The Chronicles Of Elijah

Elijah stood in front of a special glass holding cell. He was observing a young woman by the name Ava Starr or better known as GHOST. Her father used to be a scientist in SHIELD working alongside Hank Pym in Quantum research. After a disagreement with Pym,her father by the name of Elias Starr was discredited and has his reputation smeared within the scientific community. Following this fallout, he continued his research to try and reclaim his glory until an accident happened during one of his experiments leading to his death and the death of his wife. Ava , in the aftermath gained quantum imbalance powers mainly intangibility and invisibility but with the side effect of needing quantum energy to live.

Instead of being treated and cared for, she was blackmailed into working for SHIELD as a weapon to be given a cure which obviously never existed since the only ones who can cure her are Hank Pym and the other one is Elijah since he has already researched Quantum energy and has perfect control over all energies including Quantum one due to merging with the Phoenix.

Elijah was a bit pissed at SHIELD for subjecting a young child to this life. It reminded him of seeing Natasha for the first time , the only difference is that Ava was and is in constant pain due to the lack of Quantum Energy.

One of her missions was to infiltrate Elijah's mansion and Haven company to steal data following the failure of normal agents to infiltrate it. She also failed as nothing can escape Elijah's security measures wether in his home or his company. Both were warded technologically and magically. No one can enter without having consent and being approved by Elijah or Eve.

During the HYDRA uprising, she decided to run away from SHIELD to find a cure but since a notice was up for her by Natasha's forces, she was apprehended and slapped with an obedience disk and power suppressor until Elijah could talk to her.

Elijah kept looking at the woman from behind the one way glass with a stoic face , then entered the cell and sat down in front of Ava.

Ava: " Elijah Müller . What are you doing here?"

Elijah looked at the woman with an apathetic gaze and said:" Ava Starr. How are you dealing with the pain?"

Ava looked surprised before she said:" i manage from time to time. After being in constant pain , it has dulled my senses."

Elijah hummed and began looking at her mind to confirm something. She was a woman with morality despite being an assassin. She was ashamed of her actions as a killer of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Elijah:" Do you know why i'm here?"

Ava thought for a bit before she said:" Despite being a prisoner, they informed about the news. They said that S.H.I.E.L.D. almost disbanded after the HYDRA uprising but the black widow which happens to be your adopted sister took it over after cleaning up all HYDRA agents. So i guess you're here to ask me to continue working for S.H.I.E.L.D."

Elijah with his emotionless face felt the constant pain she was feeling by reading her mind . she was really a strong woman that he couldn't help but admire. He stood up and walked up to her then put his hand on her shoulder. A stream of energy flowed through her. She never felt this good ever since the accident.

Elijah ignored the astonished gaze of Ava then said :" How are you feeling now ?"

Ava felt fresh , she couldn't help but exclaim:" I feel better than i have ever felt. What did you do to me ?"

Elijah :" I supplied you with Quantum Energy."

Ava :" I know i'm dying . If you keep supplying me with quantum energy. I have no problem continuing to work for you."

Elijah didn't say anything and took off the obedience disk and power suppressor not before saying :" Please don't try to run away. I could kill before you can even think"

Elijah handed her an upgraded suit of the GHOST suit then said:" Please Be ready in 5 minutes. "

Ava Starr didn't know what's going on but she felt scared when Elijah threatened her , something told her that this mysterious genius was a dangerous individual.

Elijah left her to suit up . After few minutes she was ready.

Elijah opened a opened a portal to the shock of Ava. He then said :" Keep the helmet on at all times if you wouldn't want a painful death."

Ava nodded and asked :" where are we going?"

Elijah approached the portal and motioned for Ava to follow :" Off planet."

Ava didn't have time to think as she was pulled telekinetically through the portal.

-Morag, Andromeda Galaxy-

A portal opened in the oceanic planet.

Elijah walked from it followed by a stumbling Ava in her GHOST suit almost falling down to the ground but she acrobatically regained her balance. She saw that she was in a foreign atmosphere . Rocks and Cliffs struck by several waves could be seen all over the place.

Elijah:" This is an abandoned planet called Morag in The andromeda Galaxy. There is an item that i need you to retrieve for me."

Elijah tapped Ava's wrist and she could see holograms in her helmet showing her where to go.

Ava nodded while Elijah just said:" I'll be waiting here. Don't be late."

Ava nodded and ran toward the temple where the orb is stored.

After few minutes she came back with the orb in hand.

Elijah examined the authenticity of the orb then opened a portal directly to Inselheim.

Elijah went to work on the Power Stone after asking Ava to wait.

Elijah opened the orb and took the power stone. He then used the ritual he used in creating downgraded version of infinity stones.

The process took him one hour. It was arduous as he was controlling the energy from going berserk and destroying everything.

Elijah returned to Ava and asked her to take the orb back to its place.

Ava did as told and quickly took the orb back to the temple using Elijah's portal to travel to Morag.

When she came back, Elijah decided to deal with Ava's condition once in for all.

He asked Ava to follow him to one of the examination beds. After performing several tests on her, he had an idea how to deal with the issue .

Elijah then went to his lab and began designing something . After few minutes, the blueprint of a bracelet was formed holographically in the air.

Elijah then began working on manufacturing it.

It took two hours of meticulous work to create the bracelet.

He then handed it to Ava.

Ava :" What is this?"

Elijah:" Quantum Energy Siphon. It will provide you Quantum Energy from the Quantum Realm at all times to stabilise your condition."

Ava looked at the device with teary eyes, she knew how rare it is to get something made by Elijah and anything made by him is pure diamond. But finally having a cure for her condition just relieved her.

She put on the bracelet and could feel better as she now has access to Quantum energy at all times.

Elijah:" don't use your powers for a whole week until your condition is perfectly stabilised."

Ava nodded in understanding.
