The Soul Of Lucifer

"Well, Rose, I'm going to show Sun around.

Do you want to tag along?", William asked.

"No, I still have to finish examining the fragments of the ice crystal and report to Minerva", she replied.

"Okay, then I'm gonna show Sun around. See you later!", Willam and Sun took off.

Sun realized that the Spring gang must be really influential as he saw numerous awards, banners, and pictures.

After a while, they walked to a crowded place. Sun could hear many people laughing and playing games.

"Here is the Canteen. You can order everything here. They have both Ether and human specialties.

We gang members usually celebrate and eat here after work.", Will explained.

"Yo Will, wanna join for a drink?", a man noticed William and asked him.

"Nah, today I'm gonna show my new buddy around!

Maybe later!"

"Hm. A newbie huh?", the man said and looked at Sun.

"Well, welcome to Spring gang.

What's your name buddy?", he asked.

"It's Sun. Sun Reed."

"Huh, Chinese?"

"Father"

"Oh"

"My name is Christian, but you can call me Christ.", he said.

Christian felt strange about Sun, but he didn't find out the reason, so he let it drop for now and tried to befriend him.

"Want to eat something since you're already here?

Don't worry it's on me.", he declared with a smile.

"Ahem, sorry Christ, but we have to postpone it for later.

I still need to show Sun around and get him used to our installments.

If I do not, who knows what Lady will do to me.", Will shivered by the thought of disobeying Minerva. He dared not to.

Well see you guys around.", Christ said and turned back to play cards with his people.

"Sun, the people here are nice and care for each other, because we can trust each other during battle.", Will said.

Will lead Sun away and brought him a separate building.

"These rooms are used for training. Be sure to come here once in a while to cultivate after enrolling at a magic school.

"Since this place is so huge and influential, they should have a vast collection of books!", Sun thought.

After walking in zig-zag for a while and passing by the security through blood scanning Sun thought what kind of books it contains since they needed to undergo this kind of procedure.

Now he was more curious about the Library.

Finally, they arrived at the destined place and Sun was surprised to see such a room could be called a Library.

It was ... small.

More like a storage room for books rather than a "Library".

Will saw his face and knew what he was thinking about.

"It may look small to be called a 'Library', but in term of Cultivation and Knowledge about Magic, it got a vast collection.

There is no useless book here. All books are created and written by experts and passed down generation by generation. Many masters and grandmasters have optimized the cultivations, so it is very valuable to us."

Sun, who was down before, suddenly lit up and was fired up. But it wasn't because of the comforting words Will said, but because Lucifer told him something.

"Yo Sun, this is rare. I think you should take a look. I sense something strong from one of the books.

It might be a Demon Soul Sealed inside.

Do you remember about the other ability?

It's used on Souls and nourishing them to my Soul.

I can transform them into your ability and you would be able to use the powers of the Souls you nourished me.", Lucifer said with an excited voice.

"Seriously? I can really do this?", Sun couldn't believe it.

It would be too unbalanced for this world if he was able to use any Soul Power he d.e.s.i.r.ed as long as he could nourish them to Lucifer.

As greedy as he was, he went straight to the book and searched through them.

"Found it, here is it.", Lucifer said.

In fact, the power of the book was soo strong, that even Sun, who haven't cultivated yet and therefore, was nearly unable to sense power, sense it.

He picked up the book and opened it.

*Swosh*

An azure-blue light surrounded Sun and his conscience faded away.

He felt the azure-blue light entering his body which caused him immense pain.

He was about to faint.

Before Sun completely blacked out, he saw the book in his hands burning into nothing.

"Oh, Arcas? I didn't expect to see you here. Well, your ability will benefit us greatly.

Come!", Lucifer said inside the Soul Realm of Sun.

Meanwhile in the real world Sun completely blacked out.

"Sun, take it easy. I got your back.", Will said.

While Sun was unconscious, he dreamt about a big Library. There was no end of books. The whole place was filled with books.

"This is what you call a Library, not the shabby place in Spring gang", Sun thought.

As he was enjoying the view as a bookworm, a man in a robe appeared.

He was in his mid 30th. His eyes were like daggers. Staring at you will make you feel n.a.k.e.d. Like all sins and secrets were exposed in front of him.

"Who are you?", Sun asked the stranger.

"Me?

I'm Arcas, the Demon who hold all knowledge.", he said.

"Oh, this must be the one from the book. So I passed out and landed inside his realm?", Sun was smart and could connect the events together based on his first experience with Lucifer.

Suddenly, with a flash, Lucifer appeared next to Sun.

"Sun, he's the one you need to take care of. His ability will grant you unlimited access to Cultivation books and Secret Classes.", Lucifer said excitingly like a small kid going to the cinema.

"Well, why don't you take care of him. Aren't you stronger than me?", Sun asked Lucifer.

"I can't because this is not my realm. I don't have the permission to use my powers.

Only humans, who are not ruled by the laws of the realms, can use their powers freely.

That's also the reason, why you can freely enter realms of other worlds", he explained but was interrupted by Arcas.

"Enough talking.

You. Human. Want to make me your dog?"

"Pass the test."

"A test again? Is this school or what?", Sun thought and was slightly disappointed.
