up into a princess carry and quickly flew her out of the cave! Teng Yu quickly followed after them since she could not be too far away from the ring or her primordial soul would disperse.

Once they reached the surface The young woman gently put the Xiao Wu down. "Here you go! I am in somewhat of a hurry so I will say my goodbyes here. Take care of yourself."  

"Un! You too..." Xiao Wu did not get to finish her words before the woman took off flying away. "She kind of smelt like chicken too.." Shaking her head erasing that thought Xiao Wu looked around the area.

Teng Yu could only thank that Xiao Wu was stupid about certain things when her mind was set on something else. If not another legendary phoenix might have ended up in her stomach! Looking at the stupid girl in front fo her Teng Yu asked: "What do you plan to do now?" 

"Umm... Not sure..." Xiao Wu replied as she picked up a dead branch off the ground and stabbed the tip into the ground and let go. She watched it fall in one direction as she turned around and walked the opposite way. Teng Yu who saw this action was completely dumbfounded! ' What a stupid girl! '
