The Dragon Amulet

Stunned the ref looked to Shen Mei who elegantly nodded her head, The referee shouted "continue" beofr taking a few steps back and walking off of the stage, as soon as he did, four small black dragons appeared around Shen Nu, his mind focused on one thing, victory. For his parents and for himself, he is the dragon emperor and the world will bow at his feet once more.

As he steeled his heart, the dragons began to roar an extremely deafening amount, forcing those who did not cultivate onto their knees, Shen Nu looked at Shen Mei and said in a small voice" You should avoid my attacks and then surrender, I'm not going to play around anymore."

Before Shen Mei could respond the four dragons surrounding Shen Nu launched themselves at her, one aiming at her head, while two aimed for her arms and the final one took aim at her heart. Not standing by idly, Shen nu also launched himself like the dragons, aiming for Shen Mei's legs, The azure wings on his back blocking out the sun while his scales reflected the image of Shen Mei's back into her own eyes.

Shen Mei raised a pillar of stone out of the ground to attempt to stop Shen nu in his path, she then summoned stone spears and threw them at the Dragons which were less than a metre away form her. To surprise the Dragons simply opened their mouths and ate the stone spears, growing in size due to the qi the spears were made from.

The Dragons let out a satisfied roar as they lunged at Shen Mei, biting into her skin and injecting her with the devourer Qi, instantly, she fell to her knees as her qi was f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y transferred into the dragons and from them into Shen Nu who had stopped his attack, he didn't want to kill the girl after all, just show the can that he could no longer be pushed around, Shen Mei's body began to rock back and forth until she finally fell forwards, within an instant, Shen Nu had caught the falling girl who muttered" I admit defeat."

Shen Nu carried Shen Mei off of the stage once it was announced that he had won, lying her down in a medical bed he returned to the arena and sat next to the girl he knew as Lily, he whispered" Andromeda, I apologise for the what I have put you through, I will call you Lily though if that is ok, I prefer that name as it means more to me, it is what I truly know you as,nI want to try to earnestly get to you know you and rebuild our memories together. I will get you a new body and we will settle down and have children liked we always planned however i still have goals i need to complete before that can happen."

Feeling the eyes of the crowd o him, He turned to Lily and kissed her as she went to speak, he cupped her cheek in his hand and whispered" We can talk this over later, I know my feeling have been conflicted and confusing however my mind is in a million different places right now, once the tournament is done we will have a proper talk and get this sorted out, I promise."

Shen Nu then turned to rest of the fighters on his stage and shouted" Who is next? The Dragon emperor welcomes your challenge."

No one responded and Shen Nu was instantly put through to the knock out stages, his first fight ended with his opponent admitting defeat beofre they even started fighting, this carried on until the semi-finals where Shen Nu came up against Shen Wei, the Heir apparent to the Shen Family. The look of disdain was clear on Shen Wei's face as he shouted" I will return the Shen's puppy to the slums where it belongs, you are no Dragon, Shen Mei went easy on you out of pity, I will not be doing the same."

Shen Nu laughed as he climbed onto the stage, he looked at the beautiful Lily before saying " I dedicate this victory to you Lady Lilly."

The four black dragons appeared by Shen Nu, in the few hours between his fight with Shen Mei and now, the dragon's had digested the Qi they took form Shen Mei and were a metre bigger than they were previously. Two Azure dragon's appeared next to Shen Nu and wrapped themselves around his arms, he looked and shen Wei with a smile on his face before he siad" Come then little peasant, the Dragon emperor will see you now,"
