Dragon wondered how the kid found out his true identity. Instead of reacting harshly, he acted like it was nothing and grinned. "Oh, why did you say so?"

Okami shrugged his shoulders and lied blatantly. "I've got a Pokemon that can read the memories of someone I have physical contact with. This is how I discovered your secret."

"Do you expect me to believe your claims just because you say so?"

"Do you want to know what other information I have extracted from you?" Okami retorted with another question.

Dragon sneered. "Blurt it out. Amuse me."

"Are you sure?" Okami gave him an amused expression and said in a soft voice, "Monkey D. Dragon."

Dragon stood up and paid the bill even if the food was not yet ready. He gave him a sideglance and said, "Follow me if you dare."

Okami was unperturbed by his threat and walked behind him. Even though he was sure that Dragon would not create a scene, he activated his defense combo pokemon for safety measures.

After several turns, Dragon led him into a narrow corner and faced Okami. "You truly are a courageous kid. You dare followed me even though you knew my identity?"

"I'm pretty much confident with my abilities, Dragon."

Dragon laughed boisterously. Once he was done, he flexed his arms on his c.h.e.s.t and glared at him. "Go on. Tell me what you know."

"Monkey D. Dragon, the son of Monkey D. Garp and the father of Monkey D. Luffy. The supreme commander of the Revolutionary Army."

"Well, for all I know, you could have been a spy from the Marines as well." Dragon released his killing intent and clenched his fists. "Tell me a good reason why I should spare you."

Okami was not unaffected by the pressure because of Calm Mind and responded by summoning a Ditto. At once, it transformed into another Dragon due to its Imposter ability. "Hey, I don't want to fight against you. As soon as I've found out your identity, I decided to seize the chance of making a deal with you."

Dragon did not lower his guard when he saw his doppelganger. With a low tone, he asked, "What kind of deal?"

"I will teach your men the right way in utilizing Pokemon in battles."

"But I already have some ideas, thanks to the Trainer School in the Foosha Village."

"What if I turn some of your men into Pokemon Trainers?"

"I already have Pokemon Trainers in the Army," Dragon remarked, his eyes peeled on the doppelganger before him. "Anyway, we have a lot of Pokeballs, so your offer is not good enough."

Okami chuckled and wagged his fingers. "I'm not talking about those ordinary Pokemon Trainers. What I am referring to are real Pokemon Trainers, the ones like Makino and the rest of SS Anne's crew. I am pretty sure you know what I am talking about."

Dragon was surprised when Okami brought up the SS Anne's crew. He already knew what these people could do and he was all the more amazed because of their abilities, which was comparable to Devil Fruit users. Unlike those monsters, Makino and the rest of them were not weak against seawater. People like them would be a good addition to their fighting strength. He connected the dots and realized something. "Are you the leader of the SS Anne crew?"

Okami smiled. "Bingo."

"I believe you. If that is the case, then I am willing to make a deal with you. But what is the catch?"

"I need Devil Fruits," Okami answered without hesitation.

Dragon frowned. "How many Pokemon Trainers can you create in exchange for one Devil Fruit?"

"Two people."

Dragon shook his head. "Not good. Ten pokemon trainers for every Devil Fruit."

"That's unfair for me. I'm sure that you are pretty aware of their capabilities. Remember, real Pokemon Trainers are like Devil Fruit users without that stupid weakness. You can easily imagine the result when there are several Pokemon Trainers in your group, right?"

Dragon understood what he was trying to point out but gathering Devil Fruits was difficult. Finding one was like searching a needle in a haystack. "Then make it five. You know how hard it is to find one."

"Three. That's my limit. Lower than that and the deal is off."

"I can just kidnap you and forced to work under us."

Okami activated his Bloodl.u.s.t and snickered. "Try me."

Dragon was taken aback by the sudden intense pressure Okami emitted. Even though he was confident of his abilities, he did not want to take chances that might disrupt his plans later. His killing intent slowly receded and laughed loudly. "Indeed, the leader of the SS Anne is strong."

"Thank you for the compliment, Dragon. Anyway, do you accept the deal?"

Dragon extended his right hand. "I accept."

Okami accepted the handshake. "You will not regret it."

"You truly are a brave one. Not scared that I will crush your puny hands?" Dragon asked as he released Okami's hand.

"As I've said, I'm pretty much confident about my abilities."

"When can you do it?"

"Anytime. Just prepare the Devil Fruits and I can proceed with the ritual right away. To make it more convenient for you, we can do it at your ship."

Dragon laughed once again. "Your confidence knows no bound."

"I know," Okami answered cheerfully. "Anyway, I want to tell you some information that might interest you. It concerns Luffy as well."

Dragon's expression changed once his son's name was mentioned. "What is it?"

Even though Okami was sure that Dragon already knew all about the royal's plan, he still reported everything he knew about it.

"Your intelligence-gathering astounds me, Okami." Dragon thought of something and inquired, "What do you think of nobles and World Government, kid?"

"They're pathetic shits who are thoroughly convinced of their so-called privileges. But no matter how much they wanted to feel good, shits will always smell and they're craps in my eyes."

