The Cold Tryant’s Love

It was the end of spring, the trees budded of leaves and blossoms, the meadow filled with riots of colors, a glorious expanse of thick lush grass and vibrant flowers. It's breeze was refreshing with the touch of the pleasant fragrance of the trees and grass. The fresh scent of the blooming flowers was soothing yet stimulating.

At this moment, underneath the old cherry tree clothed with pink and white blossoms lies round meat bun, surrounded by flowers of all kind.

This round meat bun wrapped in rich fabrics was the daughter of the empress, her highness the sixth princess- Bai Mu Dan.

Bai Mu Dan had came to this world for a few weeks already. Although the world she transmigrated in had no records in history as far as she could remember. She had gotten used to everything in this foreign era. She was currently lying motionless on the soft glossy grass, her face was covered in green with two slices of cuc.u.mbers on each eye.

One would find it hard to tell if this odd meat bun was dead or sleeping..

As the girl lay on the cold ground, she felt the breeze kiss her as the sun's warm rays touched her pale skin gently. With both eyes closed, she was enjoying the melody made by Mr. Bird and his companion- Ms. Cricket.

A few distances away, there was a young girl running towards the old cherry tree in hurry, in her arms there were two buckets. One bucket was filled with various types of fresh fruits and vegetables. While the other bucket was loaded with beef jerky, fried chickens, dumplings, and other various of food.

"Princess! Princess! I'm back!"

Hearing the familiar sweet voice, Bai Mu Dan gently took one of the cuc.u.mbers off her eyes as she slowly glanced at the young girl in front of her.

"Xiao Bao, you got the things I asked for?"

The young girl nodded as she happily hold the two buckets up to show. "Xiao Bao got all the things you've asked for."

Bai Mu Dan gave Xiao Bao a big thumbs up "Good Job!"

Xiao Bao looked at her confused before copying what she did while earning a small laugh from her master.

Xiao Bao noticed her master was behaving extremely weird these days, recently her master has been asking her and the other servants to bring large amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables. Her master had ordered them to mash the fruits and vegetables before mixing them with honey, brown sugar, milk, or lemon juice. At first, she thought her master had discovered a new dish and was teaching them how to prepare it. To her surprise, her master actually used these mixtures on her face! Everyday her master would order them to prepare different mixtures and her master would put it on her face with two slices of cuc.u.mbers on each eye. Her master called these mixtures "facial masks." Apparently it will help her master achieve a smooth, healthy, and glowing skin.

Xiao Bao watched as her master ate the chicken wings happily. Her master had finished five pieces of chicken in a minute. She couldn't help but notice her master has been looking better than before. Her skin was improving greatly. It was so smooth, white, and glowy like pearls!

"Xiao Bao, today i will eat my last good meal before I go." Bai Mu Dan sighed as she sadly watched the young girl prepare her mixtures, her hands exploring the ground covered in layers of silky hearts petals that fluttered down in steady trickles like rain.

Last Meal? LAST MEAL BEFORE SHE GO?! Was her master going to commit suicide?!

The poor girl's eyes widen in fear as her eyes began to water. She pitifully stared at her master as if she has been wronged, "Princess don't die, don't leave Xiao Bao by herself! If you leave this world Xiao Bao wouldn't know what to do without you.. are you really going to leave this servant by herself? Princess don't be so cruel, you might as well take Xiao Bao with you!"

Bai Mu Dan looked at the girl dumbstruck.

Ai..This girl..

Did she say she was going to die?

Bai Mu Dan had planned on going on a extreme diet to lose the fat in her body. Bai Mu Dan had planned on locking herself in her room for half a month, surviving only on fruits, vegetables, and nuts. She knew this way of weight loss wasn't healthy however this was the only way to lose weight she can think of! She was not fond of exercising, In the past, she had done many harmful things to maintain her body. She had taken alot of diet pills and tried many dangerous activities. If she was to gain any weight, she believed people on the internet would criticize and shame her. Her fans, the media, and everyone including her family and friends thought she was doing well and envied her life however it was not easy.

"Don't worry I won't die, I never planned on dying. I am only going on a diet!"

"Diet??"

"Afterwards I lose all this weight, I will look so different you won't even know its me! I might be even turn out prettier than Fan Bing Bing!"

After all, the Empress was considered a unrivaled beauty in her younger years, it won't be fair if her daughter turn out to look ugly right? Theres a fifty percent chance this young lady will inherit the Empress's beauty. Even if the results can't be compared to her old body, however she will still be considered a beauty!

She quickly dismissed that thought and began to focus on the bright side

Bai Mu Dan shakes her head slowly before sighing,"Never mind..never mind..just have faith in me"

Bai Mu Dan gently knocked on the little girl's forehead, "Don't ask anymore dumb questions, let your miss eat her last meal in peace before she lose weight." Bai Mu Dan said before taking out five pieces of beef jerky's and stuffed them in her mouth.

"But you say that every time.." Xiao Bao murmurs as she recalls memories of her master's attempt on losing weight.

"Eh? What did you say?"

"N-nothing!"
