THE BLACKLIGHT

Masamune and Tomotaki reached the Yellow zone, while their in the Blackwatch's yellow zone's main base, Tomotaki making contact from Headquarter.

Masamune take a long looking at the Yellow zone, the zone once he grew up.

"Lot's changed around the yellow zone, the media was right, the zone is a mess, overpopulation still around this sector, and everywhere I look at it I only see poor people and poverty. Completely different from the green zone, Mutants still living in the crowd, killing innocent people" certain energy flew into him, he motivated himself "Don't worry I will save them and killed any Mutant who tries to harm them, besides its only reason I joined up with the Blackwatch"

Tomotaki got his order, he on his way to Filch Masamune, when he sees Masamune standing in the base exit, looking at the people thinking about something.

He taps Masamune's shoulder explaining about their mission, he crossed his arm "Alright, we begin our searching for that Mutant Shintani Nagako, apparently what I heard from the HQ, Mr Nagako killed three Blackwatch soldiers including a captain. He concealed their bodies into a small f.u.c.k.i.n.g washing machine near someone house, when the bodies started to decompose, making a disgusting smell and then the people reported to us" he signs

"When Blackwatch opened the machine door they saw many broken and dismembered body parts an unbearable smells coming from of rotten corpses. We need evidence find he's whereabouts"

Masamune energetically interrupted him, said, "What are we waiting for? I got my Cube"

Tomotaki replied in hurry "Whoa! Whoa, holding your horses. I am not finished Headquarter confirmed its sight delay to pass information from us. We start tomorrow, now you need to roam for today, just in case, technically green zone are based in Shinjuku and surrounding districts, yellow zone are in West-North parts of the city, now you need to explore the area, sense the atmosphere, look around what's change when you were gone"

Masamune asked "What about you? Aren't you coming?"

Tomotaki massaging himself "I'm really tired for today; I better take a nap for whole afternoon in base camp. So you have to take the tour for yourself and be sure to return here before night, the yellow zone may seem like an overpopulated area, when nigh falls, the whole street is empty, who knows what type of monsters larks in the shadows in the night"

Masamune understood and went out to explore the town by the street.

On the same street Akagi is walking after finished his training with Yuji. He thinks while rubbing his arm "Aaahh man… That Yuji sure tough on me for how long I trained under him".

He motivated himself "No, I can't give up now, I don't care about Mutant, human shit, I just have to get strong, to protect myself and my family, as long as I keep quiet and don't do anything that cause trouble for the Military, I should be safe".

As Akagi walking senseless, he bump into a man with similar height. Akagi without seeing that man he apologise.

The man without seeing Akagi, he was trying to do the same.

When they make contact, they're heavily exclaims call each other names

"Akagi?"

"Hyoubu?"

It is Hyoubu Masamune that Akagi bump into each other.

Akagi Shinsuke and Hyoubu Masamune was childhood friends, they both grew up and attended school together in the Yellow zone, and they happened to be best friends in school.

Masamune is the only person that Akagi considered a true friend.

In early years of Akagi Shinsuke's, Akagi and his brother Akiho experienced a rough childhood spent in abject poverty; his first seven years were spent in foster care where he was emotionally abused by his Foster parents over the years, experienced no parental p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e from his Foster parents, they always stayed at home doing everything for themselves.

In those years, Akagi realised the value of real motherly love and care that he did not received. When he turned eight, he and his brother finally returned to his mother, whom released from prison, their finally granted freedom when they reunited with their mother.

Akagi as a kids appeared quiet and serious for his age. He did not go out to yard to play with other kids – he rather would daydream and explore the world using his imagination or just read a book. His mother usually did not understand him as she forced him to go out and play, despite all that he was occasionally visited the playground, most of the time he spent alone, reading a book or watching other kids playing with their friends.

However, Akagi often think that other kids are stupid and would rather play or talk with older people, so he can develop his knowledge base. By spending time alone and not playing with other kids, Akagi later find it difficult to fit in and start lacking social skills. That is main root of social awkward situations at later life stages.

As for Masamune's he got very care from his parents when they were alive. He was friendly, welcoming and supportive back in the day, he had lot of friends in the school and he's playground, friends liked him, enjoying playing with him but he didn't talked to them more openly, as for Akagi, he also considered as a good and loyal friend that he can trust anything. Masamune was more open and relaxed when he was with Akagi.

As a teenager, school is usually annoying for Akagi when he in high school. He do not like forced to learn things in which he had no interest. Akagi also had problems with authority and asking inappropriate questions might get him in trouble. He also appear as really cold and weird classmate who communicate with very few people like Masamune himself. Akagi sometimes be detached even from his closest friend and often prefer to be alone and shut himself for a few days. This period was be difficult for his friends, but once they get used to it, it will be much easier to keep the relationship going. Due to Akagi's underdeveloped introverted feeling and passion for rationality, he can easily offend others and do not even understand it and for that, they started to bully him.

Despite all these, Akagi did well at school, even without trying – common sense is enough more than enough. He take school just as a way to jump into college and career.

