THE BLACKLIGHT

Melissa returned to the Detention Centre after a short break, unaware of the condition inside.

When door opened, she startled at the glance, immediately stepped back tightly sticks on wall gasping in horror,

"What just happened? Who could've done it?!" she muttered, slowly stepping forward, watching every step she also watching the tore muscles and organ scattered over it.

With lots of courage, she went farther, overwhelming with terror she failed to notice anything moves above her,

At last, an idea stuck into her head, "What am I doing now, I should immediately call for backup" Melissa urgently pull out a radio trying to get help but she got stalked. A spiral tendrils wrapped around her neck suddenly hangs her up.

Akagi dropped down to the Ceiling, where he was hiding, he slowly comes closer watching Melissa twitching legs, struggling as blade lodged from throaty blood spewing down to her bosomy body. After she snapped her neck, Akagi taken the keys from her pocket and released all the cells of the Capital centre.

"When I released all captured Mutants coming out from those cages" Akagi wondered, "One think that revolves my head that how they react in this mess, nevertheless the answer stands firmly front of me when I see it myself, glaring at surprise".

All Mutant felt extremely happy when seeing this mess, some of them kicked those bloody bodies, spitting as well as cursing, they're collar also went off.

Soon Eiji comes in, asking, "You did all this alone",

Akagi sighed, question back "Why, What will you do knowing that?"

Eiji exhales taps his shoulder, "I take it you lost someone, there is much more I need to tell you",

"You had your freedom", Akagi immediately removed Eiji's hands emotionlessly glaring him "You spoke everything I need to know now you can go home with the captives, I'm not interested", Akagi frowned watching the captured Mutants, suddenly stumbled upon the open front gate "Why they stopped when they outside?"

Akagi quickly walks into the scene and witnessed two Spectres standing in front them, they were startled when they saw so many of Mutants glowering at them but Akagi comes out from the group standing at front.

"But how?!? The one Spectre questions the other "how wasn't I told, answer me now",

"I don't know sir, we are out catching the intruder," the other one explains, "We caught one of them".

"Yes I can see that, you moron, find what we will do now!"

When Spectre showed their intruder, Akagi's eyes wide-open, "Misaki!" he thought, secretly bugging out "Why she here?", Akagi's eyes frowned as it went back sharp; He used Hikaru-Eye to shut them up.

After been affected by Akagi's magical eyes, they both committed suicide,

"She's alright just slightly fainted" one female Mutant captive reported to Akagi. He hummed, listening to her

A loud rambling thunderstorm buzzed in the sky,

"Rain is coming soon" Akagi claimed, looking at the dark sky, "You all should go, you're free, find a way out of out of here" Akagi said, gazed at the captives "I will take care of her" he take Misaki in his hands, while Misaki carried by his arm, he starts walking towards a shelter.

Heavy rain poured down the ground while Akagi sitting on a rock beside her as she sweetly resting, for lack of time he forced to take temporary shelter in a cave under a small cliff.

After few mumbling, Misaki wakes up immediately,

"Where am I?" she muttered, holding her forehead, "Uhh..." she flinched after seeing Akagi, sitting beside her "Shinsuke? Is that you?" she looks, "Shinsuke it is you, god I nearly don't recognise you",

"What are you doing in here?" Akagi quietly asked ,

Misaki chuckled "Heh, what you think, we came to rescue you"

"Who? Me" he surprisingly confirmed,

She replied while scratching back side of her head in disappointment "Yeah, I know, I got nearly caught, that Spectres came out of nowhere when we scouting the centre, couple of them jumped at them, Miyoshi and Mitsumasa were get away, I am one they caught" she grouchy says "Those sneaky bastard! For months it took to find you and I couldn't do single work moreover all for nothing after what I did",

"I don't understand a single word that you saying" Akagi lightly confused,

Misaki told everything what just happened between her and Yamamoto.

Akagi briefly exhales after hearing that, he looked again at the rain which slowly decreasing.

"You seem little different than before?" Misaki admitted after glance at Akagi's appearance "Those straight thin hair really changed you, you really are became a different person",

Akagi did not responded anything, witnessing his silence, his sudden change of appearance, his continuous glowing Red-eye, having a 9-finger, she found it very strange, she slightly frowned asking him "Is something happened to..",

"Who called you Antheia, Misaki?" Akagi suddenly asked, still looking at the front, "You whispered the name in your sleep",

Misaki frowned and slightly rants, "That's none it matter now, you acting some silent weirdo, so I asked",

Akagi exhales looking up "Antheia, at as far as my knowledge goes about mythology, She was one of the Charites, or... Maybe Greece from Greek mythology and was the goddess of flowers and flowery wreaths, nobody I know could calling you by a such cute name, they must be very close to you, since you told me your past I take it, your father or brother called you that".

