The Darkness In Your Mind

?????? is rushing towards the man, who is surprised by this action, and points his gun at ?????? and attempts to fire before he can get to close. However, to his dismay, the gun makes a cl.i.c.k.i.n.g sound and that's when he realizes that he is out of bullets. The man say's "Alright, I guess I'm doing this the old fashion way then."

The man puts up his fists and prepares to fight ?????? who has a knife, with his b.a.r.e hands. ?????? swings wildly at the man and gets a few good slashes on his c.h.e.s.t and arms. The man throws some punches at ?????? and manages to knock him down after hitting him pretty hard in the stomach. It seems that ?????? passed out since the man hit him there hard enough.

The man turns around and goes to the car to grab some more bullets so he doesn't have to beat ?????? to death and can instead just shoot him while he is unconscious. Slowly, step, step, step.

He arrives at the car, and begins to open the door but seems to have some trouble doing so, he then begins to pull a bit harder and says "Stupid thing, why are you always so hard to open?"

The door makes a sound and then it opens a bit then he sighs and says "Finally." He then starts to open the door the rest of the way, however when it is halfway open...

*Sound of flesh being pierced and ripping, along with the sound of blood splattering*

The man slowly turns his head as much as he could to see what just happened. ?????? is standing there grinning creepily with the knife he is holding shoved into the man's back, only the handle is still visible, there is blood all over ??????'s face but none of it is his own it's all the man's. The man's face is one of disgust, anger, and surprise.

The man says "Y-You were awake, ah I see, you were waiting for me to drop my guard the most, you're a clever kid." The man then coughs up blood as ?????? pulls the knife out of his back still grinning. The man turns around and slides down to the bottom of the car with his back against it smearing blood as he does so.

The man coughs once again and then says "Kid, listen to me carefully, in my pocket is a ticket for a train to the otherside of the country, take it and get out of here." ?????? shows a face of confusion and as if knowing what it means the man says "There is nowhere for you to return to right? I have an old plot of land out there that I owned, in the car the deed to said land is in the glove box."

The man takes a deep breath then continues "Your just a kid, but if I'm going to die then I thought I might as well let you have it. Just sign your name onto it, you will be the inheritor of the land, it was my backup plan incase somehow one of you managed to take me down which I was hoping you would."

He continues "I was sick of this life and all the horrible things I have had to do, but I couldn't run away because then it would haunt me forever and also a fate worse than death would come for me, as that is the punishment for abandonment. Anyway enough about my suffering, I have a bit more to tell you that's really important."

He coughs up blood once again and his breathing gets more heavy as he says "There is a lot of cash buried in that land right smack dab in the center, *cough* take whatever you want, there might be some other things in there, it was so long ago that i don't remember anymore. But kid, I can almost guarantee that it is the only place you will be able to call that place home one day."

He seems to be struggling to breath at this point "Please, take care of that land kid, I wish I could be there to see ya grow up, I feel like it would be quite entertaining, but it seems this is where I come to an end, good luck out there kid, though for some reason I have a feeling your not gonna need it."

The man's eyes then lose the life within them and his head drops as he falls silent, dead.
