Time Skip-Graduation

Three Years Later,

Inside the forest covered with trees, two boys in the middle were sparing against each other while two more were simply watching them from the side.

One of them had black hair while another had yellow hair. Both of them looked a bit grown up. They were none other than Naruto Uzumaki and Menma Izuno.

Naruto thrusts his fist from the side but Menma blocks it with his forearms. Though the power of his punch pushed Menma to the side.

Seeing his opportunity, Naruto spun himself in the air and his leg kicked Menma's forearms once again. He was trying to hit Menma's face but Menma was quiet to block.

'Damn! My arms feel sore just from that kick. I guess I have to launch an offense.' Menma quickly pushed his leg to the side.

"Huh….. Shit!" Naruto who was still in the air realized that he was wide open. He quickly tries to use his forearms at the front but Menma kicks him to his side.

Bam!

After falling to the ground, Naruto quickly stood up and run toward Menma. He throws a barrage of punches at Menma, hoping one of them to hit him properly. But, Menma simply ducks down and kicks his leg.

Naruto realizing his fall swing his upper body and catches Menma's leg. Menma couldn't react for a moment as Naruto quickly throws him to the ground. There was nothing he could've done anyway.

Soon, the battle continues as they keep on punching and kicking each other.  But neither of them used any kind of Ninjutsu. They simply used Taijutsu for nearly half an hour and Menma eventually collapsed.

"Man, your chakra is too much." Menma sighed with dissatisfaction as he lays on the ground.

"Hahaha! I am the man who is going to be Hokage. How can I fall with my opponent?" Naruto rubbed his nose and proudly smacked his chest. Although he was more wounded, unlike Menma, he wasn't tired.

His Chakra reserve was so high that he wouldn't be tired so easily at all.

"Alright Naruto, it's our turn." One of the boys who was watching them from the sidelines stood up. He was wearing a blue shirt and trousers. He had a pair of strange gloves on his hands.

"I am ready, Okinawa. Just throw everything at me!" Naruto smiled brightly as he made a ninja hand sign.

"Here I come!"

Okinawa took out two big shurikens and threw both of them at Naruto. The shurikens moved at a great speed but Naruto quickly made hand signs.

Snake - Ram - Boar - Horse - Bird

With the clap of his hands, his palms generated a powerful wind.

"Wind Release- Gale Palm"

He swung his body and the wing blew around him turning into a tornado. Those shurikens got reflected by the wind but there were some strings connected to those shurikens so Okinawa managed to manipulate them and strike Naruto.

But, the powerful gale force kept on pushing those shurikens away until Okinawa lost the momentum and withdrew the strings.

"Since you want to play like this, then let's play."

Okinawa hurriedly made a lot of hand signs and his mouth widened.

"Water Release- Gunshot!"

A powerful stream of water released out of his mouth. Naruto who had stopped using Gale Palm couldn't help but frown for a moment. But, he quickly jumped into the air and spun his body a few times, gathering enough momentum.

"Leaf Hurricane!"

His leg smashed the gunshot and the water splattered everywhere but Naruto fell to the ground.

"Ow-ow-ow-ow! That hurts."

"Idiot! That jutsu was C-Rank jutsu. Why the hell did you take that head-on?" Seeing him screaming in pain, Okinawa stopped attacking and rushed toward Naruto. But, just when he reached closer, Naruto's body suddenly turned to smoke and a kunai appeared on Okinawa's neck.

"Haha! You fell for it."

"Body Replacement Jutsu"

Naruto laughed as he put down his Kunai because he had already won. There was no reason to continue. But, just when he thought that Naruto suddenly roared.

"Release!"

A massive amount of chakra burst out of him.

At this moment, the scene in front of him changed as Okinawa was no longer in front of him but rather behind him with his kunai ready to stab.

"So, is it my win?" Okinawa smirked and asked.

"Hey, that's cheating! It should be one on one, not two on one." Naruto argued immediately when he realized that Murasaki was using Genjutsu.

