Aster P.O.V.

"Oi!!! Get back here brat!!! Wait till I tell your grandfather!"

I held in my laughter as I was being chased by our Prayers teacher Mr. Desthra.

"Aster's done it again. hahahahahaha youth."

"Oh boy. When will he ever learn?"

"Stop running in the halls!!!"

"Sorry Ms. Amberdill!"

Yes. Today is another great day here in heaven.

"Whoops! Almost got hit my a light vine!"

Well back to the story. Currently I am being chased my Mr. Desthra, as I have mentioned earlier. Why? Well it's simply because... Mr. Desthra is actually Ms. Desthra. How she became a he?

Truthfully I was just experimenting with my powers and*bonk*

"Finally got you brat!!!"

"Whaaaaa!!! Someone help!! Kidnaper!!!"

In the background you could hear the chuckles and murmurs of the villagers.

"Silence! You are doing 15 l.a.p.s around the training field, do you hear me?!"

Once again this is Ms. Desthra. Aside from being our Prayers teacher she is also our homeroom teacher. She is quite tall for a female at 5'7 and has strawberry-blond hair and brown eyes.

Oh right, and the reason she was chasing after me was because my best friend Sivolxa or just Sil for short and I decided to escape this prison known as "Materializing Phase". In this evil subject, we learn how to materialize and apply our prayers.

- Visualizing Phase - the first step of 'prayer magic' where the user created a visualization of the d.e.s.i.r.ed effect / objective.

- Construction Phase – the second step of 'prayer magic' where the user constructs the visualized objective based on how it is created and its principles. The creation of Rules.

- Materializing Phase – the third step of 'prayer magic' where the user materializes the prayer into the physical world

Quite easy you think? Absolutely not!!! Try thinking of it this way. Think of a house, a complete house with a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom, everything! Now use Spatial/Movement Magic and build it!

- Spatial Magic – deals with the use of construction and deconstruction of objects into and out of a special void created by user. (think of it like an inventory box ~ for gamers)

- Movement Magic – deals with the placement or displacement of an object from one place to another. High level movement magic can be practiced on one's body for teleportation etc.

Seeeee? What-d I tell'ya! Hard isn't it!? It's the same thing.

::Flashback::

"Yo Sil! It's about time to go to the training grounds. Wat'cha standing around for?"

"Huh?! Oh hey Av. I was just thinking about what we would even use 'Prayer Magic' for. I mean. It's not like we are at war where we can actually use prayer magic to boost the powers of our heroes right? Then why bother? Also, why can't we be the heroes for once? They always say we are more powerful than humans; we are sooo pure that we can't even be harmed by Miasma. Then why can't we save our own butts?"

::: Miasma – Evil / Unholy Magic that seeps through cursed living or non-living beings. :::

"... Your right. Sometimes I wish we were just Mortal. It would be pretty awesome if we were human though I mean, we could practice ALL types of magic. I'm tired of just holy or light magic. I'm not even good at it! I mean I am the only one in our class who barely passes!"

"You're right bro, thanks for being there, if not, then maybe I would be the bottom."

"Hey!" I started wrestling Sil for his life!!! But he just keeps laughing.

After we tired ourselves, we started planning out our escape.

Sivolxa "So to escape we need a distraction."

Aster "like what?"

Sivolxa "I don't know. Something weird!!!"

Aster "weird? ... oh hey, I've always wondered what Ms. Desthra looked like as a guy."

Sivolxa "You too? that was all I was thinking about during 'Illusions 2' yesterday!!!"

Aster "Right?! So how are we going to do it?"

Sivolxa "Well one of us have to distract her at first, so that the other one won't miss casting it."

Aster "hmmm.... rock paper scissors?"

Sivolxa "No way dude! you do it."

Aster "What?! why me?"

Sivolxa "Well that is probably the only one you're good at. Top 1 even... though in other subjects you are top 1 from the bottom fuefuefueufue."

Aster "That's it!"

I raised my first and hit him on the top of his head

Sivolxa "OWWW! what'dya do that for?"

Aster "..."

Sivolxa "Alright I deserve it. So are you gonna do the spell?"

Aster "... sigh*. .. alright."

Sivolxa "Sweet!!! let's go!"

::End of Flashback::

.. hmmmmm.... I feel like there's something wrong with our plan.

"Oh Av! you're back!!!"

Before I knew it, I was already back in the classroom

"Woah dude! High five!"

"Yeah!!!" (☝ ՞ਊ ՞)☝

With me being carried under Ms. Desthra's arm, and him with his b.u.t.t bound to the ground by the light magic "light bind". We were able to do a successful high-five!

"PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!"

'What was that!!!?'

A loud high toned flute-like sound ran through our ears. Ms. Desthra, with the spell now completely worn off, looked out the window into the sky where a purple light spread out like ripples in the water.

"What's going on Ms. Desthra?"

Ms. Desthra put me down and unbound Sivolxa from the floor.

"You boys get back home. Classes are canceled for today. Understand? Don't wander off and get back home!"

Wings spread out from Ms. Desthra's back and she soared trough the sky.

Aster "Let's hurry on Sil."

Sivolxa "Agreed."
