The Pokemon Emissary Among Worlds

"I've finally found you, brat! Hah...hah...you are really a headache." Iruka shouted as he arrived at a house situated in the deep part of the forest. When he saw Naruto who had a beaten body, he was surprised. "What have you been doing?"

Naruto stood up and grinned as he pointed at Iruka. "Hah! I've found the nose bleeder!"

"I've FOUND you!"

Naruto scratched his head and smiled sheepishly. "Yeah, you've found me. I've only learned one Jutsu."

"What are you talking about? Why are you all beaten black and blue?"

"Never mind that. I'm going to try an incredible Jutsu. If I do it, then let me graduate, Iruka-sensei."

"Naruto, where did you find that scroll?"

Naruto looked at the scroll which was carried on his back. "Oh, this. Mizuki-sensei told me about it. He referred this place to me as well so that I can conveniently practice the skills written inside. He said if I showed you this skill, then I'd definitely graduate."

After hearing what Naruto said, Iruka knew that Okami's prophecy was accurate. He suspected that Mizuki had a grudge against Konoha because he was not promoted to become an instructor. Still, to use a kid to further his selfish plan was a bit evil.

Iruka became alert as he looked around for any possible sneak attack when he heard the familiar sound.

SWISH!

"Naruto, look out!" Iruka jumped towards Naruto and caught him as they dodged the attack.

Several kunais hit the house and stuck at the wall. Some of them pierced through.

Iruka stood up and took out his kunai. "Don't hide, Mizuki. I already know that you are the culprit."

Mizuki stepped out from his hiding place and smiled. "Wow, you've avoided my trap. You've improved Iruka."

"Too bad I already know that you betrayed Konoha."

"Whatever. Thank you for finding the moron, anyway." Mizuki looked at Naruto and said, "Give me the scroll, Naruto."

Naruto was bewildered as he stared at them. "What?! What's going on here?! Hey!"

Iruka walked towards Naruto and explained. "Naruto, whatever happens, don't give him the scroll. That is a dangerous scroll that has forbidden Jutsu written inside. Mizuki used you to get his hands on it."

"Huh?! Mizuki-sensei deceived me?!"

"Yes, Naruto."

Mizuki cackled. "Naruto, there's no point in you having it. You know what, I'll tell you the truth. 12 years ago, you know the demon fox being sealed, right?"

"No! Don't!" Iruka threw a kunai towards Mizuki but a piece of the trunk was hit instead of Mizuki. "Shit! Body Replacement Technique."

"Since that day, a special rule was created for this village. But this rule was never meant to be told to you." Mizuki continued his revelation as he appeared at the next tree.

"NARUTO! DON'T LISTEN TO HIM!" Iruka bellowed as he hurled another set of kunais.

Naruto disregarded Iruka's instruction. "A rule? And this rule was never meant to be told to me?! What is this rule?! Tell me!"

Mizuki used body flicker and reappeared right at the next tree. "The rule is that nobody is allowed to talk about the fact that you are the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. Do you know what it means?"

"F.U.C.K YOU, MIZUKI! STOP RIGHT NOW!"

Naruto felt that his knees softened when he found out about the truth, falling down on his b.u.t.t. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!"

Mizuki sneered. "It means that you are the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox that killed Iruka's parents and destroyed the village. You were sealed up by the Hokage that you admire and you have been lied to by everyone, including Iruka. Didn't you find it odd how everyone hates you? Iruka is the same. He also hates you!"

Iruka was alarmed when he saw that Naruto was really upset. He knew and understood how Naruto felt. The feeling of abandonment was painful and loneliness was enough to harden a heart. Just like him, he also did what Naruto was doing to get everyone's attention when he was a kid. He was about to approach the kid when he saw Mizuki grabbing a big shuriken and twirling it on its right hand.

"Nobody will ever love you! That scroll was used to seal you up!" Mizuki threw the shuriken at the unsuspecting boy to finish him once and for all.

"Huh?!" Naruto was aghast when he saw Iruka who was bleeding in his mouth. He realized that his sensei was hit on his back."Why? I am the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox, so why did you protect me?!"

Iruka shed tears as he looked at Naruto who was below him. "Naruto, you're just like me. I was also in pain like you because my parents died that night. You must also have been in a lot of pain. I'm sorry...if only I did a better job, you wouldn't have to feel like this."

Naruto grimaced and ran away.

"Heh! Naruto isn't the type of person to have a change of heart. You saw those eyes earlier, those were the eyes of a demon. He must be planning to use the scroll to get his revenge." Mizuki looked at where Naruto escaped. "Well, that doesn't matter. I'll kill Naruto and get the scroll. I'll deal with you later."

Iruka saw Mizuki running towards Naruto's direction. He wobbled as he pulled out the shuriken from his back. The pain suddenly assaulted his body but he gritted. "Okami's prophecy is really accurate. I must protect Naruto at all cost!"

Okami appeared behind the trees and felt glad that he was getting used to Teleportation. He looked around and noticed that he was inside the forest. Luckily his plan worked out and he was able to appear here through the help of the crystal ball. He was about to move out when he heard voices just a few meters away from him. He moved through the shrubs and saw Iruka and Mizuki having their classic argument.

"Heh! You've even transformed into what killed your parents to protect him. You, idiot! Naruto and I are the same!" Mizuki slowly approached Iruka, who was leaning against the tree.

"I won't hand you the scroll, Mizuki!"