"That wasn't my fault. Murasaki interfered on his own. By the way, why did you even interfere? I could've won on my own." Okinawa turned his head and shouted at Murasaki who was silently sitting on the side.

Murasaki shrugged his shoulders and said "I am a Genjutsu User. Isn't it okay for me to use Genjutsu whenever I get a chance?"

"But Naruto, you truly are a monster. You fought against Menma for half an hour, then fought against Okinawa using Gale Palm for so long and even broke out of my Genjutsu. Still, your Chakra is nowhere down."

Although he was praising Naruto, his words made Naruto a bit sad as he lowered his head.

Bang!

"You idiot, did you forget the Bro Code no.8?" Okinawa smacked Murasaki's head and shouted at him. Everyone in the village calls Naruto a monster. Although Murasaki didn't mean it that way, this word was still hard for Naruto to take in.

Naruto shook his head and a bright smile appeared on his face.

"The monster inside me is the reason why everyone calls me a monster. But, it is also the reason why I have so much Chakra. I am going to use this Chakra to protect the village and become the Hokage."

Hearing his words, Okinawa and Murasaki smiled for a moment but suddenly both of them smacked Naruto's head.

"What the hell? Did you forget that we also want to be Hokage? We are not going to let you get that position so easily?"

"Anyway Menma, just how long are you planning on lying down like a lazy bum? You should've already recovered your Chakra." Murasaki turned his head to Menma who was still on the ground with his eyes closed.

"So, this is where you were huh!"

Suddenly, a voice rang into their ears which frightened them. Their souls were shaking as a shadow appeared over Menma's body. It was the shadow of a girl. She was wearing a pink dress on her upper body and a blue on her lower body.

At this moment, her expression was quite scary so it was hard to call it cute. She clenched her fist and smacked Menma on his chest.

"Wake up, you bastard!"

Bang!

'Damn!'

Naruto, Murasaki, and Okinawa started shaking when they saw that punch, But soon, they also receive a deadly glare from them.

"You dare to skip the academy three days in a row huh? Did you forget that today is a Graduation Exam?"

Seeing the evil expression on her face, three of them almost fell to their knees.

'TenTen is scary. TenTen is scary. TenTen is scary.'

"That hurts, TenTen!" Menma finally woke up from the pain and shouted at her.

"Huh! Did you say something?" TenTen stared at him with deadly eyes and asked.

Menma frantically shook his head and denied it.

"Hah! I have already graduated one year ahead of you and started doing the missions already. Why are you just lazing around when you can graduate early? Especially all four of you!"

"Jeez! Aunty has so much expectation from you and you are just lazing here." TenTen frantically shouted at them first but then sighed heavily.

"We are not being lazy. We were training." Naruto shouted at TenTen from afar.

"We are far stronger than before," Okinawa said.

"Yep! And, we would be even stronger if we hadn't spent the whole year teaching the basic stuff to a certain someone." Murasaki rolled his eyes at Naruto.

"Are you telling me that I didn't know anything?" Naruto furiously asked.

"Yep! You knew nothing and if we hadn't taught you how to control your chakra, you would be at dead last." Murasaki nodded his head and responded.

"You bastard!" Naruto wanted to rebuke but sighed.

'He is right. They wasted the whole year on me to teach me even the basic stuff that a ninja should know.'

"But thanks to that, we got a training dummy who helped us get stronger. So, I guess those two cancel each other."

"Thank you, Murasaki! You are so good to me. I will treat you to Ramen today." Naruto felt touched by his words as he spoke with tears in his eyes. But, these weren't sad tears.

"Idiot! Do you even have money to spend on others?" Murasaki punched his head and shouted.

"I guess not." Naruto spoke after realizing that. He got a bit depressed.

"Alright guys, let's return to the academy we spent three years in training. It's time to get our reward." Menma slowly walked in front of them as he spoke.

Hearing his words, Murasaki, Okinawa, and Naruto looked at him with bright smiles on their faces.

"Let's go!"
