A month pass since Alex met with the UN Secretary General and now his currently observing various Space Stations design submitted by the council.

Alex couldn't help but sigh as he saw how similar they are to some famous fictional Installations, someone even design a fully functioning blueprint for a f.u.c.k.i.n.g death star!

The slumbering fanboy in him stir but he force it to sleep as much as he wants to build a f.u.c.k.i.n.g Death star, he couldn't as that would be just too ginormous to be practical and a waste of money no matter if it's functioning or not though Alex gave it a plus for not being stationary.

History shows how obselete the fortress have become since the invention of canons and guns because no matter how you design them to be unbreakable, the man manning it, isn't and just the money and manpower to build walls are better of spending elsewhere.

So what did men do to respond to this problem? They adapted, so instead of creating castles and fortified building they created cheap and easy to build ones which they can abandon and rebuild elsewhere because in todays ever changing battlefield, adaptability is key.

So Alex commended the designer of the Death Star for installing sublight engines on it but like what was stated earlier, it's size and shape make it a vulnerable target.

"Skadi, do a simulation based on the limitations I've listed" Alex said.

Skadi nodded and a holographic projection appeared in front of them morphing into a bunch of shapes finding the best suitable design to meet those limitations.(Skadi is currently running more than a million simulations in a span of a few minutes.)

After an hour of waiting Skadi finally finish designing and what came out of it is a very familiar Design.

"Well, what do you know its quite similar to a landing castle albiet with a few major difference." Alex smiled as he remembered the devastation this cause in the anime.

Skadi then proceeded to show a full layout of the Station. "Yes, I got the inspiration from the things that you've told me from another world and I added a few upgrades to it." She said before pointing at the "petals" of the castle and added "This landing castle is roughly around 10 km in size and once unfolded, this three will generate a hexagon shape hardlight that will protect the flanks of the ship as well as the top side and since we don't have an aldnoah, we had to replace it with our very own anti-gravity tech using the Nth metal we dug up at Egypt as well as an experimental superalloy called 8th Alloy, which is a mixture of titanium and a dust of 8th Metal making it the current strongest mortal metal known to man and we have full monopoly of it as we are the only one capable of forging it not including the gods."

Alex nodded, back in the late 60's he funded a bunch of archeological expedition in the regions of Egypt and the jungles of Mexico (which cause him quite a lot of money) as he tried and find two miraculous metal that will help him in achieving his goal.

In Egypt, his expedition team unearth a temple of which contains a wreckage of a Thanagarian ship which was created with Nth Metal, a gravity and magic repelling metal of which was a very valuable metal for his space program.

In Mexico, legend's say that the gods of mexico created a gateway to the heaven in one of the Aztec temple by leaving behind a shard of heaven which will then be used by the dead to cross the boundaries many archeologists thought that it was just a folklore and was just a reasoning used by the Aztec to rationalize their brutal sacrifices in the temple's altar but Alex knew better that the legends was true albiet mistranslated.

The gods of mexico did truly create a portal to heaven and that heaven was a Ship by the Skylord's named thirteenth heaven, now the shard mentioned is an ore of 8th metal shape like a 3 meter cube.

This metal of course was what he was after and it took a bitter 20 years to find it even with the help of magic.

Now what's special about this metal is that it is the same metal that god weapons are made of and it has a curious effect on other metal as even with a spec, it can strengthen the metal to incredible degrees and it has the added bonus of being an extremely efficient magic conductor.

"So like we guess, the Nth metal isn't able to disrupt a magic shielded with 8th metal." Alex said, which Skadi agreed.

"The installation will be coated with 8th alloy with microscopic runes that will make it more durable and impact resistant, it also has an added bonus of hiding failsafe runes once the government tried to use it against us." Skadi said and then displaying the engines, she added. "Like you said, you want a moving fortress so Installed the experimental engine we develop that in theory will be able to travel in lightspeed and potentially warp although the government won't know about this."

She then displayed another one and said "This is the Anti-grav tech which we reverse engineered from the thanagarian ship and with a few modifications and upgrade it is now compatible with our gen 3 Nuclear fusion reactor that can generate upto 5 percent of the sun's energy output which is more than enough to power the hardlight generator as well as the rest of the system including it's weaponry."

"Good anything else? How about the other project? The Ship design?"

Skadi change the holographic projection to a ship blueprint. "This is a bunch of designs submitted by other space agency as well as private companies such as Space X"

Alex browse through the list with great satisfaction as it showed how ingenious humans really are.

