One: Olaf and Tryndamere

The mountains in the east showed their white belly, announcing the end of the night.

Tryndamere silently looked at his homeland, which was now in ruins.

The cries and sobs kept coming, and Tryndamere’s heart sank to the bottom.

Last night, he saw Lothar suddenly using ice magic, leading the monster to fly into the sky.

After a while, the monster fell from the sky, covered in ice, and its body was broken.

But unfortunately, the giant sword fell on a person.

The giant sword once again gave up its host and parasitized on this person.

What happened afterwards was just a tragic and unusual battle.

Tryndamere didn’t know how many people in his tribe had died, and he didn’t have the courage to know.

He was defeated by the scarlet giant countless times last night. His tenacious will made him invincible in every battle, but the difference in strength was too huge. He was still unable to kill that monster. Instead, he almost died.

Strangely, the monster let him go.

More than that, what weird thing did that monster unleash on Tryndamere, a magic curse?

Tryndamere didn’t know what it was, he only knew that last night he was so badly injured that he was almost dead, and when he woke up this morning, there was no scar on his body at all.

“What happened?” Tryndamere couldn’t understand, too many things happened that night, and he needed time to sort out his tribe’s affairs, that monster’s affairs, and his own affairs.

“Has anyone seen that kid Lothar? The one without a right hand!” A rough voice attracted Tryndamere’s attention, it was the berserker who came with Lothar.

“Can’t you find Lothar?” Tryndamere stepped forward and asked.

The Berserker was clutching his wound. He was injured so badly that Tryndamere was even surprised that he could still stand up.

Olaf said angrily: “Isn’t that right! I’ve almost visited this place! I didn’t even see his shadow!”

Tryndamere had a bad feeling in his heart: “I’ll ask someone to look for it more carefully!”

They searched together for a long time, but they still didn’t find any trace of Lothar.

“Fuck!” Olaf couldn’t help but swear, “What the hell happened last night!”

Tryndamere said with a serious expression, “Lothar… probably died.”

Olaf’s eyes widened: “Impossible! That kid is very cunning! He won’t die even if I die! Impossible, impossible!”

“I know it might be difficult for you to accept…but…” Tryndamere still said it, “he went to fight that monster last night…the result…”

“Result.” Olaf swallowed.

“That monster is back…he didn’t…”

“Where did they go?”

Tryndamere pointed to the top of his head.

Olaf looked up at the sky, but there was nothing in the sky.

He felt very confused. For so long, Lothar had been telling him where to go, and he followed him. Now that Lothar is not by his side, he couldn’t think of what he should do next.

“Tryndamere!” A tribal warrior ran to Tryndamere, “All the dead have been counted.”

“It’s finally here.” Tryndamere said sadly, “Tell me.”

“A total of 70% of the people died.” The warrior wiped his tears and said, “Master Shaman also died.”

Tryndamere clenched his fists tightly, unable to calm down his chest.

“What should we do? Tryndamere?” The normally strong warrior said with a choked voice, “Winter is coming, and we don’t have enough manpower to survive the winter.”

Tryndamere thought for a long time, and finally turned to Olaf and asked, “Do you know how to get to the Avarosa tribe?”

Olaf regained his composure: “I know… I know.”

“Take us there.”

“What are you going to do?”

“Go and seek refuge.” Tryndamere said, “We have no choice but to seek refuge with a tribe that is willing to accept us.”

“Are we going to relocate?” the warrior exclaimed, “Many people will die if we relocate at this time!”

“If you don’t migrate, you will die more!” Tryndamere gritted his teeth and said to Olaf, “Brother, please, take us there.”

“Oh… oh…” Olaf replied grumblingly, “I will… take you there, take you there…I still have to tell Lothar his wife Lothar…”

In the end, Olaf still didn’t say the word “death”.

He stared at the sky, as if he wanted to find some trace of that boy.

But he saw nothing, only the disappearing moon at the edge of the sky reminded him that everything that happened last night ended with the disappearance of that boy.