"The scroll can let you do whatever you want. There's no way that Demon Fox wouldn't try to use the power of the scroll unlike what you're assuming!"

"Yeah. Indeed, the Demon Fox would do that! But Naruto is different, he is...I've acknowledged him as one of my best students. He may not be the hardest worker and he is clumsy. He already knows what it is to feel pain inside your heart." Iruka had a serene look and smiled. "He isn't the Demon Fox. He is a member of the hidden village. He is Uzumaki Naruto! And you're wrong about no one accepting him. He has a friend who cares for him, Okami Okaya!"

"Well, whatever. I changed my mind. Instead of killing him, I'll just off you first. Just die!"

Mizuki was about to hit Iruka with his shuriken when Naruto suddenly sneak attacked him. He was hit on his chin and his body was flung towards the ground.

Mizuki glared at Naruto. "You shouldn't have done that!"

"Don't touch Iruka-sensei. I'll kill you!" Naruto placed the scroll on the ground.

Iruka felt conflicted and afraid when he saw Naruto appeared. "You idiot! Why did you appear?! Run away!"

Mizuki cackled. "I'll kill someone like you in one shot."

"Try it trash! I'll return the pain a thousand times over!" Naruto did a hand seal.

"Need help in placing the trash where it belongs, dear friend?" Okami appeared beside Naruto through teleportation.

"Okami?!" Naruto as genuinely surprised when he saw his friend. "Why are you here? How did you find this place?"

"Clan secrets," Okami answered as he pulled out his Pokemon App. "And how could I ignore the satisfaction of dealing against a betrayer?"

Iruka almost passed out in pain as his emotions became more disoriented. He could not imagine two kids fighting against a full-pledged Chunin - he could almost see the result inside his mind. "Okami?! Why are you here alone?!"

Okami looked at Iruka and waved his hand. "Because Naruto and I are enough to deal against a waste like him."

"Heh! Well said, Okami," Naruto said and smirked.

"Don't you know that Naruto is the Demon Fox?!" Mizuki shouted as the veins on his neck bulged out.

"I know. But I agree with Iruka-san. For me, he is one of my coolest friends. Do you know who is the real monster? It's you!" Okami summoned all his pokemon and had Butterfree and Pidgey in 'Absorb' mode. This time, he had absorbed three pokemon simultaneously.

"THEN DO IT! LET ME SEE HOW YOU DEAL WITH ME!"

Naruto clicked his tongue and did a hand seal. "Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!"

Iruka saw a thousand Naruto appeared around them. He noticed that the bodies were real and not clones. Shaking his head, he smiled. "Looks like Naruto succeeded in learning the Jutsu."

"What...what happened?!" Mizuki bellowed as he looked around.

"What's wrong? Weren't you going to kill me with one shot? Well, then, I'll start, okay?" All the Narutos shouted in unison.

"NOOOOOOO!!!"

It was a very brutal scene. Mizuki's face was almost deformed because of the pummeling done by a thousand Narutos. Beedrill even hit him with Twineedle, which pierced his body like two kunais as he flew above to avoid the royal rumble. Rattata dodged all the bodies, using the hit-and-run tactic and hit him with Quick Attack. Rattata was following Okami's instruction - always hit the crotch when against a male enemy. Vulpix did nothing except squeaked in delight as if cheering his fellow pokemon. Paras shoot some purple, powdery substance, hitting even some of Naruto's bodies, poisoning them as well as Mizuki.

"A protagonist in a film must do the finisher move." Okami teleported just above where they fought and shouted. "Everyone stay away, right now! I'll finish the job."

Okami's pokemon escaped already because they already knew Okami's plan beforehand. All the Narutos looked up.

"WIND JUTSU - GUST!"

A sudden gush of strong winds flowed out from Okami, hitting the unsuspecting Narutos and fallen Mizuki. All of Narutos bodies disappeared because they could not take the strength of Intermediate Gust. Mizuki was flattened below as the ground carved down and form a small crater. Some of the trees were even toppled down because of the wind strength.

"You destroyed all my clones!" Naruto complained as he saw all of them disappearing like a bubble.

Okami teleported beside Naruto and scratched his head. "Looks like I overdid it."

"You really did!" Naruto agreed.

"A thousand clones is overkill as well."

"Heh! I agree."

Iruka could not believe what he had witnessed. Naruto's Kage Bunshin no Jutsu was one thing but Okami's Jutsu almost made him scream. He felt some kind of pressure when Okami did his wind release. "Why do I feel like I am facing someone with a Kage-level strength? His chakra..."

Naruto and Okami approached Iruka.

"So, it's done, Iruka-sensei." Naruto did his heroic pose and gave a thumbs-up.

"Yeah..." Iruka laughed and rubbed his neck. "Naruto, come over here. I've got something to give you."

Okami knew what Iruka was about to do and smiled as he heard Naruto asking, "What is it?"

"Close your eyes first. Whatever happens, don't open it until I say so."

Naruto followed his instruction. He felt that something was being placed on his forehead. "Can I open my eyes, now?"

"Yes."

Naruto saw that Iruka's forehead protector was gone.

"Congratulations on graduating!" Iruka greeted as his voice went higher. "Let's celebrate! I'll buy you a cup of Ramen!"

"You...gurk! You..." Naruto hugged Iruka as he laughed and cried.

Iruka chuckled and looked at Okami. "Thank you, Okami-kun."

Okami recalled the famous line from Shokugeki no Soma, which Souma uses after his victory, and folded his arms on his c.h.e.s.t. "It wasn't much!"
