There is no update today. I originally planned to go out to do nucleic acid today, but my body was too soft to move, and my muscles were sore. I should wait until tomorrow morning when the downstairs is unified. I had a severe cold, and when I got through it for a day or two, I didn't dare to say anything else, I could still do it with 4,000 words a day.
