The President's Lover is a Fighter

Lu Fang's schedule was packed for the day. He had meetings after meetings in the morning and late in the afternoon. It was only a little after 1 PM that he managed to take a break. He went straight to his private room to take a rest.

Andrea was still sound asleep when he arrived but she did not have food for lunch so he had to try and wake her. "Babe, do you want to get something to eat?"

She was a light sleeper, but that day, she was beyond exhausted and did not hear the man at all. Lu Fang had no choice but to let her be. Since he was not feeling hungry himself, he decided to take a 1-hour nap. He took off his jacket and pants, leaving only his plain shirt and boxers then snuggled with her in bed.

The couple was extremely tired from their activity last night. After doing it in the bathroom, Lu Fang had decided to know every inch of Andrea's body, literally. He had done this effectively by kissing every inch of her starting from the face until the very last toe on her feet.

Of course, they had also completed Lu Fang's "To Do it" list, making love in the dining table, kitchen countertop and lastly the bedroom.

In fairness to them, they did not only do have intimate moments. They also shared each other's plans for the future. There were moments when they just stayed in bed, naked, talking while cuddling with each other.

"Babe, I've heard you say once or twice that you liked Greece. What if we buy a house there?"

Andrea was surprised to hear this. She had not realized; she had mentioned Greece before, but knowing it was one of their favorite vacation places with Gabriel, she diverted his attention.

"Hmmm… did I? Why don't we check out Seychelle? I haven't been there yet."

"Babe, what are you planning to do now that Rou Yanlin is already in prison, it doesn't look like he is on the move." He probed.

"We don't know that for sure, but maybe go into business with you… or help you in business."

Lu Fang appreciated Andrea's responses that night. In her every answer, there was always a "we" or at least it always involved him. It made him realize that he was part of her plans after all.

"Lu Fang, brother! Are you there?"

Hearing Gao Rou calling out from the door intercom, Lu Fang stood up and walked towards it to answer. "Gao Rou!"

"Bro, you have a visitor."

Lu Fang checked the time, and it was almost 3 PM. He had overslept. "Okay, I'll be right out."

Before changing he went to check on Andrea whose eyes were now open.

"Hey there, beautiful." He climbed up the bed and gently kissed her lips.

"Hey there, handsome." She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him closer for more kisses.

After breaking off from the kiss, she asked, "What did Gao Rou want?"

"He said I had a visitor. I'll get changed ahead of you and you can follow me out. Let's get some lunch before getting busy."

Andrea was having difficulty choosing what to wear. She had already been searching through her pile of new clothes hoping to find one that will cover her neck. Unfortunately, Lu Fang did not prepare her any turtle neck dresses. So she figured, she will just wear anything and cover her hickeys with make-up.

While running back and forth the private room she happened to notice that Lu Fang was speaking with a woman. She would not have given it any attention expect, the man was smiling. This only meant they knew each other well. So she took a closer look at the monitor from the inside and at right at that very moment, the woman reached out to hold the man's hand. Although he was quick to take out his hand, the way this woman was looking at him could only mean one thing for Andrea - RIVAL.

Her lips twitched, and she quickly changed into the best dress in the closet and put on some light make-up. She looked herself up in the mirror and when she was satisfied, she went for the door and stepped out with a big smile on her angelic face.

The woman was intentionally bringing up memories with Lu Fang, hoping it would bring back the spark between them.

"Fang, I remember you always come here with your dad, even to the point of canceling our date, just so you can prove you are worthy of being the next president. Well… here you are now! Sitting on the very same chair your father used to be."

The woman paused while looking at the man straight in the eye and smiled before saying, "I'm so proud of you, Fang. You have finally achieved your goals and… so you must be ready…"

The man in front could feel where this was going, so he did not want to ride on the conversation. "Mian, I have an appointment at 5 o'clock and I haven't had lunch yet. Do you mind if we continue this talk another time?"

"Oh, Fang. Poor you. You haven't had lunch yet?"

Before the woman could say another word, the private room opened and stepped out Andrea in a lavender off-shoulder dress.

"Babe, I'm ready. Shall we go?"

Andrea turned to the woman staring at her with wide eyes open, obviously in shock.

"Oh, I'm sorry, babe. I did not know you still had company. Do you want me to wait outside?"

Lu Fang smiled at his sensible girlfriend and stood up to put an arm around her waist. "No need, babe. She was just about to leave."

Andrea gave the man a question mark face and realized what she meant. "Oh, pardon my manners. Mian, this is my girlfriend, Andrea. Babe, this is an old friend of mine, Shen Mian."

Andrea, 'Shen Mian… Old friend? you mean the EX!'
