The New Issei

MC: "Wow that was easier than I thought it would be." He said as he looked across from him to see a tall tattooed bald guy who had an ugly look of anger on his face. This was the guy he had just beaten in the finals of an underground chess tournament where the stakes were 100 million dollars. Every man who entered the tournament had to pay an admission fee of 5 million and if you won the tournament then you got 100 million, so a lot of people would play despite the high fee. Second place got 50 million, 3rd and fourth both got 10 million so many considered the tournament fair despite the underhanded dealings that go on behind the scenes. Also if you wanted to win some really big money or something else then you could make extra bets with your opponent, which is why his opponent currently looked like he had eaten shit.

Bald Guy: "You will regret this you little brat." He said as he got up to leave.

MC: "Just remember to transfer the ownership to those companies to me by the end of the week, Mark."

Mark: "It will be done. Hope you don't choke on them trying to take on more than you can handle, Issei."

Issei: "I would be more worried about how you are going to keep up your indulgent lifestyle now that I have taken everything from you."

Mark: "I will get it all back, one way or another. Besides why do you even care what I do in my spare time?"

Issei: "I honestly would not care but you went to far when you killed that family last week. You see they were some of my friends and messing with the people I care for has never ended well for anybody. I was just going to have you killed and be done with it, but this way I figured you suffer for the rest of your life since I have already made sure none of your so called friends will be helping you."

Mark: "What have you done?!!"

Issei: "Just made sure you will never hurt anyone again, that's all. Well this was a nice chat, hope I never see you again Mark." He then walks to the door and leaves without looking back. If he had looked back he might have noticed the vicious look in Marks eyes as he watched him leave.

The next day as Issei was going for his morning jog he was jumped from behind and knocked out. Then he was thrown into a black van that quickly left the neighborhood with no one seeing what had happened. An hour later Issei woke up to find himself blindfolded, gagged and tied to a chair.

Issei: "Mhhh, MHHHH." He tried to scream for help and struggled against his bindings but they were to tight and he could not move.

???: "Finally awake huh brat?" Said a gravelly voice that Issei had thought he heard somewhere before.

Issei: "Where have I heard that voice before?"He thought to himself, right before he was punched hard in the gut. "Ugh."

???: "How does it feel knowing your at someone else's mercy brat? You ended my life yesterday and now I am going to do the same to you!" He said as he started pummeling Issei repeatedly.

Issei: "Oh so its Mark? That sc.u.m must have decided if he is going down then so am I." Thought Issei as he g.r.o.a.n.e.d in pain.

Mark: "Not so tough now when you are on the receiving end huh?" He then took off Issei's blindfold and the cloth in hi mouth. Issei then spat blood on his face and laughed.

Issei: "You have killed a lot of people and taken everything from a lot more. Did having it done to you break you? You piece of shit. In hindsight I really should have just killed you or made sure my bodyguards were better. Did you pay them off or kill them?"

Mark: "I killed them and replaced them with some of my people. Why waste money right?" He said as he wiped the blood off, oddly calm despite what was just said and done. "I also made sure that there is a hit out on everyone you know, just to make sure nothing crops up in the future."

Issei: "HAHAHAHA, oh god you are so dead. did you even bother to look into who I am connected to?"

Mark: "What is that supposed to mean?" Mark asked as he started to get a worried look on his face.

Issei: "You know who Victor is right? Well he is one of my best friends since I helped him out a few years back and he has his men looking after my other friends, so I hope you made out your will." He said as he started laughing. Mark paled and started shaking with as he got a disbelieving look in his eyes.

Mark: "That monster is your friend?!!" He asked with a look of panic starting to set in.

Issei: "Yeah and his men should already be looking for you, so if you know what is good for you then you better let me go." He knew he had only a slim chance of getting out of here alive and that was Victor's men getting here soon.

Mark: "HAHAHA... YOU THINK I AM JUST GOING TO LET YOU GO AFTER ALL OF THIS?!! NO WAY IN HELL!! I WILL KILL YOU THEN MAKE SURE TO SEND VICTOR'S MEN AFTER YOU!!" He then took his gun out and pointed it at Issei. "Any last words brat?"

Issei: "Yeah, just two."

Mark: "Oh and what are they?" He asked as he pressed the gun to Issei's forehead.

Issei: "Look up." He said as he smirked at Mark.

Mark: "What?" He asked as he looked up, only to see the glass on the roof being broken as over 30 men in full combat gear dropped down. In his surprise he accidentally pulled the trigger on the gun he was holding, sending a bullet directly into Issei's head.

Issei: "Ugh where am I?" He asked himself as he looked around and saw nothing but a giant whit room that seemed to go on endlessly.

???: "You are in my office child." Boomed a voice from behind Issei.

Issei: "!!!!" He quickly turned around to see a giant man sitting behind a giant desk with lots of papers on it. The man looked to be about 20 feet tall with white hair and a white beard. He was wearing a black suit, but even with that Isse could tell he was ripped. His muscles bulged against the suit and made him look like Heracles had tried to stuff himself into a suit. It would have been comical if not for the fact the man gave off a pressure that quickly got rid of any thought of laughing at the sight. "Excuse me but who are you? You also said this is your office but what do you do here?"

???: I am what you mortals like to call god. As for what I do here, I judge souls and oversee where they go when they die." He said while smiling kindly at Issei.

