The Last Survivor

As they fell down Rajesh screamed at the top of his lungs and after about two seconds , there was loud bang like a huge explosion

Rajesh fainted

He opened his eyes a little and saw some people pulling out his intestines and guts out of him and eating it

He screamed aloud and again he fainted

He opened his eyes and blinked them once twice just to ensure that they were all right

Then when he was about to move a sharp pain shot down his body

He felt a trickle of blood run down , he looked at this leg and let out a startled gasp

"Oh Nooooooo !" he m.o.a.n.e.d

A steel rod was pierced through his left femur , blood was coming out like someone has opened a tap of blood , in seconds his leg became stiff , he can't feel anything like their is no leg of him

He saw the officer sprawled on his back totally lifeless

He looked all around and found a shotgun lying around the windshield and a shell

Hmmm , why does he needed his gun ? He thought

He looked around and found a cracked window , not far from his leg

"I can bash it with my other leg" he murmured

With great effort he twisted his leg , pain shot through his body like a soundwave

He twisted more and with left off strength - bashed the windshield

It didn't break , only cracked

He again bashed it with great effort

Again it didn't break, only cracked further

now sweating by now.

And now when he was passing out , with one last effort he bashed again

Again it didn't break

That's it Rajesh thought I'm done

With no hope and energy left in him , he was about to pass out when the glass made CRACK sound - and got shattered in many pieces , some of it flew on his face made some little wounds on his face

He was not believing it until he snapped out of it , he moved his body and stuck out his strapped hands - and lifted himself out of the window

He fell out of the car and laid down on the soft murky land for a while

The sky looked different like the colour has faded, it looked bloodshot

He got up , breathed the air , it smelled funny

He limped and walked towards him , the keys were hanging from it's back pocket

He bent down and picked them up and breathed a sigh of relief

He tried to unlock them but it fell down and think where ?

In front of the dead mans mouth

He cautiously picked them up and unlocked his left hand and lastly his right hand

He rubbed them , it felt a thousand insects were crawling on his wrist

Then he heard a soft growl but more menacing

At first he thought maybe it will be a dog but surprisingly he looked at the police officer as his fingers twitched , his c.h.e.s.t heaved - and he leaped at Rajesh

"Holy cow ! , What the - ?" his voice cracked as the police officer staggered towards him making soft growls at him

Trapped , with this madman - and nowhere to go

He looked around and found a shotgun

He didn't hesitate and picked it up

"Goodbye , Sucker !" he aimed towards him - pulled the trigger

It didn't fire , he opened the magazine and a horrifying gasp escaped his throat

No bullets !