He stop at a peculiar blueprint and expand it.

Skadi saw the design and said "dub the Cooperation, the ship is designed through a joint venture of JAXA and PHILsat."

"Hmm...that's quite a peculiar designed, its pretty heavy on interior compartmentalization." Alex said reading a few of its specifications.

"Yes, it is class as a research and reconnaissance vessel." Skadi said. "Using a revolutionary technique called Quad-weave of titanium-gold alloy, A new type of Ceramic, A liquid known as Maharlika blood and Graphite make this design one of the most cost efficient and durable ship out of all designs."

"Yes and by compartmentalizing its interior, ot can swap out needed parts like a lego box instead of a fix mold, it is also one of the most adaptable as well as safest one in the list" Alex said with satisfaction "and it has the added bonus of being aesthetically pleasing to the eyes." He added

"Similar in form with the halberd-class destroyer of UNSC, this thing albiet not for war is built for speed with it's three rear engines and two smaller ones facing the front and two more for each flank for maneuverability though unlike the destroyer this one can separate into three parts which serves as a life boat incase of emergency." Skadi said further explaining it's capability. "This ship may not contain a weapon system, it still possess a powerful twin laser (has small reach and not viable for combat use) upfront for asteriod gathering as will as four batteries of interceptor missile" she added.

"Well then it looks like we got a winner though see if you could try and integrate a gen 2 reactor as well as the new Dragon Engines Musk develop for better efficiency" Alex told the AI, Skadi just gave him a smile and proceeded to intergrate said sysyem into the design.

"You know girls, my father use to say how imperfect a human being really are" said a devilishly handsome man to the two woman on each of his side. He gave grin to the two and added "but I think his very wrong as the two of you are the most perfect woman I've seen through out my life."

The two girl blush and was about to reward his flattery when a tall muscular black man appeared infront of them.

The two woman suddenly had a hazy look in their eyes as they proceeded to stand up and go away.

"Lucifer, you have a lot to answer for!" angrily said the black man .

"You're a real c.o.c.kblocker, you know that right?" Said the man, now known as Lucifer. He sighed and ask. "What do you want now, Michael?"

"You have left hell, the realm you are supposed to be watching over!" Said Michael "and what's with your association with that abomination!?"

Seeing as Michael was about to blow up, he use his ability to influence the mind of every mortal in the room to leave.

Lucifer turn back to Michael and smirk "which one?" He ask. "The one created from Father's mistake or were you talking about my good friend Alex? (who I dare say match my handsomeness even though I had to begrudgingly accept it)." He added.

Full with rage, his 6 wings unfolded as he shouted "Father does not make mistake!" And proceeded to unsheathed his golden sword and aim it at Lucifer's neck.

Lucifer just grin and responded in a mocking voice "oh really? Shall I remind you of the flood? The locust? The death of the child of Egypt?" He then use his power to corrupt the metal on his neck immediately losing its golden shine. "Tell me, have he recovered from the beating he took from the Egyptian gods?"

Michael roared in fury as he shouted "blasphemy!" He pulled back his sword intending to strike Lucier down when Golden strings wrap his arm, legs and neck. "What did you do!?" Michael shouted.

Lucifer just shook his head and proceeded to sip on his drink and said "Michael, Michael, Michael, how disappointing of you to not know the laws, The Old Laws!"

He put his drink down and stood up. He then pat Michael's cheek and gave an evil smirk "you may have been physically stronger than me Michael but I am much wiser than you"

He move to the piano at the center of the bar and proceeded to play Vengeance.

"The Old Law signed by all the gods witness by the endless stated, that when an ascended use their power to a certain limit, they will be subjected to punishment equal to the intent on which the power was use" Lucifer stated. He then gave an evil smirk and added "unless! The offended forgive the offender, now! isn't that great brother because I know you took our father's lessons to the heart."

Michael could do nothing but grit his teeth, using every ounce of his holy power to escape the bindings.

"Now before I let you go brother, I will give you a fair warning" finish with the piece, Lucifer move back to his seat in front of Michael and gave him a hard look "I know your pretty up and about with Father's word but remember brother, earn my good friend's ire and you will bring forth heaven's downfall"

He snap his fingers and a portal open at Michael's back. "Remember Lobo? Yeah, the savage one who cause so much chaos, now my friend pretty much gave the poor chap a PTSD." He said giving once last smirk as the portal swallow Michael whole.

Lucifer took a sip off his drink and then laid back, arm spread about he chuckled "Ah! Such interesting times ahead."