"What exactly are you doing, showing how smart you are? Misaki said, miffed in narrowing eyebrows.

"Heh, I wasn't showing you anything" he slightly chuckled, looking at her "You weren't hesitated when you told your story, why skip that one",

she retorted, "Yeah, I intended to skip that one", later she sighed, "For my beauty, my dad used to called me that as a silly nickname, I hate it even now when I remember my father and brother, which I lost".

"Sorry. This world is ruthless sometimes" Akagi sorrowfully replied, "But imagine, the world is better, nice and peaceful, no sign of violence, no mot wars, no more conflict, no more suffering and no unnecessary cruelty, a civilization of all mutually living in peace, if world could come into reality, would you all be happy, exploring the world with your lover like your said you would".

Misaki heavily laughed after hearing Akagi's unbelievable imagination, "What kind of fantasy world that you imagined, it's very beautiful but it never going to happen, it only exists in a dream" she preparing to get going "Alright, let's go, Tomita and the others will waiting for us, they're going to believe I got rescued from you", she lightly said, changed the subject,

Akagi snorted, "Huh, a dream" seeing the rain has permanently stopped, he stands up from the rock, "You should go back to Friendo's, I will talk to Mitsumasa, he will delivered right message to him, you couldn't see me for now on there is something that I need to do, something that I want to do, for that reason I am going somewhere",

"Wa...Waiting I don't understand, where you going?" she demanded,

"Somewhere I belong, beyond the curtain" He turned back and starts walking,

"Wait! Where, You didn't told me anything!" Misaki tried to follow but, thin tendrils suddenly wrapped around her hand, stopping her, she struggled but couldn't work,

Hearing her struggling, Akagi remembered something, he again "I forgot to tell about something",

Misaki flinched hearing Akagi's voice; she stopped her struggling and listening,

"Back then when I was infected, I thought I was going to die" Akagi continues in mumbling voice "I kept walking on the street thinking the same thing, I was dead until I met you, you gave me a reason, you were the one truly saved me, I'll grateful forever, the thing I want say is, Thank you".

While Akagi slowly reveals his feelings, without any thoughts she kept listening,

Akagi sighs, "The reason I tell you these because I care about you, I already lost all of my love ones, and I can't handle, losing another".

Misaki secretly over exclaimed hearing from Akagi, a certain unknown affection rises from the deepest centre of her heart.

After the conversation, Akagi keeps walking without any reply,

"Wait you! Dammit" she again trying to set free but tiny tendrils tightly holding Misaki's wrist, after certain time tendrils automatically vanished, she quickly has a glance at Akagi but he wasn't there, she scoot to the exit, Scouting for him, but she found no trace of him.

Overwhelming with sadness and disappointment, Misaki forced to go back.

Akagi was gone somewhere else, at sight he constantly watching the peaceful bay, after rain, seagull hawks flocking around the shore, wet soil smell fresh out from ground, as Akagi seeing the bay but his mind wandering somewhere else, while the thoughts arranging to form a shape, he sorrowfully admits to himself, "I'm never got to make my decision, my life makes decisions for me to follow, of all this time I was looking for a purpose, finally found it, but I didn't like it, not sure I ever be myself again, It caused me to thrown away everything I've ever care about. Something worth living for, but it didn't work out. The life I had dreamed was tormented me and cast away into this rotten cruel world. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive, without power, without any motivation to change the course that leads me to a horrible death,

The world such as mine, could be so wrench that no one has ever trying to change it; nobody is willing to get their hands dirty. This world can't go on like this; the world needs a proper direction, a necessity to change then... I'll change it".

"I'll create a new world. A world where is everything is perfect, accurate, realistic and according to the perfect laws, that anyone, anyone hasn't suffered like I did",

Overwhelming sudden excitement arouse Akagi as he thinks farther, "When you understand the game it comes to you

I know my pieces and I know where the pieces going to placed, it's game of deception, Using those deception, it begins a game that I bound to win, I will create a new better world",

He growls in his mind, "If anyone dares to says to me that I'm wrong or anyone stands in my way, I will kill them, I will kill them all" he motivated himself, looking at his palm "Yes... I am not the one whose wrong, the wrong is with this WORLD...."
