The Legend of Harry Potter Schoolmaster

Chapter 100 The Principal's Office (First Update)

“Iced Lemonade!”

As Jon uttered the command, the huge ugly stone statue languidly jumped aside, out of the way.

Jon took a deep breath and calmed himself down... This was his first visit to the principal's office.

After passing through a spiral staircase at the back, and opening the lion's eagle-shaped door knocker on the door, a spacious circular room came into view.

The walls are covered with portraits of old school principals and schoolmasters, all of them with their eyes closed, pretending to be mature and sleeping; but Jon feels that many of them are actually looking at him secretly.

"Good afternoon!" Albus Dumbledore looked up, his pale blue eyes winking at Jon slightly.

"Good afternoon, Professor..." Jon bravely stepped forward.

He had no choice, because he had to tell Dumbledore about Sirius Black now, because of what had been written in his previous whistleblower letter to Mrs. Amelia Burns.

"Professor, I have something important!" Jon mustered his courage, trying to make his tone as frightened and panicked as possible: "Sirius Black! I saw him through the binoculars a few hours ago, and he was there. By the beating willow at Hogsmeade Lake..."

Dumbledore held out a finger to stop Jon from continuing.

"Jon, maybe you have to calm down first and listen to me!" Dumbledore said gently, still chewing a string of cockroaches in his mouth: "Would you like some, it tastes good!"

Involuntarily, Dumbledore threw a bunch of them away.

It seems a little disgusting, but it is actually made of chocolate, with a lot of sugar added, and the taste is sweet and even a little greasy... But this makes Jon rule out a possibility, after all, the Veritaserum and sugar will be ineffective when taken together of.

"A little too sweet!" he said softly.

"No, I think it's just right!" Dumbledore retorted, shoving the last string into his mouth at the same time.

Then, Dumbledore glanced at a portrait on the wall, and said at the same time: "From the information I have so far, Sirius Black may not be as brutal and vicious as the Ministry of Magic says!"

Jon tried his best to look surprised.

"I have some special information channels, Jon!" Dumbledore introduced calmly: "For example, I was on Privet Drive, and there was an informant-she notified me one day at the end of July last year that Sirius Black appeared. On Privet Drive; and by coincidence, young Harry was on the road that day when he left his aunt and uncle's house because of an accident."

"I was a little panicked!" Dumbledore paused and continued: "I contacted Kingsley immediately and asked him to send a knight bus to take Harry to a safe place... But what surprised me was that , Harry waited unharmed until the arrival of the Knight Bus, and Blake didn't appear in front of him at all."

"Does that prove his innocence?" Jon asked in a low voice, "If only he didn't meet..."

"That's enough to make me suspicious!" Dumbledore nodded and continued: "In recent years, I think I'm quite accurate in seeing people. I don't think Blake is the kind of crazy person...and... …”

"Yes, I can prove it!" A scream came from the wall, which startled Jon: "Although my great-grandson betrayed his family, betrayed his blood, and was an all-out bastard... but he would never betray his friends, And indiscriminately kill innocents!"

On the portrait that was speaking was a middle-aged wizard with curly hair and a bald head, his expression looked very excited.

"Calm down, Phineas!"

Following Dumbledore's opening, a wizard pretending to be asleep next to him hurriedly ran over to take out his wand and controlled Phineas Black, preventing him from making any more noise.

"So I specially hired a friend of Blake's youth, Remus Lupin, to teach at Hogwarts!" Dumbledore said with a smile: "In order to convince Minerva, Ferius and Sev It's a very difficult process to get them to agree to make a werewolf their colleague!"

"Wolfman?" Jon raised his voice hastily.

"I think Severus has given you enough hints that you shouldn't be able to guess Remus' true identity..." Dumbledore gave Jon a meaningful look.

"Yes, Professor..." Jon lowered his head quickly: "It's just that I haven't been thinking in the worst direction!"

"Come on, let's go!" Dumbledore suggested. "I might need you to do me a favor!"

"Where are we going?"

"Hagrid's cabin!"

...

Just out of the office, Jon suddenly felt Dumbledore tap him on the shoulder.

Then, a cold feeling instantly spread all over the body.

Jon lowered his head and suddenly found that his body and arms had become illusory, as if they were integrated with the environment.

"Illusory Charm!" Dumbledore explained with a smile: "We can make our spell invisible to others. Our mission on this trip is relatively secret!"

Following Dumbledore out of the castle, Jon passed by many acquaintances, and no one found his trace; Dumbledore's phantom body spell was obviously not easily seen through.

They passed through the greenhouse, past the shores of Lake Hogsmeade, and finally rounded the Willows... Finally, they came to the back door of Hagrid's hut, behind a thick-trunked oak.

Buckbeak, the hippogriff, was locked in the pumpkin patch in front of them.

Jon frowned; if I remember correctly, this was where Harry and Hermione were hiding after using the time-turner.

He glanced at his invisible body, protected by the Disillusionment Charm, presumably even if Harry and Hermione came over, he wouldn't be able to notice him.

"Looks like Hagrid has a guest!" Dumbledore said to himself.

Jon pricked up his ears and heard conversations coming from the cabin... familiar, Hermione, Harry and Ron's voices.

"It's Harry and his friends!" Dumbledore frowned, as if thinking about something.

"Connelly, go this way!" A very familiar voice came from a distance.

Jon's face changed suddenly, looking into the distance... Minister of Magic Fudge in a checkered cloak, MacNeil, the executioner with a large axe, two witnesses of the Ministry of Magic... and, another Albus- Dumbledore!

Five people walked slowly towards Hagrid's hut.

Jon glanced in horror at the Dumbledore in the distance, and at the one in front of him.

"What's the matter...Professor..." he asked, trembling.
