The Rise Of An Empire

Soon after the announcement Lu Liang fill in what the hell training is to Dong Liang and the other veteran soldiers as they carry out his orders.

Half an hour later.....

Ooof! Ooof! Ooof!

Phew! Phew! Phew!

Clang! Clang! Clang!

Sounds of heavy breathing and different type of weapons could be heard everywhere in the training area of Lu Liang recruitment camp. Lu Liang himself was overlooking the whole process and couldn't help but be surprise even more because the training that he made everyone take is truly hell to disqualified those that should not throw their lives away recklessly. So how can it be that no one was disqualified yet!

Lu Liang hell training is split into four sections with the last one being most important.

- Ten l.a.p.s around the camp which is five miles in each direction with four direction in total and five minutes break after every five miles.

- Hanging from trees for at least thirty minutes.

- Lift at least a hundred pound sand bag for ten minutes.

- Must participate in weapon training that you are well verse in and beat the veteran soldiers.

While walking around Lu Liang could only shake his head at this development but then excited shouts could be heard in different place of the training ground. Walking to the one closest to him Lu Liang see a veteran soldiers facing off a young men fighting with a glaive. This young man should be around seventeen years old with a strong build to him and at this moment he was giving the veteran soldier a tough time.

Recruit (1): "wow, i can't believe that young man is so strong."

Recruit (2): "yeah, just who is he exactly?"

Recruit (3): "if i remember correctly then their is a family of caravan guards in the city. They specialize in delivering expensive goods to other cities outside of Liang territory. Their young master Yulun Rang was a glaive user who are known to be very skilled and powerful, so this must be him."

Listening to them Lu Liang got more curious about the other location so he decided to send his guards to the other site to gather information.

"go to the other site like this one and see who is causing such a stir. If they really beat the veteran soldiers after all those exercises then bring them to me immediately. One of you stay here and wait for Yulun Rang to finish then bring him to me as well."

Guards: "yes lord!"

Another hour went by after Lu Liang finish his inspections and have return to the tent while awaiting the arrival of any talented individuals that his guard may bring back.

Then the long awaited moment arrive as many footsteps could be heard coming from the outside. Four to be exact excluding his guards that is escorting the recruits to his tent at the moment.

Coming into the tent Lu Liang saw three men and one woman which are around the same age of seventeen or eighteen years old. The men have a strong build with handsome but yet fierce face to them. As for the woman, she is beautiful to the point that one have to ask themselves. Why is she here? Big b.r.e.a.s.t, curvy body, and big round b.u.t.t cause her charm to shoot through the roof.

Seeing Lu Liang, the four immediately drop a knee and bowed respectfully.

"Young master!"

Looking at them Lu Liang nodded his head as he thought 'these are the young talent that our clan should recruit. They manage to defeat those veteran soldiers who have fought in countless bloody wars shouldn't be simple taking their age into account.'

Raising his hand Lu Liang said "Rise and introduce yourselves."

"Thank you young master!"

The first to step up was Yulun Rang "young master! my name is Yulun Rang of the Rang mercenary family. My weapon is a glaive and i specialize in frontal combat."

Next is another young man by the name of Xulan Liang "young master! my name is Xulan Liang of the Liang branch family with my parents serving as military officers under the lord. My weapon is a spear and i specialize in support along with defense."

Up is the last young man in this group of four is Lanu Hongy "young master! my name is Lanu Hongy of the Hongy family which are in the trade of breeding war horses. My weapon is also a glaive and i specialize in horsemanship."

Lastly, the only woman in the group Xaolan Sulon step up "young master! my name is Xaolan Sulon of the Sulon family which are in the trade of weapon crafting. My weapon is a long bow and i specialize in archery."

Listening to their introduction Lu Liang was at a loss for words because he just got four talented individuals in every single area he is missing for the army that was being recruited. After some time Lu Liang have put it all on fate as he turn around to look at the guard near him "bring it over to me."

Guard: "yes, young master."
