THE BLACKLIGHT

On a weekend in Shinsuke's House, Akagi is sitting on the table waiting for his favourite dish.

"Here it is, egg fried rice, your favourite" Akiya Shinsuke, his mother comes from the kitchen and dropped a plate on the table.

Akagi smells the dish for a moment "wow smells delicious" he put a chopsticks and eating"

"Taste good?" Akiya asked while washing her hands.

Akagi nods "Hmm" he looked at his brother room "Just a shame Akiho gone to his tuitions without eating it"

Akiya smiles "Don't worry There is plenty for him later," she concern about something "I'm worried that I made to much it by tomorrow it will spoil"

*Tink Ton* their front doorbell rang.

Akagi got up "I get it"

He went to answer the door, he opened it and finds out it is Misaki.

"Hey why you here, I thought today's shift will be in afternoon, but I am on a breakfast" Akagi asked her

She replied with rough tough manner as always "The owner wants you to gather all staff info" she puts a bubble gum start chewing it "It's no hurry, the owner wants done by today"

"Akagi, who is it?" his mother asked while walking towards the door "Oh, who is she?" she asked,

when she saw Misaki standing on their door.

Misaki replied with sweet words "I'm Mayumi, Misaki" she vows her head "I'm works with your son, it's nice to meet you".

Those words surprised Akagi, he thinks while looking at her sudden sweet face "What! A minute ago, she all pissed up, now she looks all lovey dovey, how the hell that happened, and where is the gum that she was chewing"

"It's your friend Aka wouldn't you invite her in" Akiya told him

Misaki felt nervous "Um. No I... I can't get in, that's"

She laughed, "You really a cute girl, don't be shy" she walks towards her and grabbed Misaki's hands to tries come her in

Misaki hesitates "No, that's okay, I could just come later"

"Come on, join us for the breakfast, I made Akagi's favourite food"

Misaki calms down, slowly walked into his house.

On the table they having breakfast,

"Please take a bite" His mother encouraged Misaki, she had a bite, once she tasted it, her eyes wide open

"Wow, that is amazing," Misaki, continues eating the rest of the fried rice.

"Pretty good isn't it," Akagi asked putting his hand on his cheek.

Misaki while eating nods "That's very delicious, how you make that so good, please teach me how to cook it Mrs Shinsuke"

Hearing that Akiya is very much pleased "Oh glad you're like it, after finishing your food come to the kitchen and I'll show you" hearing that Misaki smiles,

After 2 hours chatting with Akagi's mom, Misaki and Akagi went to Friendo's Bar.

While walking she said to Akagi "Your mom is so nice, you're so lucky to have a family"

Akagi asked her "Yeah, but what's that for? Suddenly changing your personality like that"

Misaki apologised "I'm sorry, I feel little nervous around humans"

"Oh I see" Akagi understood "You don't have to worry about that, my mom is nicest person"

Misaki nods, "Now I understand why you wanted become a scientist, to make your mother proud" she said in grief "Everyone not so lucky like you"

Akagi asked "Huh? What was that?"

"No, nothing" she replied.

After talking more openly she is considered Akagi's mom as a young woman long open hair she is cheerful and energetic. She always tries to keep the mood light-hearted but knows when to act serious or respectful.

When they inside Friendo's bar Akagi received a video message, he clicked at it.

When the video opened, He completely startled, it contains Miyoshi held on a room tied on a chair, making a video a, out her condition. Akagi rises its volume.

When sound heard by Misaki, she looked back "What are you watching?" she asked,

not hearing any answer from him she is little concerned and looked at the phone. She was shocked as well as Akagi. He put the video on projector mode, So they can see the video on flat screen in air.

The voice appeared from background,

Introducing himself "Aka-Chan and Misa-Chan, where ever you are, I would like to visit this poor girl in the Itabashi district. I know you two are known each other, so you both will come together in the given address at tomorrow or...." the cameraman moves closer in a jerkily and shakily manner towards Miyoshi.

In the beginning, he saw Miyoshi from a distance, when the camera operator came closer they saw many bruise on her face, "Save me" written on her forehead with a black marker.

The camera operator grabbed Miyoshi's cheek in very rough manner lifting her head she is in unconscious state but her half eyes open, looking half-dead or soulless inside.

The camera operator laughed holding her cheek "We already killed the older one If you two wouldn't come, hehe... then the consequences will be tragic... We'll waiting for you"

Soon the address pop ups, Akagi did notice out of the ordinary and he about to say it but he did not know how Misaki would react, he looked at her face and see nothing.

Her face fades into darkness, without saying anything she grabbed Akagi's phone and runs upstairs, Akagi quickly followed her.

Misaki showed the video to Yamamoto in his office, seeing that Video he silence for a bit.

