He saw the casino as another bar, with multiple wooden round tables to play poker; the casino is not a casino at all, it just private bar with gambling system. The bar was quite, two people, possibly Mutants are sitting on the table playing games, wooden floors make quack when they steeped yellow light lamp surrounding the bar making it vintage.

Akagi, Taka, and Yuji sat on the bar tables, and the rest sat on the Poker table.

"So, You're Shinsuke, Akagi, the little manager I heard so much it's nice to meet you in person"

a beautiful slender early 20s woman approached from the casino's staff door. She has yellow eyes, flowing scarlet hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades with her bangs covering her left eye, a rose Tattoo in her entire both upper arms and a sliver watch, on her wrist, wearing a collared sleeveless red shirt not unlike a vest.

She stands in front of the drinks service table "My name is Ayana, Hasumi, I owns this joint" she looked at Akagi's face "Oh you're cuter then I expected"

Akagi shy and hesitantly said "Oh, I'm just wanted to ...you can...Can you can help... "

Seeing Akagi's shilly-shally she laughed, "Don't be so stiff so much, we're with the Mutants so relaxed a bit, see your fellows, they're enjoying themselves quite after a long time".

Akagi looking at his staff's and thought "That's true, they're really working hard since I arrived, even they're Mutants, they're never treat me like their enemies, they trying their best to live like normal life as every beings should, as their manager I should give them time to enjoy themselves" he looked at Ayana and calmly said "They said you know a lot of Hikaru Eye then tell me about it, how they work, why they work, what can I do with it, what it's limitations, what's It variations, am I only one who possesses this?"

Ayana was surprised to see Akagi's curiosity "Oh my, that it interest you, oh... Akagi confused "What do you mean?"

Taka laughs at him from beside, for scaring him as a joke.

Akagi annoyed by it "What's you laughing about Taka-san".

Ayana giggles "Oh, sorry about that I just real wanted to know if it's real Hikaru Eye, when you get scared, strong emotions went into your mind, that's trigger the Hikaru you were so scared that why Taka laughed at you" she exhales the smoke and went to staff room "Follow me Shinsuke-kun, there is lots I want show you"

Akagi followed her into her staff room. She then opened a hatch placed on the floor and she went down to the Stairs. Akagi does the same.

Once they downed the stairs Akagi shocked to see, where he is, it is small in space but tons of tons books, files and papers around the whole place, and it is an underground library.

Ayana climbs on the book shelf whispering to herself "Hikaru and its abilities, where is it, oh! There it is" she throws the book at Akagi "There, you'll find all the answers"

Akagi sat down in a chair and start reading, while Ayana light another cigarette and start chatting on her phone.

Akagi reading the book very thoroughly "Hikaru Eye, The Blacklight virus evolves the octave nerves of the victim's eyes and grant them virtual or physical Superpower abilities. If and only Blacklight infected users can use the Hikaru Eye.

It also possessed the ability to create holographic doubles of the user, and though these doubles couldn't deal any damage to an enemy, they served as a great distraction when needed. Few seconds later, the victim will be brainwash and do anything as the user commands. The victim or victims will obey any given command that physically or mentally possible for them.

It will either automatically recharge or the user can consume Biotium for accelerate recharging process, the more they expand the perimeter, the more they suffer eye bleeding and etching" Akagi slightly disappointed by that "Well, I guess I'm not invincible after all".

Akagi was lost in the book, it time passed quickly, while he was about to read Hikaru's third and final stage.

Ayana knocks on the bench "Oi times over, your pals are ready to go"

Akagi looked at his watch, and made a request to Ayana

Ayana smiles and saying it proudly "Well, you know, I am service provider and Mutant researcher, yeah I know it's lot of troubles but from outside I'm regular working girl, but in real life, provide special services for Mutants, make Mutants those who are chased By Blackwatch, I make mutants underground for a while. It lot of money coming from different parties. In my free time I hacked into the UsNet terminals to steal information I required and sell them as a reasonable price, quiet a business, don't you think"

Akagi was surprised to hear Ayana's real business but he did not say anything and climbing up to the floor. Ayana stopped him "Shinsuke-kun!" Akagi looked back down

After the outbreak everything changed, anyway Misaki told me that you beat down from some punk attempted to steal your money" he looked at the ring "Get on the ring Shinsuke, I will teach you how to fight"

Akagi exclaims "You're going to do, are we going fight now?"

