At the Hokages Tower the Council Meeting Room

The Hokage faced the Heads of the Clan Leaders on one side of the table and the Council memebers on the other side of the table. The topics today would be Oormi Terumi and Raiden Uzumakis trainning under him. The Hokagelooked at everyone at started the meeting.

"Alright this meeting has no come to order." Sarutobi said

"I want to know about the new kekkei genkai the Leaf just got." Fugaku Uchiha said

Fugaku Uchiha had short, brown hair that reached to his shoulders and onyx-coloured eyes, with visible creases below them made more pronounced whenever he adopted a stern look like he was doing now.

"Right to the point as always I see Fugaku. The young woman I have decied to take in is apart of the Terumi Clan of the Land of Waves. As im sure you have all heard the Mizukage has gone on a kekkei genkai hunt. Every clan that has one is starting to be hunted down and killed. So a member of the Terumi Clan came to me and asked to take care of one of there last members and she'll start the Academy in a few day's." Sarutobi answered.

The Clan Heads and members on the Council started talking among themselves until Danzo spoke up.

"Hiruzen can I assume were going to put her in the Clan Restoration Act so that the Leaf can have another powerful kekkei genkai." Danzo said in his usual monetone.

"I say the Hyuga gets this new girl into our main household." Hiashi Hyuga said.

"Why the Hyuga, with the Uchiha Clan being the strongest we should get the girl." said Fugaku with a hard tone.

After everything calmed down the Hokage released his killing intent (KI) as he told everyone that the child won't be given to anyone, and after that that went one to the other topic of Raiden being trained by Sarutobi

A few Day's Later

After a few day's no one has seen Raiden or Oormi in the Village as they were held up in the Senju Compound training. When they first went in tourches along the walls lit on there own, as they walked down a tunnel for a few seconds until they came to another door with what looked like the same seals, but Raiden realized that it was a linking seal in place on top of the lock seal. So he just pushed the door opened and they both walked in. What the saw was amazing. A forest in the middle all around, rushing water in the distance so Raiden guessed it was a waterfall someplace, and in the middle of the forest was a 3 story house made of what looked like wood with seals craved on it.

"This place is amazing. I never knew the Leaf Village had something like this." Oormi said in amazement.

"No one knows of this place, but us two. My family must have built this for me for some reason." Raiden said with the same awe as Oormi.

They both walked towards the house looking around them talking about how this place came to be. Raiden guessed who did what in this place. His uncle did the wooden area, the house,the tunnel, his mother and aunt did all the sealing, and his father was the water fall they passed. Entering the house the seals on the house lit up like the door at the end of the tunnel, and they both entered to house that opened into the living room. On the table where 2 scrolls with a bit of dust covering them, Raiden knowing they were for him as he went and picked up the first scroll. After reading it he handed it over to Oormi, as Raiden was reading the other one.

"So this place is for your training, and with the option of living here. Your parents really thought of everything didn't they." Oormi said walking away looking at the house. The first floor had a living room, kitchen, and a sitting room. On the second floor was only 3 room with the libary of scrolls on all sorts of ninjutsu, tiajutsu, genjutsu, and what Raiden was most intrested in at the moment fuinjutsu. The across from from the libary was a workshop for sealing jutsu and make diffrent types of seals, and the last room down the other end of the hall was a bathroom. Up on the third floor was 5 bedrooms with full bathrooms in them. The master bedroom was had a king sized bed with a balcony with a view of the waterfall, a work bench, a closet, and dressers. After looking at everyting Raiden and Oormi went into there rooms to unpack.

Coming out from there room they both went downstairs to see to the food situation, and when they entered the kitchen Raiden noticed the seals on the cabinets and the refrigerator which after Raiden un-sealed everything in the kitchen both of them were surprised when rice, milk, chesse, and other meats that were in perfect condition.

"How is everything still fresh?" Oormi said being surprised at all the things fuinjutsu can do after seeing so much of it today.

"I have pretty good charka control. I can wallk on trees and water for a good amount of time; also I have fire style, earth style, and water style. Which means I do have my clans kekkei genkai lava style, but I don't have boil style even though I do have water style charka nature." Oomi said

"That's good. I've read that lava style is as strong as my wood style. That is if you can use it to it's fullest potential." Raiden said winking at her, making her blush. After there dinner Raiden and Oormi; Raiden decied to put gravity seals on her, improving not only her physical training but also her stamina as well. After that they both trained together until it was time to go to the ninja academy.