"No, we will not go" he said only

Misaki shouts in anger "What you do you mean "no" they already killed we have to save her"

Yamamoto reminds her "Don't you forget Friendo's rules, it's any of our staff get caught or killed we won't take any responsibility, it is a tough rule but we have to follow" he signs "They're even not part of Restaurant, why would we care"

That rages Misaki "Why would we care? Because we're not those human machines, we care about each other. One of ours is going to be killed and you suggesting that we sit on our a.s.s and do nothing. F.u.c.k that"

Yamamoto frowned "Then you get to do all by yourself, no one will help you, not me, not Shinsuke"

Misaki quickly runs down the stairs.

Akagi about to follow her but stopped by Yamamoto "Shinsuke" Akagi looked at him "You're a reasonable man, then put something logic in her reckless brain about why am I doing this".

Akagi nods and went down quickly, on the downstairs she didn't was already gone,

"Does something happen to her, she looked very pissed?" Fumihiro said while wrapping one of the plates.

"Do you know where she went?" Akagi questioned in a hurry

Fumihiro looked up in Window "Umm, she went in brick coloured apartment"

Akagi followed her in their apartment without saying anything

When inside on the 2nd floor Akagi saw Misaki sitting on the stairs downing her head

"So what are you going to do?" Akagi asked her

A few seconds of silence she stands up head to down while walking she responded, "Isn't that obvious I'll go along, if you don't come, that's fine I'll do myself"

Akagi bugs out "That's Insane! You definitely die that's not the location you looking fo..."

Misaki shouts "WHAT ELSE I CAN DO"

Akagi first time saw Masaki's tearful eyes; she does not usually get so emotional.

She sorely said, "Blackwatch didn't consider killing Mutants that need to be get killed instead they kill Mutants those are weak and defenceless". She clenched her palm "I'll go to save her" she slowly went down to the stairs.

When Misaki crossed Akagi, he knits his brows and grabbed her shoulder slowly slam her on the wall "Stop being so reckless and listen to what I have to say".

Misaki was very surprised to see Akagi's sudden approach, "What are you doing?" she asked

"Saving you from death, you little fool" Akagi replied

Seeing Misaki has calmed down Akagi removes his hand from her shoulder "I think it is a trap" he continues "The location that they gave us, a popular location with many civilian presences, let's say many Mutants tries to rescue her, do you think they held Miyoshi on non-combat area"

"If they wanted to find us they easily tracked our phones" Akagi explained "Because Yellow zone is a very populated area, they can't find unrecognisable Mutants, best way to lure us somewhere empty place, where they spot us"

"What are saying, that Miyoshi isn't in the Itabashi district?" Misaki commented,

Akagi nods "I think given location is perfect for ambush"

"How do you know that she isn't in Itabashi district?" Misaki asked him

Akagi sighs, "I don't know much just my intuition"

"We need something solid except your intuition" Misaki scolds

Akagi signs closed his eyes then opened it and directly said

"Do you see fallen bricks on the walls?"

"Bricks?" she said

Akagi replays that video and stopped at certain point, "Look at that brick about to fall on the ground"

She looked at it then said "So? That's Burnt Clay Bricks; thousands building contains those kind of bricks"

Misaki sighs but could not lighten her mood "Welcome to the modern world of 2030, so need to find which district that contains red bricks?"

Akagi hesitates "Ah yeah about that, there are many building using this red bricks even now, not only districts like Nerima and Kita of Yellow zone l, there are many districts can contained those bricks"

"How the hell did you know about all types of brick?" Misaki questioned,

Akagi points his finger up "If I get into any facts and info that I find interested, I will devour all information" he smiles "Pretty good right that I knew about it",

Misaki exhales in disappointed "Those are huge area to cover, how can we find a single building out of thousand buildings?"

"That's wasn't the point I was made, the main thing is we know they tried gave the false address to lure us out" Akagi concentrates two theories revolves around his head,

"It's too easy to get, there is two possibilities either they too dumb to chose a false location to set an ambush or they wanted us to find the right location all along, either way I have to get the info from my college, looks like I got no choice"

"What you going to do?" Misaki broke his concentration.

Akagi went by to reality and said,

"In my college, there is room called Lion's den, that where official MRC Scientist using to submit their research report, that leads to UsNet entire Blackwatch and MRC information is in those computers".

Akagi worries "But Lion's den is highly secure room, totally prohibited among students, if I somehow get into the room and find where Miyoshi is held, I could use the info to save her"

Misaki forgot all sorrowful thoughts and asked Akagi with a smile "So you will help despite what Yamamoto had said"

Akagi exhales "Well I couldn't let you go into to an ambush and get killed" he murmured "You're more of stranger now, you are the first female friend that I have".

Hearing that Misaki again teases him "Ahh... Akagi Shinsuke wants a girl in his life, how interesting I was wrong about you"

Akagi bugs out hesitantly babbles in embarrassment "No... No.. What? I do not want... Any"...he sighs, "Can we get to the point?"

She puts her hand on waist "So you get the information then we go to rescue Miyoshi, any thoughts about how do you get in the Lion's den without letting anyone know?"

Akagi removes his glasses "Don't worry I got my own ways" when he finished his Hikaru Eye activates...
