The Daily Life Of A Villain And His Cat

Izuku grinned when he heard the low cursing of the Pro Hero fill his ears.

As he expected, he had indeed come running back the moment he was able to.

From the place where he was perched, the Villain could spot the multitude of expressions that crossed the Hero's face, and almost laughed at the familiar sulky expression that the Hero sported.

Like this, Izuku could really tell that Nekozawa had indeed been the same as the Pro Hero Eraserhead. The Hero had been fully in control of himself, as expected.

Right now, Nekoza- Shouta was making the exact same expression in the Princess Kitty pictures that Izuku still had on his phone as his wallpaper.

A grin curled on his face at a bad idea he suddenly had. With anticipation in his eyes, Izuku quickly made an email account that wouldn't be traced back to him, posting various photos on social media.

He let out a short laugh before darting away.

Shouta's head snapped up as he thought he heard a familiar laugh, but there was no one in sight. He frowned. Had he just been getting his hopes up after realizing that the apartment was empty?

Izuku followed the man for weeks – just getting a read on him – and he never once caught on because of the tracker that was still embedded in the man's bloodstream.

Izuku wondered just how long it would take for the Hero to realize how he was avoiding him.

The green-haired Villain hadn't realized how Nekozawa had taken up the majority of his time in the past month or so. From day to night, he'd had something to keep himself occupied.

Now that he was free to wreak havoc as usual, he somehow couldn't quite get back into the swing of things. It just wasn't all that fun anymore.

Izuku pouted.

Izuku tapped his fingers on the floor as he glanced down at Shouta from the rooftops. He'd done some soul-searching during these few weeks he'd been tracking down the man. Apparently, he quite liked the man.

Perhaps it had to do with the way his face was just exactly the same as Nekozawa, but Izuku couldn't help but feel close to him, which wasn't good.

He always tried to keep his distance from the kitten precisely because of this, but he had evidently won the battle but lost the war in the end.

He should never have continued stalking the Hero after he finally returned to his human form. Hindsight was 20/20 and all that.

But, whatever.

Today, Izuku was going to have some fun! He'd realized early on that Shouta didn't like to work with others when he went about his Pro Hero work at night.

It was mainly because he was an underground Hero, who avoided the spotlight, which meant that in turn, he had less help whenever he went around catching Villains.

Izuku listened to the sounds of fighting in the alley, shivers of anticipation flooding through his bloodstream.

Peering down, the elegant form of Shouta fighting was displayed to him. The Hero's lithe body weaved in and out of the Villain's attacks, dodging majority of them.

The man wasn't even winded yet, which set something in Izuku alight. He'd always been attracted to excellence.

All too soon, the fighting died down as the Villain was apprehended. Bound in the Hero's capture weapon, Aizawa planted a boot on the man to prevent him from moving further.

Izuku let out a light laugh seeing that. He dropped down from the rooftop, causing Shouta, who'd barely relaxed to tense up again.

"Hello, Mr. Hero," Izuku purred, tilting his head.

Shouta tensed. "Midoriya Izuku," he growled, his eyes immediately going red. His loose hair floated a little as he used his Quirk.

Izuku obligingly froze the moment he used it.

Just as Shouta was about to apprehend the Villain as well, Izuku grinned and slammed him into the bricked wall, trapping him within his arms.

Shouta was shocked at the sudden movement. Though he already kind of expected it, why was it that he hadn't been able to react to the Villain's movements?

Izuku leaned in close, all but smirking at the man's startled expression. At times like this… he really wanted to tease!

Izuku caught the Hero's fist as it was swung at him and pressed it above his head, stepping into his personal space. He slid a knee between the man's legs.

Quite fortunately, the man's capture weapon was otherwise occupied at the moment by a low-class no-name Villain that was the Hero's target for the night. Izuku silently thanked the third-rate Villain for giving him a chance like this.

Izuku tilted Shouta's head up, stealing a kiss just as Shouta's lips parted lightly to talk. He didn't do anything more than press their lips together, but he insistently pressed against him a few times, stunning the Hero.

Shouta completely froze at the unexpected actions. What was happening?!

Izuku stared into the Hero's shocked and dazed eyes, drinking in the blush that had erupted on the man's face even though he wasn't conscious of it.

Teasingly, the green-haired Villain brushed a thumb along his pink cheek.

The Villain leaned pressed his lips to the Hero's ear, whispering. "Nice to meet you again, my darling Nekozawa."

Then, before the Hero could react or even think about what he said, Izuku danced out of his reach, disappearing.

Shouta was in a daze for a long time, his fingers twitched as if they were going to touch his lips, but he f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y stopped them.

Meanwhile, the Villain on the ground, which Shouta had apprehended, stared in shock at the scene he just witnessed.

His lips twitched. Even a Villain couldn't catch a break… he'd been caught by a Hero but was still subjected to the torture that all single dogs had to go through… he silently shed a few tears.

It was a long while before the Hero came back to himself. He growled, his face red. Who did Midoriya think he was!

He was pissed, and a whole lot embarrassed. He was a Pro Hero! How could he have let himself get distracted on the job like that? He'd been so sure that he would maintain his professional work ethic, but the Villain had come by and smashed that to pieces!

He would catch him, if it was the last thing he did, Shouta swore to himself.

Then, he'd ask the Villain just what the hell he thought he was doing!
