jase and zach arrived at a house which looked much like the salvatore's compound but with [H] and wolf symbol over it.

when they entered the compound zach was shocked and wondered when jase and tom got this place, and jase seeing his expression said " with the help of a friend", and zach quietly looked around.

jase parked the car and got out with zach, they walked to the door which said to write the code, which jase wrote and entered.

when they entered jase saw Brandon standing not so far away, " jase I when got your call was worried" Brandon said hugging him, " what do you mean I clearly said a place for someone to stay how could you be worried" jase said with a deadpan expression.

zach on the side did not know who Brandon his so he asked" jase would you introduce me?", to which jase replied" ah sorry Brad this is my uncle, uncle this is Brad my first beta" then Brandon eyes glowed golden yellow.

tom and matt are walking on the streets of the town and was talking and joking around, but not all good things can last as matt knew he had to ask the questions kept him up at night.

when it the afternoon matt finally brought it up " tell me about this werewolf thing?", hearing the question tom didn't flinch and asked him what did he want to know, " what like being a wolf?" matt asked.

tom looking at Matt said" good and bad, like my emotions have always been high so when you feel something it is always big, so like when you and elena broke up with you would notice I was more hateful than you, and that because the heightened everything".

matt listened to his friend and so many things clicked to him, and it explained all the strange behavior, why he had been angry at elena, scolding to vicky, and cold to his mum, but all this didn't answer everything so he continued " so I know that they are alpha's, beta, and omegas so what are you".

tom smiled and said" I am an alpha" and matt heard him and asked" what about jase?", and to that tom answered " he is an alpha too, and before you ask it not possible to have two alpha's in a pack unless you count the alpha pack, it is not possible, so this is only possible because we are twins".

matt nodded and asked " how do become an alpha as a beta", and tom answered " kill an alpha" he then paused to look at his reaction, matt on the other hand stopped and looked at his friend freaked out expression.

and tom seeing this continued " but that one way, there are others like inheriting the power from the leader, and the last one is what makes true alpha's, and like the name states this only comes when you are true to your self and what you want then, use your will to push it out and command people, and if you are asking about us we are the third one"

matt continued walking and tried to understand everything, what could push someone to kill, he was trying know but he couldn't, and tom seeing this said a serious tone" you can't get it unless you are a wolf, the primal instinct, in our world is kill or be killed, if don't understand anything understand that".

matt nodded and had to ask " have you killed before?" tom looked at him and was about to answer him but matt phone rang, and he left him to get the call.

after a few minutes matt came back looking worried, he said " that was Jeremy, he said it vicky" matt then left in the direction of elena's, hearing what he said tom nodded and followed wanting to know what was up.

when they got to elena's matt knocked on the door, and it was opened Jeremy, matt asked how she was and went to check up on her, tom on the could smell death on vicky and tought of something, but before he finished that thought as the news came on reporting a drug deal gone wrong.

and as if the universe was saying he was right, stefan and elena came in asking what happened, and stefan checked up on vicky and calmed her down, then he told Jeremy to take her upstairs and he did and matt went with him.

stefan and elena entered another room to talk about it, elena asked " what's wrong with her" and he was about to answer " she is in transition " he heard voice, and he looked at the door to a angry tom, looking at him he gulped, yesterday was zach, and today was vicky, it seemed like his brother would die today.

elena turned to tom and asked" whats going to happen to her?", tom looked at her and to a deep breath" she has two choices one remain human and die, or fully becoming a vampire", elena walked around and was about to say something but..." it's simple she drinks human blood or dies" tom said shaking his head and walked out of the room to get matt.

tom saw matt on his way down and said" we have to talk", Matt was astonished at his friend who seem to be making this about him said" look man I can't right now my sister is not well I hope you can understand that", tom not wanting to wait told him " it is about your sister she-" but before he could finish vicky ran out the house, to this tom looked up said" why the f.u.c.k can I not finish anything today".

tom then join them on the search or more like he was thinking weather to kill damon or not the tought pleged his mind hours, and then realized damon was worth more than the trouble he caused, but that didn't mean he couldn't beat the shit out off him.

tom out of tought, tracked vicky down which was easy to do when she smelt like death, and when he got there he saw her feasting on a particular fell, he drew close to her and pulled away from the dead body and then turned around to look at damon.

" you know you have a lot of balls staying in my site after the trouble you caused" tom spat, " yes it would seem I am a sucker for pain" damon replied with a smug look on his face, but tom did not reply he simply ran to damon in an attempt to wipe the look on his face but that was met with q stake coming toward him.

one would say it could have worked if tom wasn't experienced in fighting, and didn't hone his senses, but unfortunately for damon he did and simply sidestepped and bit him on the hand, which got a scream of agony from the vampire and later passing out from the pain.

turning to stefan tom took out a vile of his blood and gave it to stefan, and told him to give it to damon after he woke which wouldn't be until hours, tom left for the house to rest.
