The Lost Fruits

One Piece...Those two words are the source behind the great age of pirates. Every pirate who took off into the seas has the one piece in his mind. A treasure left by the late pirate king; Gold Roger himself.

And now, after 28 years of the great pirates' age. On the last island, Raftil (laugh tale), two men were fighting for 17 days continuously.

The island was already sinking from the huge destruction that it has taken. Volcanos were erupting and the ocean was eating the island slowly.

"Zihahaha! I didn't expect you to survive this long, Ace!" Marshal D. Teach, captain of the Blackbeard Pirates had his nose broken, a giant hole in his stomach while one of his arms is gone. He was barely able to stand.

And the person he was talking to; Ace. Was no exception, though he didn't have any missing limbs or broken nose, or even a hole in his body. He was still dead tired as his ears are ringing from the intense pain he is feeling in his bones and body due to his overuse of his Mera Mera no Mi and the Guro Guro no Mi power.

"Damn! after plotting and preparing for all those years, You had to come up and mess it up, don't you?... Teach." Ace chuckled as blood fell down on his face from his head. He spoke with difficulty.

"Zehahaha! I am already sick of playing these roles, Ace and Teach..." Teach Said "I prefer my real name more, don't you think so too, Eren?"

Ace rubbed his neck as it was very stiff from the last punch he has received and chuckled "I am very tired...Let's get this over with...Teach."

Ace stood up and took a deep breath " Dai Enkai!!" He shouted. following his command, lightning started striking the ground as it changed its color to black. Black flames started to form around Ace until it formed a giant black flaming ball that Ace held with his palm " Amaterasu!" With his body coated in black lightning and the hottest flame in the world in his palm, Ace looked at teach who chuckled nervously.

'I can't muster any more strength...' Teach Thought as he coated himself with his darkness ' But, if i could use his black thunder and my Tremors power i could get rid of him forever...' Teach smiled and decided to gamble. He formed a fist and used every last bit of his Gura Gura no Mi powers and ran towards Ace.

"Let's go, Teach!!" Ace did the same as he dashed with lightning speed at teach

"Zeyaaaaa!!!" Shouted Teach as he punched the air in front of him.

"dRYAAAA!!!" Ace pushed his Amaterasu to clash with the Tremor punch.

KABOOM!!!

A loud and ear-piercing sound came from the clash as both powers struggled for dominance " I am not done yet!!" Shouted Ace as his black lightning advanced to aid his black flame giving him the upper hand.

"Me neither!!!" Teach shouted " BLACK HOLE!!!" his darkness advanced as it coated everything around them, isolating them in another space but their powers are still clashing!

"TCH!!" Ace got pissed.

"Soon..." Teach was waiting for the perfect moment, it didn't bother him that his flesh was getting burned by Ace's flames and lightning.

"NOW!!" Teach saw that their clash reached its max and the conditions were fulfilled.

"World Strike!!" Teach shouted as the space around them started trembling, cracks started to appear around Ace.

"I won't let you!" The black lightning was fighting the cracks and tried to disable them but that only served to please Teach even more as a giant smirk was formed on his face.

'We are in a place that is isolated from time and space, Ace...This is my darkness full power!!' Teach thought.

Eventually, the cracks in the space won and they assaulted Ace and made him lose control as all that raw power was unleashed. Then a giant crack appeared under Ace leading him to fall for his uncertain destiny.

Teach himself wasn't safe from the backlash and received another fatal wound on his c.h.e.s.t.

"TEACH!!!" Ace shouted as he saw the crack above him close while he is falling down.

As for teach, he escaped the darkness and started rolling in the ground from the pain. He lost a lot in this fight, especially his limbs. But he still won. He did it, he is the pirate king now.

He got rid of the most annoying obstacle, his joy of victory made him laugh despite the wounds that would kill him if not treated properly.

Back with Ace, he was falling down from the sky, under him, he could see a vast golden sea that spreads as long as his eyes can see

Ace narrowed his eyes because he was falling with high speed which made the wind hit his eyes and makes it difficult to see "Ocean? no!! that's sand." Once he has calmed down and he could see clearly, he activated his lowest grad of flames; yellow-orange flames which require the minimum amount of energy to lighten his fall.

Once he reached the sand and it clashed with his flames, and from that intense heat, an explosion occurred as the glass was formed which send Ace away to hit the ground hard.

Finally touching the surface, Ace struggled to stand but he had no more power left to use. The last torch of flames he could muster was used to drop him off the ground lightly.

"Damn you teach..." Ace then fell unconscious and succ.u.mbed to his exhaustion finally after 17 days of constant fighting with Teach.

In an unknown world, in the middle of the desert. Alone. What will the man who was once called Amaterasu do?
