Samantha and Samuel were oblivious to what just happened. Alex sat at the couch and saw them playing. He thought it was a waste of time and he should study now since Alex saw the potential Samuel has in the business.

Alex badly wanted to tell his parents about Samuel but was worried that they would blab this off to their friends. Alex texted his mom: [Can you keep a secret?]

Mary Walton texted back: [Sure, what is it? Your father is beside me, can you also tell him?]

Alex texted: [What is your reaction if I said that I have a three-year-old son?]

After a few minutes, there was still no reply. Alex almost closed the phone when it rang again. He looked at his mother's response: [Are you sure?]

Alex texted back: [Yes, did a paternity test earlier and saw the results. The child's mother doesn't know I am the father.]

Mary texted again: [We will be there in fifteen minutes. Your child should be the there right now.]

Alex was shocked when he read that. His father was still in the hospital and was said to be in critical condition and should be there for more inspection.

After fifteen minutes, the main door opened, and a woman and a man in their 50s came in. Their features look a bit like Alex. Their expressions have a hurried appearance. They asked the butler: "Where is my son?"

The butler said: "Old Madam, Master is in the living room."

The duo hurriedly went to the living room, and they saw Alex sitting on the couch while a woman and a boy was playing. They saw the boy's features is a lot like the woman. The boy has blonde hair.

Alex stopped them from getting near and asked them to sit beside him. His parents wanted to greet the boy but suppressed their d.e.s.i.r.e and sat beside Alex.

Joseph Walton, Alex's father, pointed at the boy who was playing: "Is that our grandchild?"

Alex nodded, and Joseph asked: "Do they know?"

Alex shook his head. Joseph asked: "Why did you not tell them?"

Alex said: "I don't want any complicated relationsh.i.p.s with her."

Joseph berated his son: "How do you know that she won't love you if you tell her? You're like back then. If you had just told your crush how you felt, would you have a series of short memory loss? Coward."

Mary quickly defended her son: "Dear, he's just worried that Samantha will hide far away if she knows that the father of her son. The man who left her with Samuel is Alex."

Joseph did not say anything and just grumbled. He can't disagree with his wife because if he does, he'll sleep on the couch tonight.

Samantha felt that there were many people behind her and checked out who it was. She was shocked that Alex's father and mother are here. She hurriedly stood up and bowed before tapping Samuel's shoulder.

Samuel took off his headphones, and Samantha whispered: "Let's go first."

Samuel checked behind him and saw the three a.d.u.l.ts so he stood up and they almost left the room when Mary said: "Please stay here. Can I meet the boy?"

Samuel went towards Mary and stood in front of her. Mary patted Samuel's blonde hair, and she liked the kid even more. She dotingly said: "Call me, Grandma."
