Chapter 12 - A great reward

People waited anxiously for the smoke to settle and just a few seconds before the time limit was up they could see the mysterious boy sitting there. Most of his cloth had burned away except for his white doll mask which was somehow was still clean but with a few cracks on it.

A few moments later the speaker spoke again.

"Times up!"

During this period where they had seen this mysterious boy climb the floor many had gotten very nervous even so to the point a few had stopped breathing, Now that they could finally relax a few of them fainted from not breathing and a few from the nervous tension too disappear so quickly. LIn could finally feel a bit more relieved, but he was worried that although his new "disciple" looked fine he had a feeling that he might have suffer internal injuries from that last explosions. He was almost sure that the last explosions was as strong as an attack from a cultivator similar to his strength.

A large vibration could be felt on every floor then the heavenly aura was suppressed.

Many contestants was glad but still had to wait for the body to become custom to the normal pressure again. Alex though walked swiftly to the elevator which now without the aura could take him all the way down. The moment he stepped out from the elevator he saw a tall man looking at him like he found the rarest jewel of all.

He stepped forth and said

"My name is Lin Jiangsu, I have been searching for a long time for a disciple to call me master and inherited my knowledge."

"I believe you may be destined to become this old man's disciple "

"So I ask you young one what do you say"

Alex looked deep in too this master brown eyes and notice no hidden agenda nor evil attentions. He Bowed and open his mouth

"It's a great honor to meet you Lin, I want to give you an answer but I can't right now with so many eyes and ears prying in."

"So let move to a room with less of this things"

A loud sound of armor could be heard making a lot of people to turn and see a few heavy guards walking forth with hasty steps.

"We are here to escort you record holder to a safe and secret room"

Alex nodded

"I hope I can invite this new friend and my other friends to this new room"

Yes said the leader of the guard force.

The small group of guards, master and the boy was leaving but they knew that good forces and bad ones where going to try their best to find where they went. They could clearly see people with greed looking at the boy and e few with ill intentions and of course a few females that wanted nothing but passionately to meet there new idol.

Walking down a spiral corridor all that could be heard was the master's story of his life and his sweet talk trying to lure the boy in temptation. The young man listened but no matter what Lin tried he couldn't hear any excitement or interest in his voice.

They finally arrived at large golden red door, the door was massive almost 20 meter tall with no key hole. Alex was intrigued by how this door might open. Was the key hole only visible during a certain time or require a special key to open.

One of the guards that had a thicker armor then the rest reach In to his pocket and took out necklace and gave it to Alex, then walked away with his other men.

"Young man this is not a necklace but a hidden key, use your mind and it should create an imprint for you to be its master"

"This will allow the key to appear and the key lock to appear"

"I must ask you"

"Why this room do considered to be so safe when I saw no guards safeguarding the area"

"Well its simple the key can only be used by you when you bind it and the door can be open and found anywhere as long you in the Tower"

"I'm sure there is a master key as well but only the head of the tower should have it and the spare key"

"Well I'm sure you need rest and time to think over my offer so I will leave you to it young man"

"I give you this communication talisman if you want to contact me later today or tomorrow, good luck"

After giving a bow Lin left. Alex put his conscious in to the key change and they key appeared just as the master had said. The door reveled the key hole as well.

Walking in he saw a massive room with medieval theme atmosphere. White luxurious

chairs with gold armrests, completely white queen size bed and with another small room that contain a bathtub and a toilet made out of white marble.

Alex sat down and check what he found in the locked space. One was a book of the history of the entire tower and its maker. This most likely would allow him in the future to control the whole tower if he wanted to or lead him to more secrets. The main price was a stone containing massive amount of supreme grade earth element, massive amount of money, cultivation books, talisman's and different kinds of plants. The stone was consider something that many would go to war over due to if used right it would allow a cultivator to achieve a faster success in there cultivation and using it would mostly also allow the person to grow a more powerful body.