Masamune highschool life is colourful one, he is somewhat average in studies but he is an extroverted, friendly, talkative and quite handsome, for this reason, he was popular among the female students in their school.

Akagi and Masamune were in different class because Masamune is one year older than he is.

When they first met, Masamune was somewhat selfish, rarely putting others before himself.

He also acted in a rather bratty manner when he first met Shinsuke, beating Akagi up and bullying him, when they were in middle school. He beaten Akagi because he was in argument with Masamune, in anger Akagi called him an idiot for not knowing the proper details about the matter. After that Masamune felt sorry for him, He acted over rushed with Akagi.

Once upon a time Akagi leaning on some tree reading some book, forgot about Masamune's behaviour. From that time, he again met Masamune who approached him from the kid's crowd. Masamune apologised to Akagi for that incident, then he realised that Akagi forgives Masamune long time ago and also told him that he was his fault, calling him idiot, Masamune was surprised for that, he felt happy and sat beside Akagi, showing interest about he was reading, as Akagi showed his book telling Masamune what it's about. After few days of talking, exchange ideas, Masamune asked him to be his friend, from that time, Akagi had no friends, he thought, what it felt like to have a friend, he agreed.

Soon after they become very good friends from that time to high school graduation.

As kids, Akagi and Hyoubu would play together playing video games in Akagi's house and watch Horror or Sci-fi movies. Akagi's intellect and aptitude in science provided him an opportunity to leave behind his troubled past. At present, he meets his childhood friend, who happen to be the first and last true friend Akagi ever had. Akagi trusts and has faith in him more than any one else.

After the reunion they both overly exhilarated,

"How you doing Shinsuke, it's be a long time has it," Masamune asked,

Akagi replied "Yeah, long time, what you are doing in Yellow zone Masamune?"

Masamune points a café across the road "Why don't we sit for a while, its look good cafe opposite side of the road".

In the cafe Masamune told that he has joined the Lex unit and he is in yellow zone for his first assignment, after learning from Masamune, still very much unaware that he is become Mutant, Akagi acted normal.

He politely asked about Masamune's younger sister, who is well known Bio Researcher, Akagi knew her when he met Masamune at their early days.

Masamune took slip from his cup and replied with a happy face

"Well, She's in the Norway for the moment, researching something top secret for a international corporation, she also leading half of dozen scientist, she will come back in Tokyo very soon with special Blackwatch escorts, she almost is a celebrity"

Akagi congrats him "Wow, can't believe you're sister is only 17 years old, she is already is a genius"

Masamune asked "What about you, I heard you're going to be Genetics scientist for the MRC, that good for you". He put his cup down finished his coffee "So you still have a wield d.e.s.i.r.e of world domination, you remember don't you on the rooftop of our high school told me some day you will rule the world, everyone will knell before you, you were such a bragging little brat that time".

Akagi laughed "Hehe, very funny, says the high school man who couldn't change a little light bulb in his room, he rather stayed in the darkness for a week until I came in here to change" He also slip his cup "Beside I'm more m.a.t.u.r.e now but back then, I thought I was some kind of sociopath or a narcissist"

Masamune nods for amusing "Yeah, you were, you were" his phone rings from his pocket he picked up the phone and answered it

Tomotaki spoke from the phone "Private Masamune, its Tomotaki got a situation here, so grab your cube and meet me near yellow zone railway station"

Masamune agreed but question him But you said, that will be no work tonight"

"Yeah, yeah I know, we got a emergency on our hand" Tomotaki harshly says "So coming or what?"

Masamune gets up from the table "Right on my way" he disconnected the phone "Sorry Shinsuke, we chat later," he put the both of their bill "here you go, my treat, I know phone number so I keep in touch" he went out from the cafe

Akagi smiles "Well see you later then".

After he was gone Akagi sat on the chair for a while thinking about the Encounter with Masamune "Hyoubu. My friend, he joined Lex unit of the Blackwatch military" he puts his fingers on his chin questioning himself "That make him my enemy, that absurd, why thinking of a mind of a Mutant, I wouldn't hurt him or anyone else matters of fact".

After couple of hours Akagi walks forward thinking about the subject, when he walking around the corner suddenly a body drop down from a 5-store building very near him.

Akagi was terrorised to saw that body has he thought it was a suicide soon he saw the man has red hair, and he starts to move, Akagi looked round and he is alone, no one is here at the moment. Akagi turned the body to see his face, he was Kishino Fumihiro, the red hair yellow eye Mutant Akagi's senior who studied MRC training Institute. For the result of the fall he was gravely injured,

Akagi was exclaims to him around here he went tries to help him "Fumihiro! Where did you come from?"

Fumihiro groans, "There is no time to talk, he's after me I need to..." he gasped and took a piece of paper from his pocket "That address I need to g..." He feel unconscious.

Akagi still do not understand what is going on he tries to walk him up "Hey, what do you mean, who's after you, how did you end up here? Aaugh... He's cold".

Akagi looked at the piece of paper that Fumihiro was holding, he saw it is name of an address.

Akagi looked Fumihiro unconscious body "Do I help, he tried to kill me back then, looks like I it's an address" he made up his mind and got Fumihiro up and went to his house.