Yuji harshly command him "Don't be such a coward; there will be time like this, when you had no choice but to fight. Tomotaki looked at them very excitingly, Masamune joined him, after finishes his exploring.

Tomotaki chuckles "Cubes are a badass weapon" He pulled out one of his Cube "Look at this Cube for example, this mine it's also my sweetheart, she looks tiny when pressed my thumb on the top".

The Cubes are cube looking weapons, easily carries on their pockets, on top of the cube there are different coloured big round buttons on it, when it pressed the Cubes expands and breaks down into tiny Cubes then joined perfectly and transformed into any kind of melee weapon. Mostly swords.

Tomotaki demonstrated his Cubes, it similar like a small axe. "All rightly, I have mine, you get yours in the inventory, pick up any Cubes you think you can handle, it's like finding a your true soul mate"

Masamune nods and walked away, looking for different varieties of Cubes "What should I pick? There sergeant Tomotaki said pick anything that comfortable for the user to use but I prefer to try it first then choosing it" then suddenly he looked a lonely and a little large than the others green bottom and outlined on it. The Cubes separately placed on the same inventory. Masamune thought that it is different or dysfunctional; he walked and looked closely at the info.

He found out, it's a normal also well developed cube like the rest of them he signs on the device. The device searched his name and identification then glass turned off the cube slowly went down on the pillar. Masamune pulled out the Cube and showed Tomotaki.

Tomotaki was baffled to see that Cube "The Lancaster You found this?"

Masamune calmly said "Oh, its name after North-eastern City of England that's nice"

Tomotaki worried "Do you know what it is? It is a pair of black sword used by Colonel Bishop to kill the 18th Mutant Emperor, A.K.A the Mad Mutant. He use the sword to stabbed emperor's heart put a end to his sins and stop the Second MH War, no one can hold it, I point I'm trying to make is..." He looked at the Cube quietly said "It's a legendary sword, held by a legendary hero" again his went back to normal "Sure you can use it, but no one can"

Masamune looked at the cube for a moment thinking about something, he knits his eyebrows and pressed it.

The Cube transformed into a twin sword and landed on Masamune's hands, the sword is wide pure black colour. In its middle wide straight parallel lines on it glowing in light green

He wields it and practicing with it, he wielding very fast it likes a normal sword. Masamune is excellent in martial arts and Hand to hand combat, he also master swordsman and known how to handle Explosives and weapons like the Cube. He swinging the sword so fast that made it black and sometimes green after he finished.

Tomotaki thoughts that he either crazy die quickly or he will be the next legendary hero who will fight for peace and justice. After Masamune demonstrated with the Lancaster, he compliments him "How the f.u.c.k do you did that? That's Insane and awesome I've never thought you could hold it"

"Would you kindly go back to your work, you brats" an older voice came from their back "How dear you coming in here without any uniform"

They turned around and see

a stooped shoulders middle aged with c.h.e.s.tnut hair and golden eyes. His nose is also pointy and he has a very pale skin wearing a Lex Unit uniform.

The standard Lex unit uniform consists of a long-sleeved double-b.r.e.a.s.ted dark blue coat with two rows of biscuit coloured shinny buttons on the front and light green details including the shoulder epaulettes. Some Lex members wear either one or two Sam Browne belts which pass diagonally over either shoulder. All members of the Lex members should wear a pair of white parade glove. It separates them from Blackwatch and ordinary military unit.

"Major Morikazu how good sees you in one piece and what are you doing in here?"

Morikazu laughed "Aww! What kind of questions is that? You two sucker have been signed under me. we've have been assigned to the yellow zone, so get your uniform and get back to work, I'll meet you in the Yellow zone.

He turned back and to start walking to the exit

Tomotaki is pissed he looked Masamune "Believe that shit, he just said we're sucker, damn that egoistic bastard"

Masamune replied, "Maybe he's too experienced to work with us, you just need to calm down a bit"

Listening Masamune's advice he calms down, inhales and shouts "Oi Major, what case are we going to work on?"

Morikazu looked back "The Blue Star massacred, we're going to find the prime suspect Shintani Nagako and his two missing daughters.