Alex though only looked at it as an energy source for something else and for many his actions next would make them bleed out of anger and rush out to fight him to death.

"Asura this stone might be a good energy source for the Pool of primordial sea"

The said Pool of primordial sea is able to convert any type of matter or energy to energy points, points can be used to buy food, upgrade for system or other necessities in shop.

"How much energy point will this give me?"

"Fret not Alex upgrading me will increase the amount of energy points you will receive from the extraction process, lower the cost in shop and unlock my locked functions"

During the wait Alex walked out from safe room and walked toward his servant to notify her there new room was at and also to asked Rylia if she wanted to join, but managed not to find her. Because he couldn't find her at her room he decided to ask one of the female guards where she could be or when she was last seen. After a few minutes the female guard returned with no answer about Rylia but a letter saying that the head of the tower would like to meet with him in a few hours. Shrugging at it as it was only a small matter he talked with Charie about some of the happenings in the second stage and she did not believe it until she came up to their room.

She was not an idiot and notice how V.I.P this room looked, there was no doubt for her that her new master was definitely someone that was important after the second stage.

Two hours later...

The boy was now alone with a middle age woman in an interrogation room.

Alex sat on a very luxurious chair and the one say opposite of him was the boss of the tournament and tower. Many knew that the boss of the whole thing was secretly chosen by a few selected people from the shadows. This year it was a female called Dewa kana.

"Where do we begin "

"Like the note said I'm Dewa kana"

"I got a few questions and would appreciate if you could answer them"

"What's your name?"

Waiting for a while and still got no answer she started to feel annoyed.

"Why don't you answer the simple question?"

"I will answer your questions If deem them worthy or if I can "

Fine she answered with and angry tone.

"Ok, so according to what we know about the floors of hell it shouldn't be possible for a boy your age to exceed 100 floors"

Why is that? Asked Alex

"It's simple your human body and brain hasn't fully developed at such a young age so no matter what your cultivation or martial technique it shouldn't be possible to endure the pressure"

A hint of ridicule and mockery could be seen from her.

As far as she could tell this was just a naive dream of a boy, later she would think back on this and laugh at herself feeing great shame for not believing it.

"So the official tournaments main event begins tomorrow and as we promised you will stay in the room you stayed in before, this room will be only accessible for you, me and one more person of your choosing."

"After the tournament I might need my servant to have a safe place as where I plan to go next is too dangerous."

"If you agree then I want this personal matter to be handled by you personally and that this matter is kept between us only"

"Knowing that you might have a great future ahead due to the record you hold, I might need your protection at some point"

"I have to ask why you need protection"

"My work makes me a target from demon cultivators or other evil people"

Making Alex shake his head. Then said

"Hm as I know the world often doesn't give you free lunch"

"I will agree on these term but only if it turns out you were in the right and not the cause of doing harm to other"

"If there action are justified I will not save you in the end and if I later finds out the truth I will come back for you"

After saying this she felt an ice cold aura locking in to her soul making her fearful and believe in his last words.

After this an awkward atmosphere crept forth until there was a knock on the door

"Miss everything is ready"

Standing up and giving a respectable bow Dewa kana said "Deal I won't disappoint you, I now also have other things to attend to, one of the guards outside will let you back."

Finding himself back in his secure room he notice Charie Laying in the bed sleeping with a happy smile on her face. He couldn't help but to gaze at her at her beauty and decided to wake her by spanking her perfect round b.u.t.t that was sticking out of the bed sheet.

Slap slap..

Ah!!

"How dare you sleep in your master's bed without asking him beforehand"

He said with a joking voice

She awoken quickly from the first two slaps and was furious about the unjustified first punishment. But the second round made her scream back.

Ah!!!

"You shameless bastard!"

"No one has touch this lady bum"

"And you even dare to hit it!"

"Twice even!!"

"Well I have to say it felt amazing and I do hope you will make a mistake as this again my dear lady he said with a huge grin"
