Not quite long, Old Madam Lu, Hua Ruo Lan and Lu Jin came home. It was clear that they had a lot of fun while shopping for Lu Jin's birthday. Hua Ruo Lan had been very busy so she didn't notice when Li Yan called her. She went upstairs to her room and called her back.

"I've been calling you....where were you? Li Yan asked angrily.

"Sorry...don't be angry...I was shopping for Lu Jin's birthday with my mother in law....so what's up?" Hua Ruo Lan asked as she sat down on the bed.

"We found the video" Li Yan answered.

"Really...where is it?" Hua Ruo Lan asked excitedly.

"It is inside the body of Cheng Jiao" Li Yan answered.

"What?!!!....what are you talking about?!!" Hua Ruo asked in shock. She must have misheard Li Yan.

"Look sweetheart...I don't think we can discuss this over the phone...we should meet and talk about this" Li Yan suggested.

"OK fine...we'll talk at Lu Jin's birthday... I've already sent you and Wen Lan an invite" Hua Ruo Lan said as she hung up.

She thought dealing with Mu Feng was going to be easy. She didn't imagine that it was going to get this complicated.

It was already evening, Old Master Lu and Old Madam had already left the Emerald Mansion. Hua Ruo Lan noticed that she had not seen her husband since she came home. She went to look for him but she got a call from Ye Ruo Shi telling her to meet her at a nearby restaurant.

When she got there, Ye Ruo Shi was already seated.

"Hi..sweetheart" Ye Ruo Shi said as she f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y let out a smile.

"Hi" Hua Ruo Lan said as she sat down.

"So tell me...where are you going this time?" Ye Ruo Shi asked.

"What do you mean?" Hua Ruo Lan asked confused.

"Well...its Lu Jin's birthday and you are never around for his birthday...." Ye Ruo Shi said trying to make her feel bad but she couldn't make out her expression.

"Sweden...I'll be going to Sweden" Hua Ruo Lan replied with a smile on her face. She didn't want Ye Ruo Shi to keep on talking about her son.

"Hmm....nice choice" Ye Ruo Shi said happily.

"Excuse me...I have to use the rest room" Ye Ruo Shi said as she stood up and went to the rest room eager to tell Wang Fang about the information she just received. Hua Ruo Lan's eye roamed round the restaurant admiring the interior and design of the restaurant but her eyes suddenly stopped when she saw Lu Qian and Hua Er Bao come in together. They sat on the seat opposite her. Hua Ruo Lan backed Hua Er Bal so it was impossible for them to see her meanwhile Ye Ruo Shi was still in the rest room talking to Wang Fang.

"I wanted to help in organizing little Jin's birthday so I called your mom and she told me that everything was already arranged" Hua Er Bal said to Lu Qian. Hua Ruo Lan sat down quietly without moving an inch and paying attention to their conversation.

"Yes...you don't need to worry" Lu Qian said as he smiled. Hua Er Bao could hear her heart beat. He gave off a charming smile while being casual.

"How can you say that to me?....Little Jin is like a son to me and you are saying I should not worry." Hua Er Bao said as she held his hand. Lu Qian interpreted this as friendly gesture so he did the same. He didn't say anything which made Hua Ruo Lan turn her head and she saw them holding hands. She quickly turned her head back as she became restless.

" Thank you" Lu Qian said.

"There's no need to thank me...after all I'm your special friend..right?" Hua Er Bao asked waiting for an answer.

"Yes you are my special friend" Lu Qian answered.

"But how special am I?" Hua Er Bao asked trying to know whether or not she had a place in his heart

"Very special.... you are very special to me" Lu Qian answered as Hua Er Bao Gabe a bright smile. Hua Ruo Lan's heart sank. Even though she knows that Lu Qian meant what he said in a friendly manner, Hua Ruo Lan couldn't help but feel sad and angry. All these emotions ran through her body. She couldn't take it anymore so she stood up quietly and headed towards the door when Ye Ruo Shi stopped her.

" Ruo Lan where are you going?"

"I'm going home....I need to pack my things..." Hua Ruo Lan said as she left without giving Ye Ruo Shi a chance to react.
