As soon as we touched down, Nurhan instructed Suleiman to bring us to the Shangri-La hotel. I wasn't surprised at all that Nurhan only told Suleiman to book only for one room. After all, I didn't pay for any of these.

It was a one-bedroom Premier Shard Suite. Before Suleiman left us, Nurhan stopped him. "Suleiman, have you found a PA for Tasha?"

"Yes, sir. Her name is Waiza. Her background check has been clean. She will be coming tomorrow," Suleiman bowed to Nurhan that was busy changing channels on the TV with his remote.

"You got me a PA?" Suleiman's response got me stopped unpacking the clothes from the luggage.

I walked towards Nurhan, snatching the remote away from him and switched off the TV. I looked at him and raised my eyebrow, demanding an explanation.

Nurhan had his right hand around my waist and pulled me closer to him. "Yup, Suleiman already has too much workload to handle."

This time, Suleiman bowed again to Nurhan as he was touched by Nurhan's concern. This was the reason why he remained loyal to Nurhan. Nurhan had always been concerned with his well-being as well as his family's. Nurhan always ensured that he had time for family and personal time even though there were many upcoming tasks to be fulfilled.

"You may leave, Suleiman. You're done for the day," Nurhan bowed with respect. He had always treated his people fairly and with grace. How could I not fall for this man?!

Before Suleiman left, he reminded Nurhan. "Yes, sir. And don't forget that there is a dinner reservation tonight with the CEO of Pearl's X at 8pm."

Nurhan carried me to the bedroom and gently threw me onto the bed. I was too shocked by his actions. He laid down next to me and used his legs to wrap my body. I had no way to escape.

I could feel Nurhan's steady heartbeat. Nurhan had his eyes closed. He must had been jet-lagged. I touched his cheeks and c.a.r.e.s.sed them. His light brown skin was flawless. His thick eyebrows made me irresistible that I started to stroke them gently.

"Nurhan? Are you tired?" I asked.

He opened his eyes and smiled. "What's wrong, my sweetheart?"

"It's okay, we can do this after you have some sleep." I shook my head.

Nurhan bit my ear gently and released me from his wrap. "I know what's on your mind right now."
