The Legend of Harry Potter Schoolmaster

Chapter 15 The Kitchen and the Room of Requirement (Part 1)

Jon Hart woke up from his sleep at 6am the next morning.

He got up and looked around, he was now in the boys' dormitory in Hufflepuff.

Hufflepuff's dormitories are in the form of single rooms, each with their own cubicle... Although each cubicle is small from the outside, the space inside is surprisingly spacious.

The suitcase had been brought in, and a glass cage containing two South African red spider mites had been placed on the windowsill.

Jon walked over, took out a few dead mealworms from the small box beside the cage, and threw them into the glass cage... He didn't really care about the health of these two spider "pets", as long as they could last until around Halloween That's it!

After a simple wash and putting on the black robes of Hogwarts, he came to the common room of Hufflepuff.

There is no one here now, after all, it is about a quarter past six in the morning. The warm sunlight shines through the window and shines on the plant specimens placed in the lounge, which are placed here by Professor Sprout, the dean of Hufflepuff!

Jon had no plans to stay in the common room, so he passed through the circular underground tunnel, got out of the barrel, and returned to the ground floor corridor at Hogwarts.

Hogwarts' school rules prohibit hanging out at the school at night... Jon also does not have such big killers as an invisibility cloak and a Marauder's map, so he can explore the school at night in a leisurely manner.

But that didn't stop him from waking up at six o'clock in the morning and strolling around the same quiet campus. It didn't violate the school rules, and the light would be brighter.

Jon's first stop, the... kitchen next to the Hufflepuff common room.

He wanted to have breakfast first, but at this point, the restaurant must not be open.

"Gabrielle said yesterday that the kitchen is in this corridor..."

Jon muttered to himself as he looked around.

Soon he found a picture of a silver bowl full of fruit.

Jon stretched out a finger and scratched the large green pear lightly; the pear wriggled, giggling, and suddenly turned into a large green doorknob.

Passing through the door, there was a room almost the size of the dining room, with many gleaming copper pots and basins piled around the stone walls, and a large brick fireplace at the other end of the room.

"Sir...Hello...Sir..." A small thing rushed towards him quickly: "What is your order!"

An ugly "little monster", a house elf... It has two big ears like bats and a pair of protruding green eyes the size of tennis balls. Even with some mental preparation, Jon was almost taken aback.

"Hello!" Jon adjusted his mood a little, then extended a hand to the house-elf: "I'm Jon Hart, a Hufflepuff student, and I can come here and ask you for a copy. Breakfast?"

"Hufflepuff!" the house-elf suddenly screamed. "Welcome...very welcome...my pleasure..."

Screaming, it took two of Jon's fingers in its frightened hands.

Immediately, six house-elves hurried up from behind him, carrying a large silver tray with a large glass of milk, a cup, and a large plate of biscuits.

"Thank you, thank you very much... Actually, it doesn't take so much!" Jon said sternly: "By the way, I don't know your name yet."

"My name is Klein, sir..." The house-elf wiped away tears and said, "It is our honor to serve the students of Hufflepuff!"

More and more house-elves gathered around, stuffing bread, cream cakes and pies into Jon's hands.

"Enough, enough, not so much!" As he said, Jon turned his attention back to Klein: "Wait, why are you emphasizing Hufflepuff?"

"A thousand years ago, our house-elves had a miserable life...Ms Helga-Hufflepuff brought our ancestors to work in the Hogwarts kitchen, making sure we had work to do and not be abused, so that We're better off than the house-elves everywhere else..." Klein choked.

"Protecting Hufflepuffs is the mission of every Hogwarts house-elf..."

...

Ten minutes later, Jon left the kitchen with a robe stuffed full of a bag of food under the watchful eyes of over a hundred house-elves.

It seems that the choice of Hufflepuff was right, at least in the future, I will be able to eat and drink enough in school!

And he also seems to understand why there is no magic in the Hufflepuff common room to repel intruders, and the Hufflepuff common room and dormitory have not been broken into by strangers for almost a thousand years... ...because the house-elves have been watching the entrance to the Hufflepuff common room, and any trespassers will be chased away by them!

He didn't go back to the Hufflepuff common room, and he wasn't in a hurry to go to class, it was only half past six now... he walked upstairs to the castle.

The stairs at Hogwarts are complicated, but luckily one can ask the portraits for directions, and most portraits are happy to give him directions... Around the stairs, Jon climbed all the way to the eighth floor of the castle.

It took him more than ten minutes to find the wall on the eighth floor of Hogwarts Castle, opposite the tapestry where the troll stick beats Barnabas.

Along the wall, he walked back and forth three times, and a brightly polished door appeared on the wall!

The door to the Room of Requirement appeared in front of Jon... Reaching out, turning the brass handle, he pushed the door open.

A dining table appeared in the house, and there was a whole set of tableware on the table.

"Wow, that's amazing!" Jon took out the biscuits and cakes and bread stuffed in his robe and put them on a plate; then he picked up the cutlery and started enjoying his breakfast.

"Maybe I should test, what's the most a Room of Requirement can offer?" Jon pondered to himself.

Let's start from the largest range and narrow it down a little...

Jon stood up.

"I need a strategic missile silo, and an intercontinental strategic missile with a nuclear warhead!" he said silently in his heart: "It doesn't need to be too powerful, Dongfeng 5, Poplar M or Militia 3 models can do it. Makes sense!"
