As the night was young, Jason McConnor shivered as the evening wind blew against his coat. The tips of his toes tensed up as nervousness engulfed him like a lion.

He had no idea why he felt this overwhelming fear, but he knew that it could mean anything but good.

He opened up the door to his new mansion, expecting some sort of attacker to lash out at him.

But luckily for him, there was none.

He was just being silly.

Until he saw the item on the ground, before his feet.

A thick and black book, leather-bound too... He thinks to himself.

Without a single hesitation nor doubt, he quickly leans down and swiped it up.

A little heavier than expected. He thinks as he weighs it in his hand.

He surveyed the surface of this mysterious relic, wondering why would such a delicate object appear behind his doorstep.

Until he saw the thin and neat cursive stretched out on the cover of the book, manually written in a gorgeous, golden ink:

'The Autobiography Of

Louis Benel'

*Autobiography: End*
