The Black Market

Inside the Tyrannical Tower's meeting room.

Everyone was glancing curiosly at Wolf King and waited patiently for him to talk. The guy would have not made them come here if he did not have something important to speak about.

"Everyone before I tell you anything about those robe individuals, let me ask you something." Wolf King glanced seriously at the crowd who was listening attentively to him.

"Do you guys believe in aliens?" The question was a like a nuclear bomb that made the people inside the meeting room speechless and somewhat angry. 

"Wolf King, we are not here to fool around. Please refrain from asking irrelevant questions." An elder from the Nangong Family spoke slowly, although he did not wish to provoke Wolf King, but he should not have made them come in the Tyrannical Tower just to waste their time.

Wolf King glanced at him for a moment before glancing at the doubting gazes of the people inside the meeting hall.

"I can tell you for sure that I have crossed paths with those beings many times before. And I learned that they were not humans, but aliens who came from a different world." Wolf King continued speaking what was on his mind with a serious look.

The old elder from the Situ Family stood up from his seat and pointed at Wolf King. "Did you just made all of us come here to tell us this bullshit?! Wolf King, I admire you greatly for being strong, but that does not mean that you can freely call us just tell us some kind crap!" The old man's voice was full of anger as he pointed at Wolf King.

Brogen stepped forward while emitting huge amounts of origin essence. He glared at the elder from the Nangong Family, but he suddenly saw Wolf King signalling him to move back. He glared one last time at the elder before moving behind Wolf King.

"I understand that this is very hard to believe. And do you think that I would waste my time and resources just to lie to you people?" His countenance became colder and a bit of his Emperor-Class aura gushed out, suffocating the people inside the meeting hall.

"Wolf King, calm your anger. The elder was just unaware of his words and he should have waited for you to explain." Nangong Munji glared at the old man, making the latter sit indignantly.

"If you don't believe me, then you can freely go out of this room. But do take in mind that once you leave this room, then you can never come back again." Wolf King glanced at the people inside and stopped his gaze at the elder who questioned him earlier, making the latter sweat profusely in fear.

'This aura! I have never felt this kind of aura before! How strong!' Sima Yantong observed the rising amount of origin essence from Wolf King's body and felt shock. This was not the strength of a King-Class level fighter! Could it be... Sima Yantong did dare think anymore and just listened attentively, he also believed that Wolf King would not waste their time on purpose. 

"I will show you something that will make you believe everything I say." Wolf King spoke slowly and moved his right hand inside the tuxedo he was wearing. He then pulled out a futuristic-looking handgun and showed it to the people inside the meeting room.

"This was the weapon I got from them during our previous encounter. Follow me outside and you can see for yourself the power of this small handgun." Wolf King smiled while playing with the Energy Gun in his hands. 

The people inside were already surprised at its intricate appearance. It did truly look like an advanced weapon and they have not yet seen any handgun similar to it.

Wolf King walked towards the door and signalled the others to follow him outside.

'Tch, I will see for myself what this toy you have with you right now can do.' The elder from the Nangong Family thought to himself mockingly.

When Wolf King saw that everyone was already outside, he spoke with a calm tone. "Everyone, watch the power of this weapon closely." He then turned around and aimed at a hummer parked nearby.

"Doov!" A strange noise resounded after Wolf King fired the handgun.

"Bang!" They then saw that the hummer had a hole the size of a fist on it. 

"Look at the other side of the hummer." Wolf King casually played with the Energy Gun in his hands as he spoke confidently.

Even the elder from the Nagong Family who opposed Wolf King earlier had a shocked look.

"Is this even possible?" The elder muttered unconsciously.

"You can try it for yourself. Just pour your origin essence on the gun and then pull the trigger." Wolf King threw the handgun towards the elder casually as if it was merely a toy. 

The elder's heart almost jumped out of his c.h.e.s.t as he watched the Energy Gun thrown at him casually by Wolf King. He caught the gun with both his hands shaking continuously, before he sighed in relief. He then looked at Wolf King who was glancing at him with a playful smile on his face. He felt a bit embarrassed and speechless, but he still poured his energy essence on the gun in his hands. He then saw a number flash on the small screen of the gun. It shows: 7

"The number shown on the screen signifies the number of Energy Bullets you can fire." Wolf King spoke after seeing the curious gaze of the elder.

The elder had a look of understanding and aimed the gun towards the hummer. 

Nangong Munji was speechless after seeing that, as the hummer was still fairly new. Wolf King merely shoot it earlier to allow them to see its power, but it does not mean that the elder can freely shoot his hummer.

He was about to stop the elder, but then he heard Wolf King's calm voice behind him. "Let him be."

Nangong Munji sighed and waited patiently.

"Doov!" 

"Bang!" Another hole can be seen on the hummer's surface after the elder took the shot.

"How powerful!"
