Raiden, Yakumo, and Oormi was sitting under the tree waiting for their sensei to come. After sometime Anko came eating the dango on a stick with a hand in her pocket.

"Alright maggots here's the deal. To start out we'll be take only D-Rank missions until I belive every person on this team is ready to go up to C-rank, but before that I want to know where everyone is in there personal training is in your elements. I figured from the test yesterday you guys know them. Raiden first then Oormi and Yakumo last." She said. Raiden closing his book looked at his sensei " I have strong affinities in water and earth, with minor in fire and lighting. I know 3 jutsu for water and earth and 2 for fire and lighting." Raiden said. Anko nodded since she already knew from what Lord Hokage told her, but for someone to have 4 elements was very rare. Only the Thrid Hokage had 4 but he had to train to get them. "Alright good. Now you Oormi." Anko said.

" I have strong affinities for fire, earth, and water with my Lava style kekkei genkai." Oormi said. "Alright. My team rocks big time!" Anko said happily "Now your turn." she said pointing to Yakumo who was feeling a bit out since she didn't know her element. "Umm. I don't know my element yet." Yakumo said looking down at her feet.

"Don't worry about it yet. I can tell from your chakra you don't really have that much chakra right now. So it's better to work on your control and reserves. We can work on that while we do D-ranks. Now let's GO!!" Anko said as she left them to meet her at the Hokage tower.

Raiden, Yakumo, and Oormi sweat dropped at there sensei and decided to just run there. As they arrived Anko was waiting on them outside the Hokage's door. As they entered the Hokage was sitting behid his desk full of paperwork. 'wow the old gezzer still dosen't know the secret to paperwork. I really should tell him, but it could be used to my advantage' Raiden tought.

"Hey old gezzer. How's it going?" Raiden asked, making him look up with a smile on his face. Everytime he saw his young student pride would well in him.

"Ah hello Raiden. Anko.Oormi. Yakumo. I assume your here for your first mission." asked the Hokage.

"Yes Lord Hokage, but instead of getting one at a time could we get enough for a couple of months?" Anko asked shocking the Hokage.

"Why that many Anko?" the Hokage asked.

"Well Lord Hokage I want to train my team in some things before we go outside the village for C-rank and higher." Anko answerd. The Hokage thought it over for a while until Raiden said "Come on old gezzer it'll be good for us. We can go on missions and train at the sametime. I think it's a pretty good idea." "Hah thank you thanks brat." Anko said with a smile

"Consedering who came up with it I mean." Raiden finished with a smrik, making fun Anko.

"W-what did you say you brat!! Are you saying im stuipd or something?!?!" Anko said chasing Raiden around the Hokages office. Oormi and Yakumo got in between them apologizing to the Hokage while he just sighed and gave them 30 missions but not including the Toa mission.

A month later Raiden and his team was doing a chakra control exercise by doing finger push-ups in the middle of a lake while ripples were making him go up and down, Oormi was walking on waves the were being made in another area of the lake, and Yakumo was walking on the calmer part of the water. Anko was sitting in the shade eating dango and drinking tea watching her team get stronger 'they've come a long way in just a month. The only weak link is Yakumo, but with the plans Raiden comes up with she's actually on par with Oormi. I think it's time to get there first C-rank after we find Yakumo's element' Anko thought. "Alright kids out of the water, and Raiden put a shirt on. Your making Oormi go in heat, and come over here." Anko said making Oormi blush.

The three of them came over to Anko as she finished her dango and took out charka paper giving it to Yakumo.

"Do you mind if I take this Anko-sensei?" Raiden asked

"Sure go ahead. I still have some tea I need to finish." Anko answered

"Alright Yakumo. That paper in your hand is called charka paper. When you add charka to it we can tell your charka nature. If it burns then it's fire, splits down the middle wind, crumbles earth, turn soggy water, and if it crinkles then it's lightning." Raiden explained. After listening to Raiden Yakumo instered some of her charka into the paper, and soon the paper split in half falling to the ground.

"That means I have wind nature right?" Yakumo asked. It was the Anko came up to them telling her she had a rare nature and seh only knew of one person who had it. That person being Asuma Sarutobi.

