After many months of silent, TYZ the capital city again brewing dark clouds, 'war again will break out soon?' those words whisper among the people as the sudden change aggression of Mutant radicals, Blackwatch forced to call the assembly of five Generals.

Every respected Zone Generals has summons over the Blackwatch HQ.

Naokatsu Harasaki going its way as their selected security, "Time passed but Blackwatch's finished as Mutants possesses in the war zone areas" he thought, walking towards the office, "Redtron sudden appearance hardly surprised anyone, the war is coming without a doubt" he opens the door and went in, meanwhile he stands in his position, glaring at the conference, generals gathering soon settling their briefing over the round table.

A massive computer screen appears to Generals to see entire country and its capital. Containing recent changes of entire economic, change of political backslashes etc. They literally can see every noticeable change around the capital specially areas they control over.

"Within months Mutants attacks grows rapidly" One of announcer speaks standing near table, informing the Generals "Serial bomb baste near military base, ambushed over military supplies and even murders, extortion over civilians at both Red Zone, Brown Zone even yellow zone and the...", the informer glance at his report, "And Helecters are responsible for all of these guerrilla attacks"

Green zone General nods, "Alright, another militant group has surface but there in in small numbers, nothing to worry about" he stands up, slowly scowls "There is no one mocked over our empire, and we have to crush those who oppose us".

"Me and my men won't concern about Helecters murdering, raping and looting civilians over the zones" Brown Zone General casually admitted, "But I won't tolerate they murdered our men, steal our money from the Blackwatch bases"

"That's you shouldn't worried that" chubby looking short hair yellow zone General leaning in over the table, suggesting "We will raise taxes, working facilities and commercial companies, owner and workers have plenty of money to pay us" he smirks eyeing the rest, "What you think of my suggestion".

Every Generals nod in agreement,

"Right then before The Supreme One, comes back, we need keep extorting more money to keep up financial balance",

"Umm, if I may General? There is something I missed to inform you all", informer whimpered, grabbing general attention, "Redtron suddenly returned again, and this he's more brutal, ruthless and villainous than ever before"

When word heard every Generals were baffled, when they heard his name,

"Why you inform us before, you bloody idiot!" one general hoarse, he looked at his fellow Generals, ensuring "We, also handle him, he's always be a pain in the a.s.s, but now we need to stop him entirely". As the meeting goes little longer, they eventually come to a stand off then end it.

"Major Harasaki!" Yellow zone General calls,

"Yes General," said Harasaki,

"How is your subordinate Masamune doing? He promoting quickly, completing missions as we told,

"But he still young" Harasaki countered, "He's a lot to learn he has no lead about the Helecters and men we counter last year".

The general pressed his lips, as he nodding in an agreement, "Well I couldn't agree more, that's I decided with add him Masterclass Lex Unit squad"

The terms of negotiation are any country will become an independent neutral country for A.N.A. Without taking them into A.N.A's territories, but will act as their puppet state, moreover A.N.A could take anything to the neutral country without any warning or reason, the A.N.A soon become a sovereign state functioning as an aggregate of nations or people that are ruled over by an God emperor who is here just for the name as no one ever saw him because he did not exist.

Within decades A.N.A transformed into a Space-Filling Empire that compete to control of the world's territory, and while they some useless independent countries of the world.

Although having an imperialist system, A.N.A does have one puppet God-Emperor, the Global Empire of A.N.A have multiple leaders from different major countries who holds most lands and has developed weaponry, each leader rules their own part of areas. If any disagreement, the leaders settle their problems and find a solution for an agreement.

When A.N.A got a requested by the mutual country Japan, who snuggling for Mutant Rebellion against their weak democratic government. A.N.A they send their mightiest Military group who firmly ruled over South-East Asian countries, Southern Pacific Islands and have few Australian territories under their thumb. Blackwatch arrived as a small military organisation and saw there was infinite opportunities to glow their organisation in much broader level since Japan was struggling from the unknown threats, like Mutant hostiles.

Blackwatch later influence and overthrow the democratic republic, taking Japan's capital and all Japanese prefectures and establish a nondemocratic regime of military dictatorship, and their dictator the Supreme One, the main individual ruling the country. While his lackey Generals and others who work for the dictator, he makes most of the decisions, and has many enforcers helped him to create the dictatorial regime, use of force to remain in power.

After establishing their personal stand settlement over the country, as soon as possible they forcing every Prefectures and citizens into submission, forming a fully-fledged Fascist Governing Empire over Japanese region, and placed Tokyo Prefecture as their super develop Homeland. But despite all of that, they still attempt to represent itself as the Light bearer of Civilization, Defender of Faith, Domain of Law and Order, The Co-Prosperity Sphere, Central State of Humankind or Legitimate Regent of Humanity. Transforming the county into their own regime. Hence sudden, unexpected viral outbreak, Blackwatch forced to isolate few sectors from the capital TYZ.

A.N.A let it all slide because Blackwatch is their own elite military units and they are formed their base capital over a neutral nation, why A.N.A would bother. After settled Blackwatch still found few Mutants to be very Rebellious and eventually they did and for Blackwatch, faced another major Rebellion causing major Civil War name as Second MH War, and now they fear another one is coming since the return of the legendary Redtron has shaken Blackwatch into their core.

Long far away from Green zone, Akagi Shinsuke whereabouts is currently unknown,

Akagi dressed up and follows Eiji,

"For months, I dressed as Redtron, the Legendary phantom that Blackwatch feel their d.i.c.ks been frozen" Akagi thought, following the Helecter's members, "For the Project Recommence to have a success, I need loyal men, to win this war, I've to armed those with motivation to rise against those who disarmed by the Blackwatch".

"For doing that, I shall pay Evil onto evil and get my revenge on everyone that I decide to be guilty, they will all die for killing my mother and brother".

Akagi frowned, enraging in hatred, "Blackwatch, Lex, MRC, Spectres and even Mutants who stands in my way shall be destroy, I swear, I will achieve Project Recommence!".
