The reporters and journalists saw Samantha and their cameras turned towards her before the flashing of cameras sounded again. Some shouted: "Ms. Brooks, is it true that you are dating two billionaires at the same time?"

Samantha's face turned pale when reporters are insisting for an answer. Alex looked at them coldly and protected her: "None of that is true."

Samantha was near the entrance when a camera used by the media came hurtling towards her. Samantha did not react enough and was about to get hit by it when a hand blocked the camera. Samantha looked at Alex's bloody hands and panicked.

Samantha, after the incident, does not like to see blood. She immediately got a tissue and wiped the blood out of his hand. The camera had captured everything that happened. Alex looked calm and said to one of the men in suits: "Find out who threw the camera."

The man nodded and set off another direction. Alex said: "This is nothing, come on. Let's enter first."

Samantha nodded with trembling hands. After entering, two women dressed in a nurse's outfit came running with a first aid kit in hand. After bandaging his hand, the nurses left, and Mary Walton came in and looked at his son: "What happened?"

Alex said calmly: "Someone threw a professional camera at Samantha."

Mary said: "Samantha, sweetie. I'm sorry that this happened.

Samantha said, apologizing to her: "I should be the on to say sorry, because if the camera had hit me instead, then Alex would have never got injured in the first place."

Samantha was used to getting bruises from being beaten by her stepsister and father. Samantha injured it by silently crying at her bedroom and reminding herself that she has a son.

Alex Walton clenched his fists when he heard that. Rather than being happy that Samantha said that she would instead get hurt than seeing Alex injured, it made him seem unimportant.

Alex said: "It's not ok. What your father and stepsister did to you was not okay. If you don't fight back, then you will always be their punching bag."

Samantha nodded, but it looks like she ignored what he said. Alex did not dwell on it further and stood up before heading towards the VIP room.

Mary Walton went towards the stage and started the auction. The items sold in the auction were items donated by the people attended and will be used for the orphanage the Walton Corp. built.

After the auction, Samantha felt bored since nothing happened. Alex said that he would introduce her as his fiance, but nothing happened. Samantha opened her phone, and the hottest topic shocked her.

Alex looked at her smirking. He said: "Have you seen it?"