Dragon was taken aback by his reply and roared with laughter. "That's a good description. Then, how about becoming part of us?"

"What's your objective?"

"To release the nations and countries from the control of the World Government."

Okami shook his head. "Too much hassle. I'm very lazy and I don't want those crazy shenanigans in my life."

Dragon was disappointed when he heard his reply. "Then what is your objective by creating SS Anne?"

"Beli and Pokemon. These two things are my goals. I don't give a crap about power struggles or democracy but I'm not a jerk to antagonize everyone I meet. As long as you don't touch me, then we're good."

Dragon stared at him for a long time before sighing loudly. "Too bad. I hope that you will open up your eyes and see our noble cause. Anyway, where can I contact you?"

"Just look for Makino at the Partys Bar. Remember, we will only be staying at the Foosha village for a month. After that, we will be sailing the seas again."

Dragon turned around and said, "See you then."

"Wait!"

Dragon stopped walking and looked back. "What?"

"To show you my sincerity, let me help you later."

"Do what you want." Dragon continued walking until he reached a corner and turned right.

When he was sure that no one was around, Okami unsummoned his Ditto and teleported right back to the Gray Terminal. He checked his XTransceiver and realized that it was almost 5 PM. The exciting part was about to start.

======================

Amidst the junks and pile of scraps, an interesting scenario was happening.

"Captain Bluejam! I've caught these brats opening the boxes!"

"You monster! Are you crazy?! Why the hell would you want to do that?!" Ace screamed as he struggled from his captor's hands but to no avail. Even then, this did not stop him from voicing out his concerns. "There are many people that are living within the trash heap. If you're going to do that, then they're going to die!!!"

"I thought I told you to keep quiet! Hush!" Bluejam signaled his men to collect their weapons and make sure that they could not escape. "It's not as though I'm the one who's behind this. If you've got to blame someone, then blame the royals for doing this."

Luffy pointed at him. "You! You're bad! Ace, we must hurry and inform them!"

"It's too late. All we have to do is light it up and then poof, everything is all burned." Bluejam sported a sneer on his face as he slowly approached the two kids. "Before we set the place alight, there's something I've got to ask of you. You wouldn't happen to have a stash of treasure hidden away somewhere around here, would you?"

"We won't tell!"

Bluejam's mouth twitched and shouted, "Then tie them up! Better make sure that it's tight enough so they could not escape!"

Ace and Luffy were apprehended by Bluejam's men and tied around a pole. Once they were done, they started lighting up the oils and explosive and the fire spread out easily. Soon, the sounds of people screaming could be heard reverberating across the Gray Terminal as they tried escaping the flaming hell.

Meanwhile, Okami was at the Outskirt watching the fateful encounter between Sabo and Dragon. "Ah, it's truly like watching an anime in flesh. I can still remember watching the crappy animations. What an injustice against the masterpiece of its manga counterpart."

While the drama was ongoing, Okami jumped down and strolled towards them and said, "Hey! Sabo, what are you doing here?! I've heard from your brothers that you have returned to your family."

Dragon looked surprised when he saw Okami was still at the Outskirt despite knowing the fate of Gray Terminal. He remembered what the boy said before he left this afternoon and had a feeling that he was about to do something important.

Sabo looked up and cried all the more when he realized that it was Okami. "Waaah! Okami...help...them please!"

"Calm down, Sabo. Speak slowly so I can understand what you are talking about."

Sabo controlled his motions and started speaking. "My brothers...the people in the trash heaps...they're going to die! Save them, please!"

Instead of replying, Okami took out two Fire Stones and gave it to Sabo. "Here. This is for your two Growlithes. You need this to evolve them."

"But - "

"Sabo, you know that your brothers are strong. They will not die, I assure you," Okami cut him off before he could even continue whining again. "This is your chance. Don't you want to leave this place?"

Sabo nodded and accepted his gifts.

"Good. Then join this man."

Dragon did not expect the boy to suggest such a thing. Instantly, he shook his head. "No. It's still too dangerous for him."

"He is a real Pokemon Trainer. You know what it means, right?"

Dragon looked at Sabo for the second time, not believing that this scrawny kid was a Pokemon Trainer just like Makino. He considered his options before agreeing reluctantly. "If he wants to join us, then good."

Okami gave him a thumbs-up sign before shifting his attention back to Sabo. "Go on, Sabo. Join them and become a true warrior."

"Are they pirates?"

Okami smiled. "You better ask him. One thing I can promise you is you will get stronger when you are with them, Sabo. Remember what happened here and do not forget. You do know who is the real culprit, right?"

Sabo gnashed his teeth. "The Celestial Dragons!"

"That's true. If you want to get stronger, then join him. Don't worry about your brothers, they will survive. I'll inform them once this crisis is over, okay?"

Sabo grabbed his weapon firmly while he bowed his head. "Thank you, Okami. Please tell them that I am fine. And I will be waiting for them to become a great pirate."

Okami laughed. "Sure."

Dragon led the young Sabo towards the opposite direction. Before leaving, he looked back and said, "Tomorrow, I'll contact you."

"Thanks. See you then." Okami absorbed Ninetales because of Flash Fire and teleported right into the Gray Terminal.
