It was much easier to escape the Kethral dungeon that the group would've imagined, the caves started to flourish with ore's of grey, the monsters were also quite weak now as well. The group guessed it took them a week for them to reach Atrax's lair, but now they guessed took two days.

When the sun hit their eyes, everyone was surprised by what happened. Kethral had changed so much in the nine days. The rundown buildings were now repaired, everyone was much nicer, and there were far fewer slaves.

The group wasn't around for long, they quickly sold their items for a great price and went. They sold almost everything for 100,000 sals each. The group decided to head to the next city, which was the capital of the country. The capital was called Koumides.

When the group was journeying to the city, Harri, Kaloko, Nicko and Enar decided to evolve. The group evolved one at a time, Harri went first. He got out his status board and pressed on a button that said [evolve].

[Are you sure you want to [Evolve]?]

[Yes] [No]

[Yes]

Harri then blacked out and woke up in a dark room with a white circle in front of him. Harri pressed the dark circle and four options popped up in front of him. The options were [Magihuman], [Legio Magihuman], [Legio Elemental Magihuman], or [âˋáȕ˫üˆȕƣýç²˽˂ðƣ˷ü˽˂ç]. Harri decided to ignore the encrypted evolution and focus on the [Legio Elemental Magihuman].

[Legio Elemental Magihuman]

[An evolution of a human with:]

[The ability [Beast Tamer Magic] at level 5]

[Have at least tamed two different monsters]

[Have [Blaze affinity], [Water affinity], [Wind affinity], [Stone Affinity], [Mineral affinity], [Lightning affinity], [Seedling affinity] and [Cold affinity] or higher affinities]

[Do you wish to evolve into a [Legio Elemental Magihuman?]

[Yes] [No]

[Yes]

Harri closed his eyes and felt an ache in his hands and mouth. When he woke up, Enar was sleeping and undergoing her evolution. Harri looked at his hands and saw that he now had a spiral on his palms. Atogin mentioned later that Harri's body looked stronger and that his canine teeth had become longer and sharper. Harri also felt pain within his gums, so everyone thought that he gained a third pair of teeth.

Each person other than Atogin underwent an evolution. Enar's skin became whiter and her hair became more blonde. Whenever Enar used her rapier, it's blade would glow white, she had become a [Heroic Holy Human], gaining the ability [Exorcise].

Kaloko's hair and eyes became a light green, her body structure became slimmer and if she used mana, some of her veins would begin to glow green. Kaloko became a [Impure Wood Elf], this would help Kaloko with her bow techniques.

Nicko had changed the most. He grew another foot, now reaching 6'11 and his muscles became bulging. Parts of his body became enveloped with brown scales, which could change its toughness. His brown hair stood up straight revealing a red tattoo shaped like a crescent underneath both of his eyes which had become longer vertically. Nicko became a [Dragon-kin], also being able to speak [reptile].

The group focused on one ability each, the strange thing was that Nicko and Atogin were trying to turn parts of their body into metal, Atogin mainly wanted to use his feathers on his arms as throwing knives. Kaloko was practising her [Seedling affinity], creating some flowers in her hands. Enar was practising her [Light Affinity] spells as well as practising some songs.

Harri's ability was the hardest out of all the other abilities to master, [Thread Control]. He used ten mana potions before they arrived in Koumides. After the group went off they agreed to meet in the city centre by the end of the day. The team was trying to find [Job Guilds]. Unlike a regular [Guild], a [Job Guild] is a guild filled with one job Class. If you found an [Archer Jon Guild], it would be filled with archers.

It wasn't long until Harri noticed banners placed around Koumides, each one had a spiral just like the ones present on Harri's hands. Did this tell a person where they originated, or something else? Harri was questioning it until he eavesdropped on a conversation.

"Come on, let's go to the best [Mage Job Guild] in Koumides," A person yelled out.

The Conversation piqued Harri's interest, so he decided to follow them until they entered the supposed [Job Guild]. The place was called [Kings Mana], it seemed like a reasonable place, so Harri entered. It was a formal tavern, with everyone drinking some sort of bright red liquid. Harri went up to a sign that said [Registration] and talked to the woman behind the desk.

"Are you here to register?" The woman asked Harri.

"Yes," He replied.

"Understood, could we please check your hands for a Magihuman symbol,"

"Of course,"

Harri put out both hands and the woman gave him two orbs, one for both hands. The orbs glowed with the same spiral pattern as the ones on Harri's hands. The receptionist then looked at a small status board and put it into a small metal rectangle. She then gave Harri the rectangle.

