The Real Me Behind A Mask

Well it been a few hours since Kurma was finish eating and and went out practicing and scouting as he still did not know the area well during his Scott he notice that it was staring to get dark so as he was about to turn around to head back to the camp area that he had set up he heard a howl that sound like it came from a wolf so he know that he should not check it out but he got this weird feeling pushing to go check it out so he comply and follow into the direction that the howl came from, when he got their he saw a group of 6 strange green like goblin creatures that look to be surrounding a baby wolf that look to have strange red orangish color color like that of the color or a flame and it look like it was injured and got look from it's pack.

I know that I should just leave and go back to my camp but I can stop having his strange feeling that I think is related to that the injured wolf. So with out thinking I jump out of the bush that I was hiding in and get in front of the wolf getting my spear ready to strike the creatures in-front of me at any moments, I was not sure in they would under stand me or not but I still give it a shot I speak up and said what are you going to do with this wolf stuttering a little as I am not sure if I could beat them all but I waited for their responses.

They did not said any but made this weird noise for a few second until one of them started to speak up stating that that the wolf is their next meal and that I am going to join the wolf in being the meal and then the group of creature started to made a noise which I think that they were laughing.

At that moment I know that I had to fight to survive as I don't know what will happen if I were to die in this strange place and I don't want to find out so hesitantly I strength my grip on my spear and back up a little as I was not sure of what to do, if I were to fight and possibly die or run to try and save myself leaving the wolf behind in the process. So I panicking and thinking of what to do and the possibility of each of my decisions what might be the outcome.

But some how on it own my body just charge at the creature and I went along with it but I did not just ran forward in an straight line I move around as I ran and before I know it my spear felt like it had hit something which it did and it end up piercing the creature and the creature fall fall down looking like it die but I did not had time to thing if my first kill as the were 5 more of the goblin like creature left so as one as close to me and was about to hit me, I move my spear as fast and I could and stab the goblin in his neck killing him it the process and before I could react I was corner by the four goblin and got hit on my foot making me drop my spear from the pain that I felt and o wanted cry out shouting it night sky but before I could have the luxury of crying out, I quickly grab my spear and swing it around me cutting two of the goblin that was charging at me in the neck killing them in the process and all but two goblin was now left alive but they did not try to attack me instead they retreated and hide somewhere I don't so I quickly got up and limp my way over to the baby wolf that look to me injure and I was careful as I approach as it does not trust me yet, slowly and gently reach out to him and grab him gently picking him up at first he resided my grip but soon he give up and I started limping my way back to camp as my foot still hurt from the hit that it took from the goblin bat like weapon and I thing that it was swollen.

As I was walking to camp I heard a familiar voice in my heads stating that my endurance, instincts, strength and speed test was now 30 percent completed and when it was down I was about half way back to my camp.

When I reach the camp I quickly give the baby wolf some the leftover of the fish that I had caught earlier which after a few minute of examining it the the wolf started to eat it and when it was finish I took him in the tent putting him in an area where it out rest as he could not walk from his injury that he have but I did not examine right now as it was dark, hard to see and I was really tire and I brace myself against the tent wall and past out of exhaustion and from the day that I had.
