The Lost Fruits

Midnight, At the gates of Agrabah's capital city, King Agnarr and the Ambassador of China stopped their carriage as it was crowded with people celebrating the wedding of Ace and Jasmine.

Agnarr looked at his bored daughter, unlike the past, her magic powers are not acting up, it seems the troll king was correct, this hot environment is the best for her "Would you like to take a walk in the city?" he said, Elsa looked at her father for a moment before she nodded with a slight smile "Sure..." She said.

Yan Mau chuckled "Will you allow me to company you in your walk?" he said. As a good diplomat, he was trying to build a good relationship with the king as much as possible, this few weeks of traveling made it possible, but he was still not satisfied as he can see that King Agnarr is only smiling at him and speaking with him was out of courtesy.

"Feel free to do so." Agnarr took his daughter's hand and lead her outside the carriage followed by their knights for protection, Yan Mau followed behind them silently. Elsa was excited, finally, she saw something other than ocean and sand. Her eyes sparkled with joy as she looked around, sometimes she would see some street food being sold, food she has never seen before. When her father noticed that, he wouldn't hesitate to buy it for her.

All in all, seeing too many people celebrating and laughing between each other made Elsa smile again which in turn made her father happy too.

While they were strolling around the city, some Royal Guards came to them "Excuse us..." The captain spoke, "I assume you are King of Arendelle and The Ambassador of China."

"Indeed, forgive us but we couldn't help but want to take a look at the city seeing how beautiful it is at this time of night." Agnarr chuckled and spoke with a calm voice.

The captain shook his head "Please do not apologize, feel free to look around as much as you want. Sultan Hamid is waiting for you at the palace." He said.

"Thank you for your kindness," Agnarr replied with a smile.

"The Sultan believes that since it is late at night, you should take a rest as soon as you reach the palace, any formal talk or greetings can wait until you're in perfect shape. Everything is prepared and the servants were informed about your arrival, you will find no troubles." The guards retreated swiftly as they went to the palace to report the arrival of the two Royal guests.

After taking their walk, Agnarr together with his daughter and the Ambassador of China left to the palace where they were greeted by the Sultan. They exchange brief greetings out of formality before Sultan Hamid sent them to their room to rest.

The night ended and the party was over. But in a certain room, the party was from over, if you can only walk near the door and listen--

"Listen to what?" DAMN IT!!! It's Blue again in the shape of hellhound blocking the door, the problems of having a cosmic character is that he can see you!

"Bark! Bark!!" Blue started barking and growling. Okay, okay! I am leaving...

Alright...The next morning~

In the dining hall, Sultan Hamid was eating breakfast with King Agnarr, his daughter Elsa, and Ambassador Yan Mau.

"The trip must have been hard on the three of you, I believe that there must have been something really important for you to come all this way here." Sultan Hamid spoke. When he got the letter from Queen Jamila, he was confused, she did not mention why they were coming beside the fact they were looking for Ace.

"Haha! Your concern is appreciated." Agnarr responded "Though, I do not want to waste your precious time, especially Durning this celebration...To keep things short, I would like for Mr.Portgas to take my daughter as his apprentice if possible, and an exchange for that, I would like to use that to build a relationship between our two nations and establish a trading route between each other...or even better, allying.." Straight to the point, there was no need for hitting around the bushes. Agnarr has already been away from his kingdom for months now and that is not good, leaving his wife and his daughter Anna alone in there.

Yan Mau bowed slightly and spoke after Agnarr "As for China, the Emperor sends his greetings, We would like to request for Lord Portgas to aid us in stopping an enemy's Fire Magus in war."

The Sultan raised an eyebrow at this, two men want his son in law for different reasons "Regarding your daughter, King Agnarr, that is something I cannot decide alone, as my son-in-law himself needs to approve to have your daughter be his apprentice, and a relationship between our nations is a good idea, we currently do indeed lack allies..." He looked at Elsa and smiled warmly at her; easing the nervous girl a little, but then his eyes shifted to Ambassador Yan Mau "As for China's request...I am afraid I cannot deploy any troops to you--"

"We do not ask for troops!!" Yan Mau interrupted the Sultan, a rude move but that is not what is important for him now, he must get help for his nation "We only ask for one man, Lord Portgas has a reputation for being a strong Fire Magus, we ask for his help in counting our enemy's Fire Magus." He said with a hurry, he started to sweat, from Sultan Hamid's body language and his tone, Yan Mau realized that his request would be rejected.

"Mr.Ambassador, you're asking me to send my country's best defense and my own son-in-law to war thousands of kilometers away from home...for what? And to add on that, Ace will be traveling soon to the sea to investigate a matter related to one of our recent problems."

"...This...China is ready to reward Agrabah with treasures and materials and as King Agnarr said, we too would be more than happy to enter an alliance with Agrabah." Yan Mau spoke, he clenched his fists, he hoped that the Sultan would be moved by his offer, if he does not succeed here, his nation may really fall to the Huns!

The Sultan sighed "That is really a good offer that I would not refuse, however, I cannot be sure and send my son in law to war without his consent, especially since he is now my heir as a Royal Prince. I need to talk to him about both of your requests as I did not mention your arrival to him since the wedding was just around the corner."

Agnarr nodded "Indeed, the man in question must be addressed first before any action can be taken."

Yan Mau sighed "...Then, I will wait and speak with Lord Portgas himself."

Following their words, the door of the hall was opened and a man walked in, he had messy black hair, clearly, he has just woken up "Good morning." He said.

The Sultan smiled "Ah! Speak of the devil! Ace, come. We need to talk to you." Sultan Hamid said.