"Name: Harri stave, Race: Legio Elemental Magihuman, Skills: Above average, Criminal Record: None, Reputation: level 5, welcome to [Kings Mana]," The girl said.

"Thank you,"

Harri entered the tavern and spoke to the Barman.

"What do you recommend?" Harri asked the Barman.

"Some weak wyverns blood, the first drink of the day is free, it's usually 1,000 sals,"

"I'll take some weak wyverns blood then,"

"Coming right up,"

The Barman gave Harri a pint of red liquid, it was glowing. When Harri took a sip of the wyverns blood, he even felt more relaxed than with alcohol.

"Why does this taste so much better than alcohol?" Harri yelled out.

"For mages like ourselves, impurities in our system slow down our mana regeneration and reaction time, it's recommended that mages should be drinking some blood of monsters that had mana, it has the properties of alcohol, but it doesn't hurt our mana system," A girl right next to him replied.

Harri looked to the right to see a black-haired mage was right next to him, so Harri decided to introduce himself.

"Harri Stave, Legio Elemental Magihuman,"

Dropley decided to go and say hi, whilst Rache used her front right limb to wave at her.

"Reason why you're a Legio, my name is Macbeth Steam, a beta tester,"

"What?" Harri said.

"A beta tester, I died twenty-three years before the creator sent people like you, for this, the creator even gave me a special ability,"

"Can I show you this ability?"

"That's a secret,"

"A secret indeed," Someone from behind interrupted.

Harri looked around to see that the person who interrupted their conversation was in fact, Gold.

"Long time no see, Harri," Gold said.

"How are you going Gold?"

"I've become a merchant Harri, and I am part of [King's Gold], I've also changed the last name,"

"What is it now?"

"Instead of 'the great', it's now Au, the chemical symbol for gold,"

"I like it," Macbeth said.

"Shall we go to the Library?"

"Sure, Harri follow us,"

Harri got out of his chair and followed Macbeth and Gold to a door, they opened the door to see that it lead to a library.

"Dimension door," Gold said. "It's a portal,"

"You can get a grimoire here as well," Macbeth continued.

The group sat down at a table whilst Harri was browsing types of Grimoire covers, he could've picked out a book which he liked to make a grimoire, although it would've cost a bit more. When Harri was browsing his covers, he decided to ask Gold some questions.

"Gold, why did you retire from being an adventurer and try to become a merchant?"

"Alright, this is amazing, but the creator gave me a unique ability,"

Harri and Macbeth gave Gold a long silence before Macbeth answered.

"What's the ability Gold?"

"The ability is called [Price Eye], it allows me to see the prices of anything at the minimum price, and it allows me to see the profit I make as well,"

"That's a unique ability, even though it's not a battle ability, you made fine use of it, perhaps we should become friends,"

Macbeth became friends with Gold and Harri before continuing her sentence.

"I have my unique ability," Macbeth's arm then turned to a red smoke. "It's called [Body Mist], it allows me to become any seeable gas, although if a breeze pulls me away, I'm pretty much dead unless there is a lot of seeable gas around for me to revert into,"

"I also have a unique ability," Harri continued. "It's called [Infinite Item Box],"

Harri took off his tophat and pulled out [Chaos Collum].

"Infinite storage pretty much, only I can use it all of my party has one unique ability,"

"A great ability from a merchant, but Harri, I want to trade something for that spider silk," Gold replied.

"What's the price per metre?"

"With my eye, it says that it's about 550 sals per metre minimum, and the price will keep increasing with what you feed your arachnid friend,"

"You can have one hundred metres, here's a spindle,"

Harri gave Gold the spindle from the [Infinite Item Box].

"Gold, I want twenty per cent of the profit," Harri said.

"Are you sure Harri?" Gold replied.

"It's not like I'm going to run out of funds anytime soon,"

"Alright then,"

"Although I do think about what kind of Grimoire I want,"

"And what grimoire is that Harri?" Macbeth asked.

"That slim, black one with the white details, right in the middle of the pile of books you have,"

"Well, you can ask the receptionist to turn that book into a grimoire,"

"I will,"

Harri picked the thin book and gave it to the receptionist.

"One copy of the 'Ancient and celestial eyes of gods', this is now your grimoire, here is an attachment to put your grimoire somewhere," The receptionist said.

When Harri was walking back to the desk where Macbeth and Gold were sitting, someone yelled in the library.

"Come outside! A hero with a rapier is facing a hero with powerful flames,"

"Oh no," Harri said.

"Why 'Oh no' Harri?" Macbeth asked.

"The hero with the rapier is part of my party!"