Issei: "So I died then? Oh well I did what I could in my life and do not have many regrets. Could you tell me what happened to that trash that killed me and his associates?" He said while looking at God with a hopeful look.

God: "Sure I can. He was tortured by your friend Victor and then killed. All of his associates who were involved in similar things were also hunted down and disposed of. So now are you ready to hear my judgement on you?"

Issei: "Yeah I am, hope I did enough to not get sent to hell at least. Though with some of my friends I would not be to surprised if I did get sent there." He said with a slight smile remembering some of his more eccentric friends like Victor.

God: "HAHAHAHA...True some of your friends are definitely a little strange but you did change them for the better so that works in your favor. OK, so here we go lets look at your file shall we? Issei Smith, half American half Japanese. Grew up with both parents being from well of backgrounds with anything you could ever want, because of this you pushed yourself to become great on your own and never let your wealth go to your head. Finished high-school at the age of twelve and graduated from MIT when you were sixteen with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. You then went on to get another degree in business management so that you could eventually take over for your father. You took your time with this one since you got into playing in chess tournaments and in learning Karate, Jujitsu, how to use a sword and a gun. Quite the wide range of skills there. You also learned how to speak multiple languages from a young age because of your fathers many business partners. At age 20 you finished all your schooling and started to work directly under your father managing some of his more minor projects. You did very well with these and your father gave you more and more responsibilities so that by the time you were 24 you were indispensable for the company. This is when you started to make your own circle of contacts and friends who were also from powerful backgrounds or were heads of large companies themselves. You also started playing in underground chess matches at this time. When you were 26 you met Victor when he was sent to kill you without knowing who you were. Your fathers guards managed to capture him and the two subordinates he brought. You pleaded with your father to spare him and then explained things to Victor. From this point on you often saw each other in the future and you helped him grow his assassination organization into a real powerhouse. So he helped you with protection for your friends and family. When you were 30 you helped a research facility to produce many cures to various diseases, saving many lives. When you were 32 both your parents died in an airplane crash and you took over your fathers business. After you took over you steered the company onto a better path and helped expand its influence providing many with jobs across the world and vastly improving the economy for the world. You also had your science and research centers work on developing a new energy source that was self sufficient and environmentally friendly, they succeeded when you were 36 and you then went on to implement that energy source all across the world helping many countries advance into a new era. You then had them work on the cure for cancer which produced many advancements in medical science and saved many lives. Despite all this your love for chess continued and you kept participating in underground tournaments and you never lost. When you were 38 you were killed because you were getting revenge for a young mother and her daughter who you had befriended on your travels. They were brutally killed because they owned land that Mark wished to have and would not give it up. Well that's about all, there are some small things here and there but that takes care of the major things. What do you think? Also you get a major Karmic boost because the research facility you had working on cancer found the cure 2 years after your death. Do you have any regrets for the life you lived?"

Issei: "The only regret I have is that I never got married or had any kids to pass on my legacy. It is a good thing I had a friend who I left everything to in my will or everything I worked for would go down the drain."

God: "It is strange for someone like you to never fall in love and still be a v.i.r.g.i.n. I know you were looking for the right person, but you were incredibly good looking and had girls that were in love with you among our friends so why did you never try for a relationship?"

Issei: "I was just to absorbed with making my family proud and when they passed on I wanted to finish a few projects before settling down. Well, those are the main reasons but another is that I just did not really fall for anyone around me. I cared for them as friends but not as someone I could spend my life with. If I were to get another chance then I would definitely live life the way I want to since I already made one world better I do not need to focus on that again and can do what I want."

God: "Your in luck then because one of your choices is reincarnation. The other is to go to heaven, which is wonderful by the way and both of your parents are there."

Issei: "I will take reincarnation. So do I get some cheats and do I get to decide where I go?" He asked looking hopeful.

God: "You do get to choose what world you go to and who you will be but the cheats are minor, sorry. One is accelerated learning, this will make it so you can learn anything faster, including martial arts and magic. The second one is an innate affinity with everything, which will make it so you can learn any magic or skills. Finally the third one is you have no growth limit, you can continue to get stronger so long as you work for it. These three are all you are being given, but with them and if you push yourself you can become the strongest no matter what world you are in. Also because of how smart you were in you past life your emotions were stunted somewhat. It is one of the reasons you never fell in love. I made it so that you still have all your memories and intelligence but this time you also have all your emotions, so you will need to get used to that. You might be a bit more perverted then you are used to since you were always surrounded by beautiful women but because of your stunted emotions never really took them up on their offers so now it will hit you full force."

Issei: "You call those MINOR cheats? Those are kind of overboard in my opinion but thanks anyway. The thing about my emotions has me worried but I am sure I can deal with it, if given enough time. Well then time to choose the world. I want to go to Highschool DxD as Issei but I want you to make him slightly more handsome. Is that alright? I do not really want to look like an idiot when I am used to being handsome."

God: "I can do that. Good luck with your new life, also enjoy your time as a baby. HAHAHAHA." He said as he laughed and then smirked at Issei.

Issei: "Oh f.u.c.k I completely forgot that part!!! Wait we can talk about this right?!!" He said while panicking and being covered in light.

God: "Nope its to late and this way I can get some extra entertainment." He said with a wide grin on his face.

Issei: "FFFFUUUUUCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!"He screamed as he faded out.
