The Emperor Is Searching

Dakota carried a seat and a small table to the backyard where her brother is plucking oranges for her, after putting the seat down and sitting down she whistle her brother over.

Ximnam got down from the orange tree, picked up the oranges and went to his sister. "You forgot the bowl and knife again." He complained as he placed the plucked oranges on the table then begin to head inside to get the knife but stopped when he heard his sister yelling "get back here, Nena!!.

He turned to find out what was happening, although his mind already figured it out. 

He saw Kleila running while laughing,  her two hands are holding her upper wrapper which she placed all the oranges inside.

Ximnam didn't know what to say, this isn't the first time Nena has done this. Anytime they get fruits for Dakota, she will always find ways to take them and then run off to her hiding place and eat them all and after eating them she will come back smiling like an innocent soul who has no sins in the world.

"You taught her this you know ..why then are you frowning." Dakota ask smiling but when her brother frown depend she begins to worry.

"Ximnam." She called now standing. "Don't tell me you're angry at her for just some fruits." Dakota asked as she looks him in the eyes then touch his shoulders when he still remained silent.

"You know I can never be angry at her and stop pretending as if you don't know the reason for her actions!" Ximnam replied angrily, remove his sister's hand from his shoulder and walked away. 

Dakota stood in the same position for a long while before sitting down and begin to look around although lost in thought.

The Kumura thinks Nena has a secret place not knowing that she has no such place but a tree, plantain trees that is in their front yard.

There she hide each time she feels that she has done something bad and just like those days, she ran to the trees with the oranges. 

After sitting down she started peeling the oranges and eating them one by one. 

When she was done, she dug a hole and bury the back of the oranges inside. "Rest in peace you sweet little things." She muttered chuckling and then she begins to get up but saw a man coming inside their compound. Immediately she hides herself properly behind the trees and begin to peep.

"Ha ha, so it's you ugly mister." She said smirking and then she licks her lips and bend down to where she hid some stones, she picked the tiniest and throw it at the back of Xamva head.

She began to laugh secretly when the stone hits his head and he flinch, touches his head in pain and begin to look around.

Although Nena remembers nothing, she knows to hate Xamva. When she began to understand Altha language she heard a lot of bad things about Xamva from different mouths but most especially from Kenniae whom she has taken as her mother.
