The Path Of A Ninja : Eyes Of Death & Body Of Life

Time: Night. Location: Land of Fire

As our boy prepares for the upcoming war the other villages were doing the same. Because of a decline in national power, the reign of the Five Great Shinobi Countries was crumbling. Along their borders, skirmishes with smaller nations broke out all the time. So at last [Hidden Rock] send their ninjas to infiltrate the [Hidden Leaf].

A group of 3 Ninjas were making their way towards [Leaf Village] to infiltrate and acquire information that could be used against the [Leaf].

"Finally an A Rank mission with high pay!"

"Shut up you idiot! Be serious now, it's enemy territory and there are already some ninjas who somehow lost the ability to use chakra who went to scout the North-East part of the [Grass]. Intel has it that the trees suddenly starts moving to bock your way and if you force your way toward that direction it completely binds your whole body as it s.u.c.k.e.d your chakra ."

"Woah...and then what happen?"

"The ninjas who returned said that when they tried to enter deeper they saw pink flower petals were falling everywhere and they were as sharp as blades which slowed down ther speed causing them to get bound and they said they saw a streak of white before they passed out. When they gained consciousness they had already lost the ability to use chakra. The intel also stated that it's happening to ninjas of other villages as well so at some point everyone dubbed it the [Ninja's White Death]. "

"That's sooo scary! I'm so glad I didn't got picked for that mission. It was only a C Rank right?

"Yes, that is why you should always-" As he was saying he was interrupted by their Sensei.

"We've almost reached the village. Stay sharp."

""Yes.""

The ninjas reached the village and stopped below the high walls hidden under the trees while hiding their presence.

"We split up from here. Follow the plan as discussed and good luck."

"'Yes""

The ninja scattered in different directions and infiltrated the wall at different points.

They made their way towards 3 different locations - the Hokage Tower, Ninja Academy and the Prison.

The Hokage tower for village secrets; the Academy for Information on new ninjas which could be potential threats and the prison to free inmates to cause disturbance in the village.

Ninja A slowly approached the Academy, he body flickered to one of the building's window and made his way in. He stealthily and cautiously walked through the corridor till he reached the office where all the files are kept. He quickly collected all the relevant files in scrolls and quickly retreated. He body flickered.

Now outside he entered an alley and relaxed his guard for a moment. At that same instant he bumped into a boy wearing blue clothes and orange goggles.

"Ow, oh sorry. i-

Woosh*

Before the boy could compete his words the ninja slashed his kunai at the boy's neck, trying to end him quickly . But boy's body moved by instinct, narrowly dodging the ninja's funai, leaving a cut wound instead.

"Woah! I have no idea what in the world is dong on but one thing I do know is that You are going down!" After a series of hand seals "[Fire Style: Fire Ball Jutsu]!"

The ninja avoided fire ball mostly unharmed with a few parts of his clothes burning which caused the ninja's headband to be visible.

"That's [Hidden Rock Village]'s headband! So that means you must be a spy!"

"That right kid. As as a prize I'll kill you quickly. State your name boy."

"I'm Obito Uchiha! The one who will defeat you!."

The boy now identified as Obito and the ninja engaged in close combat. After a few exchange it was apparent that Obito was losing. The ninja punched Obito's gut then kicked him flying towards the fence causing it to splinter.

"Where's your confidence now Obito. If the rest of the ninja graduates are like you then killing the rest will be quite easy."

'Rin! I need to stop him right here right now. Come on! Move!'

Obito slowly got up and readied a stance with fire in eyes.

"Not on my watch! [Fire Style: Great Fireball Jutsu]!"

He breathed out a giant ball of fire towards the ninja.

"It useless. [Earth Style: Earth Wall ]"

A wall of earth appeared from the ground blocking the fireball causing a small explosion with plenty of smoke . Obito appeared from the smoke mis air with two kunais in his hand. He threw one at the ninja which the ninja blocked with his own. By that time Obito was upon him with his kunai slashing down.

Ting* Sparkes flew

Obito's attack was yet again blocked, followed by another kick.

Poof* Obito turned into smoke.

'A [Shadow Clone]?!'

Caught off-guard the real Obito appeared just in front of him as the smoke created by the clone somewhat cleared and gave a heavy smash with a part of the fence on which he previously landed. The ninja was knocked out cold.

"Ooh yeah! That's what I'm talking about!"

'But damn, that was close. With my chakra level I can only make 2 clones before I'm empty, with all the fire I was spitting out I would have lost if that plan hadn't work. phew.'

"Now as for the ninja. I should probably take him to Minato Sensei."

""Obito!""

"Waah! It was just you Kakashi, don't scare me like that you jerk. For a moment I thought the ninja just woke up. Oh Minato Sensei and even Rin, what happened? "

"I should be asking that instead. What happened here?"(Minato)

"And your injured. I'll heal you right away!"(Rin)

"Thanks a lot Rin. Sensei after helping a granny to carry the furniture to her new house, I was heading home through the academy route. Then I bumped into this guy who suddenly attacked me..."

After a long explaination with a few changes to look cool in front of Rinhe finished.

"I see, good job Obito. You're good at coming up with plans on the fly as always. It's a good trait for a ninja. but we don't have time to lose anymore. The Hokage has called an Emergency Meeting."

"Why?"

" That is because the spy was not alone. There were 2 others with him. One was caught by Lord Third while the other was caught by Minato Sensei. They were probably here to steal village secrets and info about our village's ninja"(Kakashi)

"Yes, that is correct . Now let us hurry."(Minato)

"" Yes!""

They scattered into into the wind along the swaying of the leaves .
