Tala grumbled as she went to the meeting. They were having another meeting. A major one that required her expertise or else she'd be removed from the lifelong commitment to cadmis. in other words, Exterminated.

The Cadmus High Council Committee consisted of the United States most highest ranked government officials, scientists, financial sponsors, and other special interest groups who had something to gain from joining. All sitting in chairs around this circular table, at the center with the Cadmus symbol stamped on it. This organization had all started shortly, after the events regarding when another version of the Justice League came to this one. Only they were called the Justice Lords, and unlike their League counterparts...had decided to rule over the Earth with an iron fist. They didn't care of the decisions or events that played out, in that world. They only cared about the fact, it proved their fear ;of the justice league changing into a conglomerate of super powered suppressors. They didn't care that it was unlikely to happen here, also they didnt care what their versions did there.They cared not about that at all, they only cared about possibilities and stopping the league. Those who represented Cadmus, in one way or another, had something to gain when joining the organization. It was all politics related to the Justice League, and their future war. They still fear the Justice League would do the same as the Justice Lords, but it has yet to happen. However, after the failed Thanagarian invasion ,and the growing expansion of the Justice League members. The more war-like-minded people of Cadmus felt, it was only a matter of time. Not only were they to fight the founding members of the Justice League, they would also fight their entire army underlings loyal to them all. They knew the planet had no chance of opposing the Justice League, if a war broke out it would be an apocalypse that would occur within days, the New World Order brought about by the Justice League would ruin the world. Bring about a change the people of the world would see as oppression, as this is the true reason there is villains.

Unless of course, Cadmus did something about it, and the Justice League once and for all.

Hence the d.e.s.i.r.e to gather any and all technology, magic,allies, basically all resources they could ,giving them a way to combat the Justice League. So they did their scouting, Recruiting,Coercing, and Blackmailing all people they will need for their plans. Forcing others into a pact that they cant break, and to do as they wish. For every hero there will be a villain, if not more then one. Just waiting in the shadows, itching for a fight. Cadmus will try and bring them over to their side. To hopefully join their cause in the war that is to come. A war they would welcome so that it can burn the world down , then start a new when it's all over that is. Hoping to be the Victor's with the spoils of victory.Among these warmongers within Cadmus, was Amanda Waller and General Sam Lane. Of the scientific sect was Dr. Hamilton, who had once been a friend of Superman. For the main financial backer of Cadmus, Lex Luthor was sitting in a chair next to Dr. Hamilton. The one handling the recruiting sect of Cadmus, was the late Dr. Hugo Strange. Well hes not here due to being killed in action, and this was one of the major reasons for the meeting. They didnt mourn his loss but Cadmus ,was still in need of a qualified replacement. To his specific department, normally this would be hard but they were fortunate there were plenty of replacements. After an interview and a checking and aproval of Amanda Waller herself.

"The death of Dr. Hugo Strange is a huge setback for Cadmus. Arkham is now on lockdown and Batman is sniffing around. He knows about Hugo being there ,and it is only a matter of time. Before he finds enough clues to make evidence of our involvement being there, is made." said General Sam Lane in his usual grouchy tone.

"How did Hugo die exactly? A rogue villain looking for payback for twisting his mind? Or one of those 'lone wolf' heroes who doesn't play by the Justice League's rules?" asked Amanda Waller knowing such theories were possible.

"Unknown. From what we do know from our own investigation, this 'demon samurai' from what was described by the inmates spared during the massacre. Is someone unknown that we never encountered before today. Not only that, but he targeted many of the highly dangerous inmates at Arkham. The ones many in the public eye feel ,are beyond redemption and thus should be executed for their crimes." replied General Lane while Amanda frowned.

"What about our contacts with various mercenaries? Could this individual be one of their apprentices? Proving his right to be on his own?" questioned Waller knowing that was another possibility.

"No. I checked and double checked the information myself regarding such a possibility, I even contacted them. Deathstroke and Deadshot have not taken any recent apprentices. Though they are willing to take up the contract for killing such a individual, if we are interested. At their very ridiculously price, of course." remarked Lane while rueing the idea of Cadmus having such mercenaries on call. He felt, those people should be their lapdogs and do their bidding for free. Then thank them for whatever scraps provided!

