The New Issei

I have decided to drop this. It is not just because of the lack of motivation. I went back and reread the stuff I wrote and realized that while the story-lines pacing was alright I really rushed the harem and did not really show how the MC developed and never really gave much details on some of his powers. There was also some things I handled poorly and was not happy with. One of the big ones was how I handled the thing with his parents. I was actually planning the next arc after the wedding to be an arc I made up where his parents are not really human and had done some stuff to make it so that he is born human. The arc would have started out with his parents being attacked while he was on his honeymoon with Gabriel and kidnapped by people who are after his father and did not approve of his marrying his mother who I planned to make a devil from the house of Belial who had used her power of Worthlessness to make her heritage undetectable. So kind of completely random. Also I never read the novels and do not really want to so I do not know a lot of stuff and mainly base the stuff I do know off the anime so that would probably complicate things later. I do not even know some of the big bad guys or who among the different gods of that world are good or evil. So I decided that DxD is a bit beyond my abilities for writing. Not to mention that world basically is all about the harem and I think the harem I already had was already to big. I do not really feel comfortable making huge harems because it is so damn hard to make it believable and not just the MC l.u.s.ting after every girl he sees. Well, that's all I had to say. Sorry everyone that supported me and I hope this is not to much of a let down. I also hate it when writers drop their works after all. Anyway if any of you are interested I have decided to continue my Fate/Stay Night fanfic and the next chapter will be out in a couple of hours.
