The Emperor Is Searching

The Emperor took a deep breath and when he let it out, he grabbed hold of Nena's hand. "Please know that I didn't mean to betray you ..I was drunk and I." He paused, closed his eyes. He opens it. "I have a child."

To say Nena was surprised is an understatement. She thought the Emperor only loved her. She knows her thoughts are funny but the Emperor actually told her this.

When Nena recalculated her thoughts, she looked up at the Emperor trying so hard to tell him it's okay, but she couldn't bring herself to lie again.

She feels cheated. How can only her be the one who loves only one person. All her friends love lots and can kiss them all, now the one she loves doesn't love only her .."will he kiss both?" She asked, then signed when she realized she was being pathetic, but she still can't help but think how the Emperor has already done it.

She pulled her hand away from the Emperor and turned to face the wall, she closed her eyes and found herself about to cry.

"I didn't love her. It's you I love, I love you Nena. I love all of you." The Emperor said from behind Nena and then he moved closer and took Nena's hands in his. "It's you I want." He whispered to Nena's ear.

Nena turned and hugged the Emperor. "I'm sorry I moved away, I was being selfish. I just want you to love only me and I know, the girls all want you ..I thought they're all I have to fight off, but now I learned there is another and with a baby, you even loved her enough to have been with her. I can't be with anyone else other than you.

I can't even imagine it ..I'm Sorry, just tell me you love me again. All I want is you to love me .. only me because I love you so much."

The Emperor kissed her forehead. "I love you Nena, I love you so much."

Nena hugged him and then she looked the Emperor in the eyes. "You didn't betray me, you didn't know me then." She said, holding the Emperor' hands.

The Emperor looks at Nena, wanting so much to tell her, the words were at the tip of his tongue but he couldn't bring himself to put doubts in Nena's mind. He told himself, one step at a time.

First he needs to get Nena to go back to his Kingdom and be his consort, his legal consort ...not the one his mother made Mi-Ok

The Emperor smiled at Nena and Nena smiled back, she then pulled the Emperor, leading him inside his home.

"Is the child a girl or boy?" She asked and the Emperor replied girl. She stopped and pulled the Emperor towards her. "Is she here?." She asked curiously, but without waiting for the Empress response, she asks. "How old is she, what's her name? Can I see her? ..oh, what if she doesn't like me?."

The Emperor kissed Nena on the lips and when he pulled away, Nena hid her face in her hands.

The Emperor pulls Nena's hands away. "She's still a baby, five months old, I left her in the nursery but for some reasons still unknown to me, my mother brought her along with her ..so yes, she's now here. I want us to raise her together, this way I won't have anything to do with the mother."