Getting to the Hokages office Anko and her team stands in front of him waiting for there first C-rank mission with a bit of exciment. The Hokage handed Anko a scroll and explainded the mission "Now Anko that scroll is to go too Mifune the leader of the samuri in the Land of Iron. It's a place full of snow year around, so make sure you pack for the cold. Now here's a map to the Land of Iron."

"Alright guy's your heard Lord Hokage. Make to pack for warmth. We'll meet at the gate in a hour." Anko said.

An hour later team 13 was at the gate about to make there way on there first mission. The gate keepers Izumo and Kotetsu where sitting in there usal spots. "So you guy's are going on your first C-rank mission huh." Izumo said.

"Yeah we are. Now guy's LET'S GO!!" Anko said.

"Right." the 3 of them said before scattering in the trees forming a stright formation with Raiden in front, Yakumo in 2nd , Oormi 3r, and Anko was last. They used this formation alot in training since Raiden was a very strong sensor type he needed to be first so he could singal the rest of them behind him. Making it to the half way point Anko decied to call it a day and rest up for an early start in the moring. With Raiden unsealing two tents, his and the girls Anko had him going out for fire wood and water since he can make shadow clones to help him the girls man up camp. After getting back, eating, and setting up warning seals Raiden had a few clones take watch so everyone could get some sleep.

"Halt. State your business shinobi!" samuri guard said.

Anko took out the scroll she got from the Hokage showing it to them while saying "We are Leaf shinobi come on order of our Hokage with a scroll for your leader Mifune-sama." The guards looked at the scroll before letting us in. Inside was a huge open courtyard with a stone path leading up to some great staris, everyone but the samuri looked at the stairs with slightly open mouths.

"There are 1500 steps." A samuri guard that was escourting them said, making team 13 look on is disappointment and a bit of anger.

"That's the type of shit you keep to yourself man." Raiden said looking at the samuri with a deadpan look.

"Damn right." Oormi said

"I completly agree." Yakumo said.

"I have to say. My students are right." Anko said shaking her head as they started walking up hell- I mean stairs . After getting to the top the girls were all happy that Raiden taught them fuinjutsu so the could just care there things in scroll making them light when travling. Walking inside there where asked to wait as Mifune was coming to great them.

After a few minutes coming to great them was Lord Mifune. He has long, grey hair, which almost reaches down to his waist, with bandages wrapped around his head, possibly to cover the wound received by Hanzō in their past battle. He has black eyes with distinct wrinkles underneath them, a grey goatee and moustache wearing a simple purple kimono-like outfit and sandals. Beside him was one of his attendents Okisuke. His a bald man with violet-coloured, pupiless eyes and a cross-shaped scar that extends across his forehead and descends downwards past his right eye, while a dragon tattoo is inscribed above his left. His outfit consists of a simple purple kimono-like outfit, with a red scarf encircling his neck that obscures the lower half of his face.

"Welcome Leaf shinobi. I am Mifune. Leader of the samuri. Why don't you come for some tea and we have while I read over the scroll that Lord Hokage has given you and I have my attendent her Okisuke have rooms prepared for you." Mifune said taking the scroll and leaving.

"Impressive sword art young man." Mifune said walking in stopping Raidens training.

"Thank you Lord Mifune. It was my mother's sword art, but it can be used by males as well." Raiden said bowing slightly to the swordmaster. "But for some reason I can't get past the the basic level. I'm at a bottleneck." Raiden said sheathing his sword.

"Yes I can tell. Your mothers technique is based on two things. The quickness of lightning and the explosiveness of fire, I can safely assume that thoes were her charka natures. Now tell me what are yours?" Mifune asked.

Raiden was shocked at what he heard. He was trying to figure out this problem for awhile now, and here come Mifune who's watches for a few minutes and he knows what the problem is.

"I guess your mot a master swordsmen for nothing huh. My natures are earth and water. Those are my strongest ones." Raiden said

"Hmm. I see. Please have a seat young Raiden." Mifune said siting down with his sword by his side. "Now then. Earth is sturdy, heavy,cannot be moved easily. As small as a pebble or as big as a moutain. Water is every floowing. It changes with whatever is in its way. Water can be as still as nothingness, but can also be as wrathful as any demon. When your opponent is the moutain you must become the ocean, but when your opponent is the ocean you must become the moutain." Mifune said to Raiden. Raiden thank Lord Mufine as he got to leave. Leaving Raiden to mediate on what he said.