2 day's before going to the Academy

Reading one of the scrolls his father left him Raiden found out that the exit to his house wasn't the ssame as the entrance. The exit lead to the Sarutobi Clan bas.e.m.e.nt which when Sarutobi found out he realized why his sensie the Second Hokage asked the clan to protect that door that until recently has been sealed. Now Raiden was walking around the village after he went out and had dinner while Oormi was at the Sarutobi compund having dinner with them. As Raiden was walking he noticed smoke coming from a few houses down, and went to towards it; noticing the Uchiha Police Force outside trying to put the fire out. Raiden ran to burning building not thinking twice about it while making hands signs [Water Style: Raging Waves] as the water doused in the entrance as he jumped in. Going where the chraka signuters are he come upon a man and woman coughing on the floor. Raiden made a shadow clone one to carry the woman and the other the man. Getting them both outside Raiden started coughing up a storm as medical ninja was coming to help Raiden passed out.

Raiden woke up seeing a white ceilling he g.r.o.a.n.e.d and cover his eye's from the bright light that was on him. Looking over to the light breathing and weight on his right arm he saw Oormi laying down with a bit of drool coming out of her mouth. Smiling he looked over to where he felt a unknown charka signature and a familar one from, and he saw a man leaning up against the wall along with the Hokage. Moving as a way to not wake Oormi he sat up looking at the strange man, and the Hokage.

"So sensei how long was I out, and who are you?" Raiden asked.

"You were out for a night Raiden." the Hokage said

"My name is Unkai Kurama, and on behalf of the Kurama Clan I thank you for your brave efforts and for saving my daughter and son-in-law." Unkai said bowing slightly to Raiden.

"It's not problem don't worry about it. What I'm worried about is did the fire get put out. I noticed that my water style jutsu didn't doing anything and put some power behind that." Raiden said with a confused look on his face.

Waking up Oormi noticed Raiden putting on his shirt, but she saw how musculer his back was as a blush crept on her face looking away before Raiden turned around and caught her drooling over him. After everything was taking care of they both made there way to the Sarutobi compund looking for the Hokage to get some answers. Raiden knew something was off with that fire not showing steam when he used water style. After arriving Raiden went on the old geezers private office while Oormi went to talk to Anna.

"Raiden, come in please." the Hokage called out before Raiden could knock on the door. Raiden entered the private room where his sensie would work on his calligraphy. He was wearing his training gi that he wore when he and Raiden used to train together. Raiden sat before him and waited for his sensei to continue. Sarutobi sighed and looked at Raiden in the eye.

"First I would like to say I'm proud of. You acted with a clear head and a plan in place before you rushed in to save the lives of two people. There are things im sure you have noticed about that fire, but what you ned to know is that; that fire was a genjutsu not a normal fire." Raiden was thinking real hard about what his sensei said.

"I had a feeling that it asn't a normal fire when my water style didn't douse the flame I was intending to jump through, but a genjutsu. I have some burn marks from that fire there's no way that a genjutsu is powerful enough to effect the physical body." Raiden said.

"That man from before was a part of a small clan called the Kurama clan. They have some of the most talented genjutsu users in the world. There so talented in genjutsu that even the Uchiha would have difficult time disspelling it. However once in a generation there is a member of the Kurama with skill so great that it causes physical damage to their opponent. At this moment there is a Kurama with this talent." Raiden looked stunned at this information thinking 'If that's true then there must be a catch if I haven't heard of a powerful genjutsu user like this in the history books. Wait if the village thinks this person is a danger to the village then that means..' Raiden looked back at his sensei coming out of his thoughts.

"So what's going to happen to this Kurama clan member?" Raiden asked.

"At first I had a tutor to attempt to help the person to control their ability, but the tutor proved to be unable to do anything to help. So it was decied to seal her powers to stop her to be a threat, but as you seen her power broke through in a unstable fashison, as you seen it last night." Sarutobi explained. Something was confusing Raiden though so he decided to voice it.

"You talk like this power has a mind of his own sensei." Raiden said.

"From what Unkai told me her power has taken on a persona. If this girl can't control said persona then it will take her over." Sarutobi said.

"The girl's name is Yakumo, and she has been telling her clan that I was resonsible for the fire. They know it's not true but she is very convinced that me and the toutor I assined her Kurenai Yuhi the 'Genjustsu Mistress' plotted the whole thing. I'm guessing she overheard what Kurenai and I talking about and missunderstood it for something else. Now I have a dilemma as Unkai and his clan want me to put her to death, but as you would of guessed her parents aren't willing to go as far. They suggested taking her out of the Leaf, as you can imagine I can't do that because of our enemies. Now you said your dream was to rule over a village, so how would you deal with this situation? Because as a leader these are the kind of decisions you will have to make" Sarutobi said.
