THE BLACKLIGHT

After the rally, Kawazoe Ken went back to the Blackwatch's Government Bureau, while unaware what is going with the vaccination camps.

Few steps inside, Ken already sees a living examples, Shoji and his wicked subordinates bullies a mere old cleaner.

"Please, I said you shouldn't don't step on the wet floor" The old cleaner explained himself, while stammered around those men,

"And you were trying annoy us" Shoji harshly response, showing no respect towards an old person, moreover he displays a violent attitude towards him, "Come on, show me what you got?" he collared the man's neck as means for their entertainments.

"Well, what is going on here?" Ken calmly questions, walking slowly towards the men,

Old cleaner gets him out of Shoji's hold and falls on the floor while heavily breathing. The soldiers and other officials don't respect any stuff members who work day and night for keeping the Bureau running, the officials simply ignore, treat them horribly or often bullies them for their own amus.e.m.e.nt.

The bureau employee various type of people, such as any type of clearers, couriers, tea, coffee, and food distributors etc.,

"Are ya alright uncle?" Ken asked raising a hand,

"Yes, thank you" The old cleaner takes Ken's hand for himself stand up, "I was cleaning the floor until, until-" he again taking his breath back.

The clearer clearly an old man, his hair and moustache all turned white,

"No need to explain I know it all too well" Ken responds, acknowledging the situation "Keep continue your cleaning, and ignored what ya hear"

The old cleaner nods and get back to his work,

"What you think are you doing, Major Kawazoe?" Shoji snarled, scowling at Ken,

"I don't know what ya mean?" Ken scoffed, puts a mocking smile and then casually advices them, "Let me give ya some advice, instead bullying a old dude, ya can do other useful because Programme of Enlightenment will start today,"

"You don't order me, you f.u.c.k.i.n.g fox-face bastard" Shoji firmly denies,

Without wasting any time, Ken tightly slapped right on Shoji's face,

"You know what" Ken said, smirking even more, "Ya will obey my orders, you f.u.c.k.i.n.g frog-face bastard,"

Receiving that slap, Shoji's ego went into nil-hole, but his heinous attitude won't stop as he childishly argues, "You can't, you f.u.c.k.i.n.g can't, you can't hit me, hit me again and I will-. Araghh!"

Ken slap him again on the other side, even harder this time, "Or what? are ya going fight me, come on, challenge me to a dual, what," Ken scorned him,

"I complain about you" Shoji stuttere, holding his cheek in pain, "Yes, I will complain Major Harasaki that you physically assaulted me"

"Arrugh, how amusing" Ken laughed in amus.e.m.e.nt, "Ya making a face of a spoil brat, who firstly got a slapped by his papa, ya go there and complain about your insubordination and tell Harasaki how sorry you are for arguing your superior, don't ya understand?"

"You can't!" Shoji's babbles breaking down sobbing,

But before that Ken again slaps him in third time! "Do you understand?" Ken commands, opening his sky-blue eyes, giving Shoji an intimidating look "Or rather you need any other form of language to understand you, that won't be any hardship for me"

An aggressive narcissist such as Shoji just went out of words to counter Ken's, He is a bigger narcissist than Shoji,

Ken leaned aside glaring at Shoji's subordinates, "If ya don't want to see a lover-quarrel then get lost!"

Without any a single word, the subordinates ran out in fear.

"You'll pay this" Shoji hopelessly threats Ken, while he starts walking around escaping from him, "You will f.u.c.k.i.n.g pay the it, you bastard,"

"Then you should give receipt" Ken responds, mocking him until the end.

Ken already witnessed Shoji been the leader of this mess, the same Shoji who attempted to s.e.x.u.a.lly assault a civilian in the East-Red Zone interrupted by Masamune, a year back,

Nevertheless, Ken aware of Shoji's personal profile been a complete monster, truly heinous by the standards of all, and has no attempt presenting himself in any positive way. His psychopathic arrogance and God complex has no boundaries, with his terribleness is always serious, evoking fear, revulsion, and hatred from the others in the army, by his own men.

He's completely devoid of altruistic qualities as he shows no regret for their crimes, overwhelming with high egomaniacal and narcissism. But his heinousness doesn't stop there, despite been a soldier, he's a dirty coward, who's willing to leave anyone when necessary but he's firmly denied his acts as a coward and a despicable man and Ken taught him hi little respect for his superiors,

"Major Kawazoe!" Tomotaki called Ken behind him, walking towards him with a hurry manner,

"What brings you in the Government Bureau, Lieutenant Tomotaki?" Ken turns back, questioning,

"I have a news for General Kakehashi",

"Oh, and could it be?" Ken questions,

Tomotaki answer in a worried tone "Moment ago, Lieutenant Masamune arrived at the Medical Care with a Yurie Arata's dead body,"

"Oh, hell now of all time" Ken huffed in exhaustion, "The distribution tank already deported, how this happened?" he questions Tomotaki,

Tomotaki tells about exactly what went down, "By Masamune's claims, Yurie went off alone taking no security with her, Masamune got a message giving her a location and saying she had a surprise from him, once he arrived, he found her gutted by Redtron!,"

"But I don't see the problem here" Ken responds to Tomotaki report with relaxation Yurie Arata already give us the Cure, the cure is which can help eliminate the infection, I don't think The General will agree to that, though the Supreme One himself, notify to Proceed the Programme, by means necessary and don't bother informing the general"

"But..." Tomotaki slightly hesitates,

"Don't get me wrong" said Ken, "Distribution is already on its way, if cure works, long going war will over, you still want to report a single casualty now you will back to your post, Lieutenant,"

By Ken's strict orders, Tomotaki forced to get back, without reporting the higher-ups.
