I'm now sitting in a big garden I have been here for 4 hours holding an old sword trying to form my kai to make a halo around it I have been sitting here for four hours and yet nothing is happening meditation is difficult.

I thought I was going to die that day but I didn't I became a leader and now I have that feeling again I feel like

I'm going to die because of the energy in my body.
