The Ghost Dungeon Master

"To think that they have an engineering platoon for the siege weapons. This army isn't as simple as I thought." the ghost said as the other two gathered around the table.

"After hearing what that goblin knight had to say, you guys got any proposals?" the ghost continue speaking.

Kuro meowed a few times, but the ghost couldn't understand what it wanted and looks towards Tempest in confusion.

"Why are you looking at me I don't speak cat." Tempest retorted when she realized the ghost was staring at her.

Seeing that both of them don't seem to understand what it wanted, Kuro meowed at the ghost as it jumped off the table and headed to the training ground, looking back every few steps making sure that the ghost was following it. Once it was there it hopped onto the console for the training obstacle, while waiting for the ghost to arrive.

As if trying to tell the ghost something, Kuro used it's paw and tab on the training course console non stop. Curious by what it wanted the ghost flew over to the console. When he arrived with Tempest, Kuro looks at the ghost and hops off as it sat next to the console looking at the training course before glancing every so often at the ghost and meowing.

Wondering what Kuro wanted, he being switching the course one by one, after each training course layout appeared, he would take a look at Kuro. It took the ghost about 6 switches before Kuro suddenly meowed and stared at the ghost.

It was a forest obstacle course, realizing that Kuro wanted a forest layout, he opened up his dungeon layout menu and looked into second floor, as of now, it is currently the smallest floor in the entire dungeon.

He added a 30 meter x 20 meters forest in the front of the graveyard, where the entrance of the stairs from the first floor is. Next he place a few weird statues all around the surrounding forest. After he was happy with the layout the ghost looks at Kuro. Kuro looks at the new drafted layout by the ghost, it meowed happily as if giving the good to go sign to the ghost.

"Meow" hearing Kuro meowed, the ghost took a look over at Kuro and had a stunt look for a second before realizing.

"Kuro, did you metamorphose back?" the ghost asked when he saw Kuro is back in his small kitten form.

Kuro meow in reply as if agreeing with the ghost.

"So you guys got anymore suggestions on what we can do?" the ghost asked.

"It would help if we could know the enemies location at any point of time." Tempest blurted out.

After hearing what Tempest said, the ghost went into his thinking mode. Next he looked into the item shop for something that could help with what Tempest needed and he found this.

After seeing that Will-o'-the-wisp abilities, he decided to purchase another 2 more of them. Next he named them alpha, beta and omega. Next he tasked Omega to manifest 6 of itself and send them just right outside of the dungeon as an early warning system and spy, while the main body to stayed at the dungeon master room.

He then tasked alpha to manifest 6 of itself and attached them onto the trees in the swamp, after doing that he tasked Beta to manifest 6 of itself and attached them around the trees in the forest.

Once that was all done, the ghost turned and look at Tempest, "Here's Alpha and Beta, I'll leave them here at the moment, get them to follow you when you go on an attack. It shouldn't be a problem, since they are immune to physical attacks, just be careful of magic spells."

"Yes boss, I understand." Tempest replied.

"What are these pretty floating lights?" all of a sudden, a cute voice came from the side.

The ghost look over to the voice and found out it was Auriel riding on top of the Fenrir asking the question.

"They are Will-o'-the-wisp, they can help us see where the enemies are. We have named them alpha, beta and omega." the ghost replied her.

"They are all the same blue color. How do you differentiate them?" Auriel asked.

The ghost looked over at them and realized he couldn't differentiate them apart as well.

As if the Will-o'-the-wisps realized what they were talking about, they begin changing their color, alpha remained blue, beta turned yellow and omega turned green.