"We will keep that in mind for now. What I want to know is who this person ,when there is no records of him. What I want to know is, how this person found out about everything Hugo did. Also his purpose for us!" demanded Waller while Dr. Hamilton looked over some papers.

"I have studied what I could from the event, but there is little in the way of analysis; to determine the identity of this demon samurai. The weapon, which killed Dr. Hugo Strange is a scythe if I am reading this correctly. It is a standard scythe design, which originates from lore of the reaper death himself. It could have been made ,by anyone as the design is easy to recreate. The metal used for the scythe, we still dont know as there was nothing left behind. Which normally would when killing with a weapon like that, as when a blade is used it gets dull leaving behind metal particals. So either the blade was made of a never seen before material, or made with magic." said Dr. Hamilton while Amanda Waller was not pleased.

"Could you use you use your magic, to find this person Tala?" asked Amanda Waller while Tala shook her head no.

"I saw the pictures of the scythe in question and it looks brand new. Normally that would mean I can easily trace it with my magic. However, it's like it doesnt exist anymore. The most I could do is track it 24/7, but that would be a waste of time as hes quick to leave the scene. Not to mention a waste of my talent and I could be used for more important matters." said Tala while knowing, they would try to get her to trace it if it wasn't a waste of time.

"So we don't know the identity of this samurai, nor his reasons for attacking Arkham, or location to find him for possible recruitment. Basically we have jack, mind telling me why we are all here then?" remarked Lex Luthor in a bored tone.

"It concerns all of us Luthor because, one of the High Council members in this room was killed! Cadmus was targeted and one of its high ranking members was taken out. For all we know, this could be a preemptive attack by the Justice League's more wild members. Thus would give their higher-ups ,plausible deniability. We need to counterattack and retaliate!" exclaimed General Lane while smashing his fist on the table.

"Retaliate? With what? Galatea isn't ready yet. Our plans to recruit from Arkham's worst to form several Suicide Squads, capable of attacking the Watch Tower all at once or at different times in the future. Have here by been castrated before even starting. Although we all want the war to start ,we are simply not ready to fight with the Justice League;Yet." said Amanda Waller with General Lane seething at her.

"We just received important news! Sorry for the interruption, but it concerns where the red samurai might have came from!" said a hired hitman that they use for information gathering.

"Speak" all of them say

"We have received news that these papers, have been showing up across the entire world. They are transporting people, to an unknown place. We have been unable to infiltrate but we got some information. This is a link to another world, where there might be many powerful figures within. This is concidering they are very technologically advanced, decades if not centuries above us. However, there is a problem there are many of their people, coming here. They are heros and the antiheroes. We also cant go to their original world ,and bring back technology or villians. The best we can do is recruit their heros, or antiheroes by buying them out. We tried but the same person ,wasn't able to go back afterwards. It seems like the world ,can tell when people are going their for these purposes.

Here is a paper we need tala, to inspect it to see if we could make a direct gateway to the world."

He hands it to her but as soon as she inspects it, it expelled endless smoke at a very fast rate!

They were all affected almost immediately, the general first looks at the man he hates most. Lex luthor as a reflex. Luthor looks back and looks lovingly at him, they both jump on the table ripping of their clothes. Luthor throws the papers off the table.

"NOW YOUR **S IS MINE!" the general starts banging on the table with luthor.

Meanwhile

"Dr Hamilton you have been a naughty boy!" said Amanda Waller taking out a whip from nowhere.

"Yes! Madam Waller and I think tala wants to join us!" Hamilton said.

"Yes I will use my magic to increase our sensitivity while I use my magical toy to get you from behind!"

And so the great orgey began, little did they know ;it was all being recorded and edited by magic. As a small droid exited the seal and when they were done, it reentered the seal being transported back.

(Meanwhile at a artificial island resort in Kirbionia)

Victor Fries was in heaven. How could he not? One day he was in his own personal Hell ,with Nora in her cryo tube. His body was altered, and forever banned from the warmth :that life could bring him. Trapped in a cage of snow, ice, and death. Now he was walking with his wife Nora on the resort. The warm sun shining down on their faces, the weather perfectly comfortable to their individual liking. Not to mention the only person, he wished to share it along with him being there. They held each others hands, she held him close and so did he. Initially both of them were afraid ,this was a cruel dream. That would end and be turned into nightmare of them being seperated. Yet each day they woke up together, the fear of it slowly melted away. They woke of to eachother loving voice and presence. This was all thanks to one mysterious benefactor, who they both found out stunned he was a human trapped in a kirby body. He hated when his wife seen his true form first, it was like it was yesterday.

