The Emperor’s Angel of Death

Chapter 1125: Kill the blood

Behind Beria, the guns of the Deathwing Company continued to fire, desperately trying to hold the line and stop the Black Legion's attack.

The roar of lasers and bolters crackled through the air like lightning, chattering like thunder.

After a period of fighting, the fighting spirit gradually gave way to calmness. Bellia realized that the situation was not getting better, but it was getting worse. Most of the soldiers' ammunition had bottomed out.

"Stop fighting! Keep moving!"

Swinging his sword with both hands, Beria blazed a path through the ranks of the heretics.

The Silence Sword ripped mutilated limbs from the devastated torso and tumbled through the air like sickly hailstones, and the enemy was still coming in waves, trying to hold on to the Deathwings.

As powerful as they are, over time they will eventually be pulled to the ground, submerged in the tide of flesh and blood that strikes them.

The pharmacist stretched out his arms, and the ceramic-wrapped limbs shattered the ribs and jaws of nearby enemies.

Now they need to regain the initiative to keep the momentum going.

"follow me!"

Bellia growled at the voice.

He bent his knees and threw himself forward into the enemy crowd, using the shoulder pads as a battering ram.

Countless bones and necks were broken as Beria crashed into the throng of heretics, while a red status sign flashed on his monitor—

Momentum took him ten steps forward, knocked down a few more attackers, and then stood up and resumed the slaughter.

"Master Belial!"

The tech sergeant's voice crackled in his ear.

"I found a shortcut!"

Bellia didn't hear it and kept walking, his weapon blurred around him as he instinctively chopped off his limbs.

Blood hummed in his veins, his heart roared like the chorus of a choirmaster propelling him through death.

Already overwhelmed by the din of battle, Belial gutted one enemy and ripped out another's belly, stomping one under his boots and crushing a cultist's skull in a split second.

Thick blood splattered his armor, blood pooled around his legs, forests of corpses stacked at his waist, guts slid off their armor like crimson sleet.

"Master Belial! On the right side! There is a passage on the right side!"

Belial still didn't notice the tech sergeant's call, his attention focused on the Chaos Space Marine who was trying to attack him with a pair of crackling warhammers.

He was now surrounded by enemy fighters, besieged on all sides, with no room to maneuver, and then blocked the attacker's swing with his sword of silence, weapons colliding in a haze of fiery energy fields.

Belial felt his feet slide back under the force of the blow, and the ground beneath his feet was smooth, mushy with the constant blood and the heavy Space Marine's feet.

He growled, knees down to stabilize himself, and the beast continued to push on him, swinging the weapon again.

Beria slid into its defense, slammed her head into its jaw, and there was a disgusting sound of bones shattering.

Then the Deathwing Grand Master reversed the attack and pressed his forehead down into the attacker's face, a blow that shattered the heretic's face, which cried out in pain as the metal shards embedded in its skin.

It lowered its weapon and tried to reach out to remove the shards from its flesh.

"Die!"

Bellia slammed into the enemy's chest with an uppercut, and as he wrapped his fingers around the opponent's heart, it spasmed violently, blood pouring out of the shattered mouth.

The Deathwing mentor clenched his hands, grinning as his heart burst in his hands.

He let go of his hand and beheaded another fraternity before the beast fell to the ground.

At this point, Beria's retina display flashed a constant warning sign as his armor sensed the incoming bomb.

"Here! Come on!"

He grabbed the head of the nearest Black Legion heretic, the giant traitor let out a suppressed scream, his helmet deformed and twisted under the giant palm

Belial's helmet's audio dampers were activated to protect his heart, before a choppy explosion erupted around him.

"I am his weapon! He is my shield!"

As the enemy threw grenades at himself, Beria gritted his teeth and shouted prayers, smashed the opponent's head with force, and then threw mud and deformed corpses into the air like the sparks of firecrackers.

The flames then washed over him, destroying a long string of parchment from his armor.

The heat liquefied the ground beneath his feet, and his armored body sank further into the muddy mud.

Biometric data scrolled across his retinal display, and the force of the shock wave tore some joints, but his armor remained strong.

At this point, a pair of faded identity tags told him that three more Deathwing Terminators had been killed.

"Rest in peace, brothers."

After the battle, the Chapter would collect their remaining armor and take it to the Cathedral of Remembrance, where they would be mourned.

Ahead, he saw the pharmacist.

The pharmacist was dying, and a burly crimson slaughterer stood beside the fallen dark angel, killing intent at a glance.

Bellia growled, throwing his sword on the Chaos Space Marine's back.

The heretic roared and swooped forward under the impact of the force.

"Stand up and kill him!"

With his back to the Apothecary, the Chaos Space Marine reached for the sword on his back, and with the last of his strength, the Apothecary thrust the sword upward and pierced the opponent's neck.

The enemy's body trembled, then died, and the Apothecary grabbed the corpse before it fell, pulling it over as a shield against the two Chaos Space Marines who immediately opened fire on him.

He drew the dead soldier's bolt gun, and shot down the attacker with precision.

"Move! I'll cover you!"

Belial drew his sword and helped the Apothecary get back on his feet.

Only then did ~www.wuxiaspot.com~ notice that the technical sergeant had been calling out to him.

"Master Beria! Here!"

Standing in front of an open blast door, the tech sergeant was summoning Beria, unaware of the attacker.

By the time he realized that a Chaos Space Marine was behind him, it was too late, and as the opponent's power sword was about to split his head, the servo harness behind the tech sergeant flashed violently, and the servo arm automatically twisted to block it. After that, the servo arm whose cable had been cut sags down weakly.

In the nick of time, the tech sergeant turned to face the enemy, spinning forward, tearing the blood gear from the enemy's shoulders and from his chest.

It gave him a breath.

"Go here!"

Belial raised his sword and took on the responsibility of the rear of the palace, and the corpse that he was going to take away could only be temporarily put down.

The Deathwings traversed the **** battlefield and quickly entered the tunnel opened by the tech sergeant.