[Flashback]

"This will be your new home, you dont need to worry about intruders. Unless you give permission ,even superman couldnt break inside. Unless he consumes a few suns that is, and if a midteir god or higher granted them entrance. I highly doubt that would happen thou, if it does ;you have a few escape teleportation circles here and their. Never can be too safe anyways, I guess I should tell you my real name and form. He looked like a fox version of a game character called kirby. I would be lying if I said i wasn't surprised. That didnt matter but what did was what happened next. My wife rushed at him and began petting him his tail,head, and even ears it just like he became our new powerful dangerous pet. Sort of like superman and his dog. I however was not amused and was furious, but his whining and obvious discomfort placated me. After he dropped down depressed saying "Why do all women react this way!!" I felt a bit bad for him. You didn't have to tell me twice to stop it as I was jealous.

"Nora can you please leave our benefactor be, as you can see he is uncomfortable." I said in a loving doting voice. She shook her head no!!!

"B-but he is so cute, c-couldnt we just keep him?" As she said this my heart dropped and I forsakes this situation, then he seemed to have enough. Then he swapped himself with a stuffed doll replica of himself. Where it came from I will never know, but I can tell he came prepared and didnt wish to hurt her. For this I am grateful, but I didnt expect her to love her new plushie soo much. Why did he have to be so cute and alluring to women. I had to ask.

"Why do you look like that?"

"I got greedy with a few wishes and bam I'm a human in this body, worst part is I dont have his op powers." He complained then transformed back. I nodded and said

"If you wish to visit you must be in human form, it would be rude otherwise." I said in a commanding voice and my sweet nora pouted.

"Yes of course its not like I enjoy this...sigh why am I cursed so." He said looking depressed.

"I'm sure you will figure something out, more permanent." I said he nodded a dissapeared in a cloud of smoke. We were in the middle of a beach, either he is very fast or he teleported. Either way i know one thing, he is one deadly enemy if you get on his bad side.

He was the ruler of his own mini-world, a true utopia as ive seen none other. He wielded mystical powers beyond our comprehension, even the people here dont know anything about him. Not even his personality, he was an enigma, some considered him a god. Saving them from oppression, by their own goverments and saving others from being hunted down. He was their saviour, to start a new life that ensured even batman wouldn't be able to track down.

The home they were staying in was purchased by their god-like benefactor, but all of it was under Victor and Nora Fries's name for all legal purposes. "Madara uchiha" had given them the money to start over again, and told them to enjoy their life together. He even offered him work in the science department, when he was ready.

"What do you want to do for dinner? Take out? Or maybe I should make something for us again?" asked Nora when they walked into the house once their feet were clear of the sand, given the walks on their beachfront property were barefoot.

"Whatever you decide, I am content with so long as I share the meal with you my love." I said lovingly to my wife.

"In that case, I think I'll make something again. I'm going to go change. Be right back," said Nora while heading up stairs.

"Enjoying your new life I see." Madara apeared out of nowhere startlingly Victor.

" Oh- my benefactor, to what do we owe the p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e." he said in a polite respectful tone

"Unfortunately bad news for you, well unless a chat with batman is considered pleasant. As I have opened the gateway to your world. Not without appropriate restrictions ,of course. He cant enter without your permission, but if you go out shopping and stuff he might visit you. Well I mean you could report it but he might touch on a nerve, and get you both suspension ban. Just letting you know, that will be all I've got many things to do." Madara uchiha henged-clone said.

"Of course, it's not a problem since we are here, although I wont want my wife near him.Goodbye, my friend." Victor says as his wife walks to him "Who was that dear?" she asked

"Oh that was Madara Uchiha he was just telling me our earth, is now connected to this world. Its no worry ,as this world and even our house has got alot of security protocals." Victor says

"Oh well, I'll be going to make dinner now my sweet."

"Of course my dear." victor said
